Recent studies on athlete motivation have been widely carried out in the last five years. Almost all studies identify subjects that can influence athlete motivation. The purpose of the study in this article was to obtain significant information related to the research topic "athlete motivation". The study design used is a systematic review. The reference data collection was collected in the last five years (2017-2022). Data interpretation was carried out based on the results of the exploration of the 78 selected articles. The results of this study obtain related information; (1) the issue of intervention related to the development of athlete motivation, (2) gender issue related to the motivational differentiation of male and female athletes. And (3) other external issues that affect athlete motivation.Keywords: athlete motivation; intervention; gender; literature review AbstrakStudi terkini tentang motivasi atlet sudah banyak dilakukan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hampir semua studi mengidentifikasi subjek yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi atlet. Tujuan studi pada artikel ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi signifikan terkait topik penelitian “motivasi atlet”. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah systematic review. Koleksi data referensi dikumpulkan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir (2017-2022). Interpretasi data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi dari 78 artikel yang terpilih. Hasil studi ini memperoleh informasi terkait; (1) isu intervansi terkait pembinaan motivasi atlet, (2) isu gender terkait diferensiasi motivasi atlet laki-laki dan perempuan. Dan (3) isu-isu eksternal lainnya yang mempengaruhi motivasi atlet.Kata kunci: motivasi atlet; intervensi; gender; literatur review

Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet yang mengikuti latihan tenis di kota padang, sedangkan sampel diambil dengan proportional random sampling sehingga sampel yaitu terdiri dari 2 klub tenis yang ada dikota padang yaitu klub tenis Semen padang dan PTL Gor Agus Salim. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan groundstroke tenis lapangan yang terdiri dari tes forehand dan backhand. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji t Dependent dan Independent sample. Hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa: (1) Pemberian feedback langsung memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemempuan groundstroke tenis lapangan (2) Pemberian feedback tidak langsung memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemempuan groundstroke tenis lapangan (3) Pemberian feedback langsung tidak lebih efektif dibanding dengan feedback tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan groundstroke atlet tenis kota padang dan peningkatan rata-rata feedback langsung adalah 7,9 dan untuk feedback tidak langsung sebesar 5,25.

The problem in this study is the low ability of the object of control of kindergarten students in Padang Panjang City of Trustees. The ability of the control object is influenced by many factors, including the learning strategy used on the ability of object control students in TK Padang Panjang. This research uses quasy experiment design. The population in this study were all kindergarten students in Padang Panjang, amounting to 80 people. The sampling technique is done by total sampling. Control object capability data is obtained by giving the TGMD-2 test. Data were analyzed using a two-way variant analysis (ANAVA) technique with a 2x2 factorial design. The results of research and data analysis show that: 1) There is a difference in the ability of basic movement skills between groups of children who are given a direct feedback of indirect feedback with a value of Q 4.19> Qtable 2.95). 2) There is a difference high coordination and a child who has a low coordination Q count 5.91> Qtable 2.95. 3) There is an interaction between feedback with the level of coordination towards the mastery of basic child movement skills which is shown with a value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) There is a difference in the ability of basic child movement skills between groups who have a high coordination with direct feedback with the calculation of the value of Q count 12.03> Q table 3.15. 5) There is a difference in the ability of basic movement skills of children between groups of children who have a low coordination given indirect feedback with children who are given direct feedback with a Q count value of 4.03> Qtable 3.15

