Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan masukan perbaikan kualitas guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan melalui Diklat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, yang mendeskripsikan kompetensi guru penjasorkes yang telah lulus kegiatan PLPG se-Kabupaten Jember. Nilai ratarata kompetensi setiap guru dari 19 responden guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan se-kabupaten Jember mendapatkan hasil. Sebanyak 10 guru atau 53% guru mendapatkan kriteria BS (Baik Sekali) dengan nilai rata-rata tertinggi 96% dan 9 guru atau 47% guru mendapatkan kriteria Baik (B) dengan nilai rata-rata terendah 65%. Selain itu hasil angket mengenai mengenai penilaian peserta didik mendapatkan nilai total 58 dari nilai maksimal 76 atau sebesar 76% serta angket nomer 10 mengenai evaluasi untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran mendapatkan angket terendah kedua, dengan mendapatkan nilai total 55 dari nilai maksimal 76 atau sebesar 72%. Kompetensi Kepribadian guru relatif tinggi. Kompetensi kepribadian guru dipengaruhi oleh masa kerja, semakin lama masa kerja semakin bagus kompetensi kepribadiannya.

Tujuan pendidikan membutuhkan fasilitas atau media pembelajaran sebagai alat pendukung dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kurangnya bola voli membuat belajar kurang efektif dan efisien karena bola voli tidak seimbang dalam jumlah dengan siswa. Jadi, banyak siswa yang menganggur dan harus menunggu giliran mereka untuk belajar bola voli. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana membuat modifikasi bola plastik sebagai sarana pendukung media pembelajaran bola voli. Bola plastik yang dimodifikasi dengan berat 185 gram, ukuran bola 4, reflektifitas 83 cm dari 120 cm disediakan sebagai media solusi untuk pembelajaran voli. Metode yang digunakan adalah persiapan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Belajar menggunakan media modifikasi bola plastik sangat membantu belajar dalam hal menyeimbangkan jumlah bola dengan siswa, bola mudah dimainkan menurut siswa sekolah dasar, dan sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran.

Dalam bermain bridge, pemain harus melalui proses bermain mini bridge terlebih dahulu. Pemain, sebelum dapat menguasai cara bermain, harus mengenal High Card Point (HCP), nama-nama kartu, bidding shet, score shet, ini dasar dari permainan mini bridge. Mini bridge adalah jalan untuk belajar bridge. penelitian ini mengungkapkan fenomena keberadaan dan perkembangan Permainan mini bridge di Kabupaten Jember. Permainan mini bridge sejak awal hadir di Kabuupaten Jember menunjukkan perubahan yang cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan munculnya salah satu program yang diluncurkan oleh PB GABSI Kabupaten Jember bekerja sama dengan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jember yaitu memasyarakatkan olahraga bridge disekolah-sekolah dari tingkat SD sampai SMA yang dikenal dengan istilah BMS yaitu bridge masuk sekolah. Model instruksi dalam permainan mini bridge dapat digunakan dan dipraktekkan secara mudah oleh pemain, terutama pemain pemula di GABSI Jember. Fenomena perkembangan permainan mini bridge di Kabupaten Jember dapat dibuktikan dari hasil yang sudah memenuhi kriteria valid yaitu memenuhi kriteria cukup valid untuk pemain kelompok kecil (uji coba tahap I) memperoleh 74,11%, dan memenuhi kriteria valid untuk pemain mini bridge kelompok besar (ujicoba tahap II) memperoleh 87,50%.

Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was designed by teachers who were often considered abnormal because it was different from learning activities during normal times. Both teachers and students experience obstacles in carrying out learning, both offline and online. For this reason, this study aims to describe how the learning phenomenon during the Covid-19 pandemic in Bangkalan Madura, and how the teacher's creativity is in designing learning. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and observation of learning design documents carried out during the pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that there are two different phenomena of changes in the form of learning implementation and creative learning designs carried out by two teachers from different schools in Bangkalan Madura. Changes in form occur referring to the accessibility aspect of the implementation of learning by paying attention to the obstacles faced by both teachers and students. This change in form provides teachers with literacy challenges, both digital literacy, and creativity. This research proves that teachers' creativity in realizing 21st-century learning in this pandemic has become increasingly sharp. Two phenomena of changing the form of learning implementation and the creativity of learning designs carried out by teachers during this pandemic can be examples or references for other teachers in carrying out blended learning or online learning during the pandemic.

