Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan analisis dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh loyalitas terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan Tria Tenun Bali; (2) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan Tria Tenun Bali. (3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan Tria Tenun Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (explanatory research). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 karyawan Tria Tenun Bali. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesionair yang dilakukan dengan aplikasi google form yang dikirim kepada responden. Selanjutnya Data diolah menggunkan SPSS versi 26. Untuk kepentingan analisis data dilakukan uji instrument dengan melakukan Uji validitas dan Uji reliabilitas; Uji model melalui Uji F dan Uji determinasi (R²) dan selanjutnya Uji Hipotesis (Uji t).Temuan penelitian adalah (1) Loyalitas karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan Tria Tenun Bali; (2) Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan Tria Tenun Bali: dan (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan kerja karyawan Tria Tenun Bali. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja dipengaruhi oleh Kepuasan kerja, maka pimpinan perusahaan harus membangun lingkungan kerja yang dapat menumbuhkan rasa kepuasan kerja serta loyalitas karyawan agar keterlibatan kerja dapat dioptimalisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (2) pengaruh ketahanan karyawan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (3) pengaruh komitmen karyawan terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Yasa Wahana Tirta Samudera. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan pada PT. Yasa Wahana Tirta Samudera. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan menggunakan aplikasi google form. Kuesioner yang telah diisi responden menjadi data yang dapat dianalisis. Analisis data menggunakan Uji analisis regresi berganda . Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (2) ketahanan karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (3) komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Yasa Wahana Tirta Samudera.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain (1) the effect of work engagement on job satisfaction, (2) the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, (3) the effect of work commitment on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. CIMB Niaga Finance. This research is a type of explanatory research. The research sample was 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed through google forms. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that (1) work engagement had a positive effect on job satisfaction (2) work motivation had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction (3) work commitment had no effect on employee job satisfaction of PT. CIMB Niaga Finance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) Apakah pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; (2) Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan; (3) Apakah Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Sekar Moelyo Putro Semarang, yang bergerak di bidang  usaha  furniture.  Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan PT Sekar Moelyo Putro Semarang sebanyak 118 karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelilitian eksplanatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form,  yang kemudian dikirimkan kepada masing masing  responden. Analisis data   menggunakan regresi linier berganda . Untuk kepentingan analisis dilakukan uji instrumen; uji model dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT Sekar Moelyo Putro Semarang.

Abstract

The research sample was 100 people.  The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed through google forms. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the research findings show that (1) work motivation has a positive effect on employee  engagement, (2) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee  engagement, (3) Interpersonal communication has a positive effect on employee engagement of the Semarang City Bapenda.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain (1) the effect of teamwork on employee engagement, (2) the effect of compensation on employee engagement, and (3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement at PT. Golden Textile Indonesia. This type of research is explanatory research. The research sample is employees of PT. Golden Textile Indonesia has 100 employees. Data collection uses a questionnaire using a google form, which is then sent to respondents. Data processing and analysis using SPSS version 29. The findings of the study show that (1) Teamwork has no effect on employee engagement; (2) compensation has a positive effect on employee engagement; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee involvement in PT. Golden Textile Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of work involvement on employee commitment; (2) the effect of job training on employee commitment and (3) the effect of the work environment on employee commitment of the Grand Candi Hotel Semarang The research sample was 110 employees of the Grand Candi Hotel Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. Data collection uses a questionnaire using a google form, which is then sent to each respondent. Data analysis using regression with the help of SPSS software version 16. The results of the research findings show that: (1) employee involvement has a positive effect on employee commitment, (2) employee training has a positive effect on employee commitment, (3) the work environment has a positive effect on employee commitment at the Grand Candi Hotel Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of work engagement, work-life balance, and job satisfaction on employee welfare at PT Primatexco Indonesia. This research is a type of explanatory research. The number of samples in this study is 100 employees of the operator section (Weaving). Data collection uses the distribution of questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to all respondents. The tests used in this study are instrument tests, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis tests and data processing using SPSS. The findings of the study (1) Work involvement has a positive effect on employee welfare (2) Work Life Balance has no positive effect on employee welfare (3 Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee welfare

Abstract

This research focuses on understanding how conflicts that occur in Islamic boarding schools are managed and the strategies used to resolve these conflicts. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, which included data reduction, data presentation, and a conclusion. The study results show that conflicts in Pesantren appear in various forms, such as political, economic, task, and organizational conflicts. The conflict management strategies implemented include Tabayyun (clarification), deliberation, and the application of the Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar value (inviting goodness and preventing evil). This study found that effective conflict management can increase cooperation, motivation, and discipline among Pesantren members. Conversely, poorly managed conflicts can degrade the performance of institutions and create internal tensions. The implication of this study is the importance of implementing conflict management strategies based on religious values to create a harmonious environment and support the development of Islamic boarding schools.
