Abstract

Construction projects in all regions continues to be developed for the creation of facilities that can be utilized by the community. One of them is the construction of apartments which are now being intensively carried out to meet residential needs for the community. Making a construction project plan always refers to estimates that exist at the time development plan is made, therefore problems can arise if there is a discrepancy between the plans that have been made and the actual reality. So the impact that often occurs is the delay in the time of project implementation which can also be accompanied by an increase in the cost of implementing the project. In the construction project of Cinere Terrace Suites Apartemen & Citywalk, Jakarta there was a delay resulting in a late payment of monthly bill progress by the owner. Based on the above reasons, this research was conducted to find out how the project performance was seen from the cost and time period of the review period. how is the estimated cost and time to complete the overall project work. The method used in the analysis of this study is the Earned Value Method. Based on the results of the analysis carried out for 29 weeks the project performance on schedule has been delayed and cost shows a positive value. For the estimated completion time of the project there is an increase in time whose duration increases from the planned 98 weeks or 685 days to 109,624 weeks or 768 days. While the estimated cost of completing the project from the results of the analysis obtained a value of Rp. 270,147,448,569.16 smaller than the planned cost of Rp. 315,272,727,272.73. With the difference VAC of Rp. 45,125,278,703.57 this shows that there are benefits obtained by the contractor.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman dan pola hidup manusia yang mempengaruhi kebutuhan akan bangunan gedung, perumahan dan juga kebutuhan pasokan listrik terutama di daerah yang terpencil, maka dari itu pemerintah memprogramkan 35.000 MW diseluruh Indonesia dari sabang sampai merauke dari mulai PLTU(Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap) 25.58%, PLTP (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi) 1.18% , PLTG (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas) 26.12% , PLTMG( Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mesin Gas )7.84% , PLTGU ( Pembangkit Tenaga Gas Uap ) 40.68% dan PLTM ( Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Minihidro ) 0.59%. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan bangunan penunjang pada pembangkit listrik tenaga mesin gas yaitu banguana struktur power house dimana mengunakan aplikasi Staad pro untuk permodelannya dan Analisa gempa menggunakan puskim yang di tinjau dari segi efisiensi material dan biaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari segi kedua tumpuan yang di bandingkan menggunakan permodelan staad pro dan peraturan pembebanan Indonesia tahun 1983 yang sudah dilakukan pada bangunan power house layak untuk dibagunun memenuhi dari gaya aksial, geser dan momen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut membandingkan tumpuan jepit dan sendi menghasilkan nilai rencana anggaran biaya untuk Jepit Rp.5.509.091.296,48 dan Sendi Rp. 6.369.147.621,76 jadi yang lebih Efisien adalah tumpuan Jepit.

Abstract

The crossing bridge at Pasar Minggu is the link between the train station and the shopping center opposite. The reconstruction of the collapsed bridge starts with problem identification and research, then chooses the most appropriate method to use in the reconstruction process, and calculates the cost for the reconstruction of the bridge. From the research results it can be seen that the bridge is reconstructed by retrofitting method where the existing bridge structure is reinforced by the method of scaffolding and launching, so that the bridge is again become feasible to be used, and the cost required to reconstruct the bridge is Rp 1.213.239.230.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai dan keterampilan siswa pada mata pelajaran Aplikasi Perangkat Lunak dan Desain Interior Gedung. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus (siklus I dan siklus II) dengan setiap siklus dilakukan dua kali pertemuan. Siswa melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek; Artinya, siswa langsung berlatih menggambar dengan lembar kerja yang disediakan. Peran tutor sebaya disini adalah membantu guru dalam membimbing siswa dalam menyelesaikan proyek, didampingi dan diarahkan oleh guru. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I aspek keaktifan siswa mencapai rata-rata 76% (Cukup Aktif) dan ketercapaian nilai pengetahuan 17,1% siswa berkompeten. Sebagai perbandingan, pencapaian skor keterampilan adalah 25,7% siswa berkompeten dengan KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Maksimal) 76. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dengan keaktifan siswa meningkat menjadi rata-rata 86% (Aktif), sedangkan pencapaian skor pengetahuan meningkat menjadi 91,43% siswa berkompeten dan pencapaian skor keterampilan juga meningkat dari segi ketuntasan belajar yaitu menjadi 94% siswa berkompeten. Kata kunci: Peningkatan Kompetensi, Tutor Sebaya, Project Based Learning Abstract In the current era of the development of the infrastructure industry, the building material industry in Indonesia has developed very rapidly along with the increasing national economic conditions and innovative technological advancements. In connection with this progress, resulting in increasing needed human resources, especially students who are able to have the knowledge, competencies, and expertise in accordance with the progress and development of the building materials industry. Given the demands and encouragement from the industrial world, the Building Material Science Course is expected to be a means to shape these competencies by looking at the relevance of the development of innovative building materials, so that graduates are expected to produce students who have up-to-date knowledge and competencies related to materials building in the industrial world. The purpose of this article is to increase knowledge and information related to the development of building materials, especially buildings in the industrial world, through the study of Building Materials Science. The method used is the literature review. Literature study results show that learning from lectures is able to contribute to the increase in knowledge and competencies related to the development of building materials that are relevant to the industrial world, one of which is the Building Materials Science Course. The more competence of students regarding building materials, the building in any form can be easily realized when working in the industrial world. Abstract