The imbalance of physical activities will provide a problem on students’ fitness in carrying out learning activities. The physical fitness quality of students of Islamic boarding school is the focus of this research to describe clearly how the balance of students’ physical activities and how their physical fitness. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. The technique of collecting student fitness data through Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to determine the value of VO2Max. The respondents were 27 active students of MTs Islamic Boarding School Sumberwringin. Data analysis techniques using percentages based on physical fitness norms from Davis et al. The results showed that the students’ physical fitness level of MTs Islamic Boarding School Sumberwringin was in the moderate category as the result of good enough balance in physical activities.

Motor development is a process in which children begin to learn to move their limbs skillfully. The opportunity to learn motor skills is very large in the motor development period of early childhood. Good motor skills can certainly have positive implications for various fields in a child's life, one of which is academic achievement. This study used the method of literature review, which was conducted to identify the correlation between motor skills and academic achievement. The 10 scientific journals published the longest in 2013 and the latest in 2021 accessed through NCBI and Research Gate were used as data sources in this study. Search data sources using a combination of keywords motor skills and academic achievement. In general, there is a correlation between motor skills and academic achievement, but there is a different correlation between specific motor skills and certain academic achievements. Future research can look at the correlation of motor skills and academic achievement more specifically or conduct research with students with special needs participants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of physical education teachers in Kaliwates District, Jember Regency on the use of information and communication technology in learning. The rise of technology has changed students' behavior and attitudes, and has changed the way they learn and communicate inside and outside the classroom. Today's education has evolved as a result of the extensive use of digital technology. Digitalization now mandates that all aspects of human society use technology, including education. To combine technology and learning, today's teachers must possess technological pedagogical content expertise. health and exercise Physical education is learning that incorporates physical movement activities in order to maximize students' potential in terms of knowledge (cognition), behavioral attitudes (affective) through instilling positive values in learning, as well as psychomotor (active movement) that has implications in life. As a result, the existence of physical education learning can aid in the development of individual abilities both motorically, emotionally, and intellectually. The results of this survey, which used a descriptive quantitative methodology, show that 38% of physical education teachers in the Kaliwates District believe their students have "enough mastery" of the use of information and communication technology in their lessons. The results demonstrate that some teachers have a limited awareness of how information and communication technologies are used in education. This will help physical education instructors better comprehend and advance students' use of information and communication technologies.

Bridge sport game, in playing the player must go through the process of playing mini bridge first. You have to master how to play, you have to know the High Card Point (HCP), the names of the cards, the bidding sheet, the score sheet, this is the basis for playing bridge. Bridge base online is a way of learning bridge online. This online bridge base is learning that must be applied by teachers or trainers in schools that are in a formal school education environment to apply online training to simplify and shorten how to play bridge can be done independently without involving other people. In conventional games, at least 4 people are required to play bridge. With bridge base online everything can be done alone without involving many people and done anytime and anywhere as long as there is an internet connection

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas 7, 8, dan 9 putra Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Raudlatus Syabab. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Mts Raudlatus Syabab pasa siswa kelas 7, 8, dan 9 putra sejumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini besifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik obserfasi, yg dilasankan dengan praktek langsung. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI) yaitu Sit up, Standing Broad Jump, Hand and Eye Coordination, Bleep Test, dan T-Test. Data yang dihasilkan adalah data kuantitatif yang dianalisis presentase berdasarkan norma TKSI. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebagai berikut: (1) Tingkat Kebugaran Siswa berdasarkan tes Sit Up berkategori Baik, (2) Tingkat Kebugaran Siswa berdasarkan tes Standing Broad Jump berkategori Sedang, (3) Tingkat Kebugaran Siswa berdasarkan tes Hand and Eye Coordination berkategori Baik, (4) Tingkat Kebugaran Siswa berdasarkan tes Bleep Test berkategori Sedang, (5) Tingkat Kebugaran Siswa berdasarkan tes T-Test berkategori Kurang Sekali. Berdasarkan data hasil dari tes yang dilaksanakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran siswa Mts Raudlatus Syabab berkategori Sedang.
