Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of professional competence and teacher efficacy on class management in moderation of organizational culture. The population in this study is the teacher of SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Kota Semarang as much as 289 people, and the sample taken 150 teachers as respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire, while the analysis technique used regression with SPSS program.The result of analysis shows: 1. The professional competence has positive effect on class management 2. The teacher efficacy has positive effect on class management 3. That organizational culture has positive effect on class management 4. The organizational culture can not moderate the effect of professional competence on class management 5. The organizational culture can strengthen the effect of teacher efficacy on class management in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Kota Semarang. Abstract

This study was intended to determine and analyze the influence of social capital and emotiointelligence on teacher performance that mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. The population of study was all PNS Teachers in State Junior High Schools in Juwana District as many as 149. Data testtechniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, and mediation test. results showed that social capital is proved having a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, as was emotional intelligence has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In the second regressionsocial capital has a positive effect on teacher performance but the indirect relationship is smaller than the dirrelationship so that organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate social capital on teacher performanceaddition, this study also shows that emotional intelligence has no effect on teacher performance but emotiointelligence will be more effective in influencing teacher performance when mediated by organizational citizensbehavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk meneliti pengaruh modal psikologis dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru dimoderasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh modal psikologis dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru dimoderasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Pemalang yang berjumlah 133 orang. Data penelitian adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA) tipe quasi moderator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal psikologis tidakberpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memoderasi pengaruh terhadap modal psikologis dengan kinerja guru. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memoderasi pengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan kinerja guru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 112 karyawan, PMI Kota Semarang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Quota Sampling sehingga diperoleh 112 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analsisi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasecara bersamaan kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi OCB karyawan.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are (1) Analyze and explain the effect of work commitment on employee work engagement; (2) Analyze and explain the effect of work motivation on employee work engagement; (3) Analyze and explain the effect of work loyalty on the work involvement of employees of the Denpasar City Agricultural Office. This research is a type of explanatory research, which is testing hypotheses and explaining the influence between variables of hypotheses that have been formulated. The research sample was 100 employees at the Denpasar City Agriculture Office using the porposive sampling method. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires through a googleform link to employees of the Denpasar City Agricultural Office, then the data was processed using SPSS version 26. For the purposes of data analysis, instrument tests are carried out by conducting validity tests and Reliability test; Test the model through Test F, and Test determination (R²) and then Test Hypothesis (Test t). The findings of the study are (1) Work Commitment has a positive effect on Work Engagement; (2) Intrinsic Motivation positively affects Work engagement; (3) Employee Loyalty does not affect the Work Involvement of Denpasar City Agricultural Office Employees. Based on the research findings that work involvement is influenced by employee work commitment and intrinsic motivation, employee recruitment must consider the assessment of work commitment and intrinsic motivation of prospective employees.

The objectives of this study are (1) Analyze and explain the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction, (2) Analyze and explain the effect of job performance on employee job satisfaction, and (3) Analyze and explain the effect of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kajima Pekalongan. This research is a type of explanatory research, which is testing hypotheses and explaining the influence between variables from hypotheses that have been formulated The number of research samples was 100 employees. Research findings: [1] Work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. [2] Job performance has no effect on job satisfaction. [3] Career development positively affects job satisfaction. Based on research findings that the variables of work motivation and career development have a positive effect on job satisfaction. This gives a strong signal to the Chairman of PT. Kajima Pekalongan Regency that in recruiting prospective employees, it is necessary to consider the ownership of psychological/mental values of prospective employees, there must be similarities with the value of share values or core values of the company. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan Reza Kaca Film.  Perusahaan Reza Kaca Film bergerak di bidang aksesories mobil yang sampai sekarang tetap exist. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Reza Kaca Film Jawa – Bali sebanyak 82 orang dan semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel (metode sensus). Pengumpulan data menggunakan aplikasi google form yang dikirim kepada responden. Untuk kepentingan analisis data dilakukan Uji Instrument, Uji model dan Uji Hipotesis dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Berdasarkan   hasil temuan penelitian ini, maka disarankan kepada Pimpinan Perusahaan Reza Kaca Film untuk memperhatikan pengalaman kerja karyawan dengan penanaman rasa berharga (meaning) pada karyawan yang berpengalaman kerja tinggi melalui sentuhan reward terhadap karyawan agar secara berkelanjutan memperhatikan tingkat kompetensi searah perkembangan usaha dan tingkat keuntungan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study explains the influence of work-life balance and work enggagment on the subjective personal well-being of Army Soldiers in Military District Command 0733/Semarang City. This research uses this type of research (explanatory research). The study population was all Army personnel in the Military District Command 0733 / Semarang City as many as 100 TNI AD personnel were used as sampled (census method). Questioner data collection was carried out using a google form application wich wa sent to respondents. For the purposes of data analysis, Instrument Test is carried out; and Hypothesis Testing and data processing using SPSS. Research findings show that (1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being; (2) Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on subjective well-being.

Abstract

The aim of this study is (1) to clarify and assess the impact of work engagement on the job loyalty of civil servants (ASN); (2) to elucidate and assess the effect of job satisfaction on the job loyalty of ASN employees; (3) to expound and evaluate the influence of organizational commitment on the job loyalty of ASN employees. This research falls within the explanatory research category. The study encompasses a population of 91 ASN employees at the Secretariat Office of Semarang Regency, with all members of the population being included as participants (census method). Data were collected through Google Form applications distributed to the respondents. To analyze the data, Instrument Test, Model Test, and Hypothesis Test were conducted, and SPSS software was used for data processing. The research outcomes reveal that (1) work engagement positively impacts the loyalty of ASN employees, (2) job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on the loyalty of ASN employees, and (3) affective commitment has a favorable influence on the loyalty of ASN employees at the Secretariat Office of Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai, (2) pengaruh lingkungan Kerja terhadap loyalitas pegawai, (3)pengaruh keamanan  kerja terhadap  loyalitas pegawai  Kantor Dinas  Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Semarang Penelitian ini merupakan  jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) Sampel  penelitian  sebanyak 100  orang pegawai  di Kantor Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Semarang .  Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan aplikasi  google form yang dikirim ke semua responden. Responden yang telah mengisi kuesioner yang lengkap  menjadi data yang dapat dianalisis. Untuk kepentingan analisis Data dilakukan  Uji Instrument; Uji model dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t). Temuan hasil penelitian (1) Komitmen kerja  berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pegawai (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif  terhadap loyalitas pegawai,(3) Keamanan kerja berpengaruh positif  terhadap loyalitas pegawai Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Semarang. Berdasar temuan hasil  penelitian ini berimplikasi betapa pentingnya Kepala Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kota Semarang  untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja kantor  yang kondusif serta membangun perangkat  aturan  untuk terjaminnya keamanan kerja di kantor agar terbangun loyalitas pegawai
