Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examines and analyze the influence of motivation and competence to performance of Lecturer with mediation self efficacy of the Lecturer at Merchant Marine Polytechnic Semarang. This research is taken the total population 97 respondents. The sample data is taken using a census sampling technique, the meaning is took all amount of the population is to research. In collecting data, the researcher distributes questionnaires using Likert scales which has been tried out. The validity and realibility has been fulfill base on factor analysis, alpha cronbach and also classical assumption test. The data analysis technique uses double linier analysis  model test, R2 test, F- test and t-test hypotesis analysis. The result of data analysis show : Motivation influences to the self efficacy  positively and significantly. Competence influences to the self efficacy  positively buti is not significantly. Motivation, Competence and Self efficacy aren’t influences to the performance of lecturer. Self efficacy did not mediate of the Motivation and Competence to the performance of lecturer.Key words       : motivation, competence, performance and self efficacy

Abstract

This study aims to analize the influence of commitment and competence on teacher performance  moderated by leadership in elementary school teachers with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) at UPT Disdikpora Gringsing Regency, Batang District. Population in this research are elementary school teachers civil Servants amounted to 178 people. The number of samples in this study were 124 people. Measurement of responses to questionnaires using a likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answer. Testing instrument using validity and reliability, are testing a model using the coefficient of determination and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Testing hypotheses  in this study using regression quasy interactions with significance level (α) 5%.The results showed 43,5% of the change in teacher performance variable can be explained by the influence of commitment, competence, leadership, commitment and leadership interaction, and competence and leadership interaction, was 56,5% explained outside the model. The results of hypotheses testing obtained the results that commitment positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, competence positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, leadership unsignificance effect of the teacher performance, leadership weaknessthen the influence commitment on teacher performance, and leadership weaknessthen the influence competence on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study waas to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Work Discipline, Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment moderated Clan Culture Organization. The population in this study are employees who work there. The sampling in this research same with the population it was sensus. Data collection was done through questionaires. Regresion analysis revealed that Self Efficacy and Work Discipline influence Organizational Commitment. Motivation Work, and Clan Culture Organization uninfluence Organizational Commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the influence of motivation, competency, self-efficacy of commitment organizational. Object the study is done PT. JasaMarga (Persero) Cabang Semarang. Technique the sample colletion in this research using accidental sampling with the number of respondents 62 people. Data collection donethrought the distribution of the questionnaire. Analysis techniques the data used the analysis of multiple regression. The research of study obtained that motivation have had a positif impact and significant of commitment organizational, the more powerful a motivation in self employees so commitmen organizational employees to this company also rose. Competence not affect significantly to commitment organizational, competency in employees not necessarily can improve the commitmen organizational of the company. Abstract

This study is about the effects of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style at SMK in Pemalang regency. The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of psychological capital and organizational commitment on teacher performance moderated transformational leadership style. The population in this study are 133 SMK’s teachers in Pemalang regency. The research data in this research is primary data which conducted  by using questionnaire. The data analysis based on  Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed that psychological capital did not effect on the teacher performance. Organizational commitment have a positive effect  on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style have a positive effect  on the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of psychological capital to the teacher performance. Transformational leadership style did not moderate the influence of organizational commitment to the teacher performance.Keywords: Psychological Capital, Organizational Commitment, Transformational Leadership Style, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze transformational leadership role in moderating the influence of emotional intelligence and social capital on teacher performance. This study used analysis regrestion method. The study population numbered 271 elementary school teachers. The sample selection procedure was done by using proportional sampling  Rondom using Slovin formula approach with a confidence level of 5% .Sampel UPP 161 elementary school teachers in the District  Ampelgading Pemalang 2015. Transformational leadership as moderating variable is the independent variable that will strengthen or weaken the effect of other independent variables against the dependent variable. The study shows that transformational leadership moderated. the effect of emotional intelligence and social capital on teacher performance.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence Capital Social and Teacher  Performance

Abstract

This study examined the effects of emotional intelligence and professional competence of the teachers performance organizational culture moderated in junior high school districts Pemalang Park. The study population was junior high school teachers in the district park totaling 155 people. In this study, using primary data obtained by questionnaire. Engineering analysis using statistical program SPSS version 22. The results showed that emotional intelligence and professional competence have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. In this research, organizational culture does not have a significant positive influence and not on teacher performance and organizational culture are not moderate the influence of emotional intelligence, the professional competence of the teachers performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Professional Competence

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of professional competence and teacher efficacy on professional commitment moderated school organizational culture on teachers of Sultan Agung 1, 2 and 3 Islamic High Schools Semarang. The population in this study are teachers of Sultan Agung 1, 2 dan 3 Islamic Senior High School totaling 136 people. Research data is primary data obtained directly from respondents with a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) absolute difference model. The results show that professional competence does not have a positive effect on professional commitment. The efficacy of teachers has a positive effect on professional commitment. School organizational culture has a positive effect on professional commitment. School organizational culture does not moderate the influence of professional competence on professional commitment. School organizational culture does not moderate the effect of teacher efficacy on professional commitment.