Abstract The problem in this research is the not optimal student learning outcomes in Physical Education subjects. The research objective is to see the relationship between the level of physical fitness and learning motivation with learning outcomes in Physical Education subjects in the 2013 curriculum. This research is correlational. The population in this study were junior high school students in the city of Padang. The sample collection technique used random purposive sampling, amounting to 32 students. The test instruments were the TKJI test, motivation questionnaire analysis, and physical education learning outcomes scores. The analysis technique uses correlation with SPSS version 16. The results of the study at the significant level α = 0.05 are 1) There is a significant relationship between the level of physical fitness and the learning outcomes of Physical Education subjects in the 2013 curriculum. 2) There is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of Physical Education subjects in the 2013 curriculum. 3) There is a significant relationship between the level of physical fitness and learning motivation with learning outcomes in Physical Education subjects in the 2013 curriculum. This study aims to test the influence of Feedback giving and motivation on the service ability of junior tennis athletes in West Sumatra. Thirty athletes were randomly divided into four groups (Direct Feedback high motivation n = 10), (Direct Feedback high motivation n = 10) and (Indirect Feedback high motivation n = 10), (Indirect Feedback high motivation n = 10) assigned to complete service training interventions with a feedback approach for 6 weeks, 3 days/week. Serviceability test using Hewwit tennis test. The findings in this study show that there is a significant positive influence from giving feedback in the direct feedback group with high motivation to improve the service ability of West Sumatra junior tennis athletes. obtained the average score of service ability of the high motivation group taught with direct feedback is 28.40 and the low motivation group is 22.00 For the average score of service ability of the high motivation group taught with indirect feedback 23.70 and the low motivation group is 23.80.

Based on the results of research observations, it turns out that the basic skills of combatants are still low. The low basic technical skills of this fighter is thought to be due to the use of training methods by the coach in coaching. This study aims to reveal the effect of the Play Sequence Method and the Exercise Series Method in Drajat Sport on the Basic Technique Skills of Derajat Fighting Martial Arts. This research method is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The population of this study was 263 people, while the sample was determined by purposive sampling, namely: fighter kurata III. The test used is a quick punch skill test, inner circle punch, outer ring punch and side kick skill test, back kick, inner circle kick which aims to determine the basic technical skills skills of Tarung Derajat martial arts fighters, while the data analysis used is the t-test. . The results of the study showed that: (1) the playing circuit method in the Drajat Sport gave a significant influence on the basic technical skills of the fighters from an average of 54.52 in the pre test to 56.10 in the post test (22.72> 1.729 th) (2) The Exercise Series Method in Sport Drajat has a significant effect on basic technical skills of fighters from an average of 54.59 in the pre test to 56.79 in the post test (th 4.06> tt 1.729). (3) The playing sequence method in Drajat Sport is more effective than the Drajat Sport series method to improve the basic technical skills of Tarung Derajat martial arts fighters (th 8.92> tt 1.734).

This study plans to decide the nature of the free-form swimming method. This examination is a sort of unmistakable exploration. The populace in this study were all swimming competitors from Tirta Kaluang Padang, adding up to 13 individuals. Motor development is a process in which children begin to learn to move their limbs skillfully. The opportunity to learn motor skills is very large in the motor development period of early childhood. Good motor skills can certainly have positive implications for various fields in a child's life, one of which is academic achievement. This study used the method of literature review, which was conducted to identify the correlation between motor skills and academic achievement. The 10 scientific journals published the longest in 2013 and the latest in 2021 accessed through NCBI and Research Gate were used as data sources in this study. Search data sources using a combination of keywords motor skills and academic achievement. In general, there is a correlation between motor skills and academic achievement, but there is a different correlation between specific motor skills and certain academic achievements. Future research can look at the correlation of motor skills and academic achievement more specifically or conduct research with students with special needs participants.

In Learning and Training, the element of feedback is very necessary and has a very good impact if done correctly. In this study, it aims to see the effect of providing direct and indirect feedback on the improvement of basic technical skills of West Sumatra junior tennis athletes. The sample in this study is 30 junior tennis athletes in the age category of 12-14 years. The results of the study show that 1) Providing direct feedback has a significant influence marked by the calculation of tcount 5.34> ttable 2.13. 2) Giving indirect feedback has a significant influence on the ability of basic techniques of court tennis marked by the calculation of tcount 4.65>t table 2.13. 3) Providing direct feedback is not more effective than providing indirect feedback on the basic technical ability of tennis by obtaining tcalculation 1.87 < ttable 2.13.