This study aims to determine the utilization of fiber rope waste (strapping band) in increasing the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete with fiber cross-section size of 2-3 mm and length of 60 mm with variations in the addition of 0 kg/m3, 0,25 kg/m3, 0,5 kg/m3, 0,75 kg/m3, and 1 kg/m3 concrete .the compressive strength of the plan is 30 MPa. The specimen is cylindrical size 150 mm x 300 mm with concrete making planning refers to SNI 03-2834-2000. The results with the addition of rope fibers (strapping band) shows the compressive strength of variations 0 kg/m3, 0,25 kg/m3, 0,5 kg/m3, 0,75 kg/m3, and 1 kg/m3 respectively are 12,55 MPa, 8,87 MPa, 16,608 MPa, 11,418 MPa and 12,644 MPa with the optimum value of concrete compressive strength of 16,608 MPa at variations of the addition of 0,5 kg/m3of fibers. Thus from all the compressive strength values obtained, there are no concretes that reaches the compressive strength of the plan. Whereas the results of tensile strength test are 1,42 MPa, 0,8 MPa, 1,35 MPa, 1,06 MPa and 1,13 MPa respectively with the optimum tensile strength value of 1,53 MPa in variations of addition of 0,5 kg/m3 fibers.

Abstract

One way that can be done to reduce air pollution and production costs in concrete is by utilizing waste that is no longer used, one of which is by using corncob ash. The addition of corn cob ash is expected to make a positive contribution to the concrete, by providing adhesion to the concrete mixture so that it can increase the compressive strength. This study aims to determine the effect of adding corncob ash to the concrete mixture on temperature variations that will be used in burning corncobs. The compressive strength test was made using the standard method of SK SNI T-15-2000-03. All samples were made using a cube mold with dimensions of 15cm x 30cm. This test uses 36 samples consisting of normal concrete and 3 variations of corncob ash content ranging from 5%; 10%; 15%.. Based on the analysis of the compressive strength tester at the age of 28 days, the results were 19.67 MPa; 19.74 MPa; 21.81 MPa; 18.98 MPa. With an increase in the maximum compressive strength of 23.714 MPa at an optimum level of 10%. where the added material content of 10% has the highest compressive strength value compared to other corncob ash additions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the change in concrete behavior in regards to adding soda drinks as retarder and to compare the properties of cocrete using soda drinks and concrete without using soda. In this study, the writer uses soda drink content in 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% variatons based on cement weight. Each variations uses 1 specimen for vicat tests and 2 specimens is used for compressive strength test. In testing using the vicat tool it measures the delay that occurs in content levels of 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% could be considered retarders, where as compressive testing examines the maximum strength acquired from adding soda to the concrete is increased by 1.64% with a variation of 3% from normal concrete and decreased gradually by 1,9% 3,9%, and 4,11% with variations of 6%, 9%, and 12% respectively
