Abstract

The Sokoguru Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO), with one of its activities which is a place for empowering the communities. After conducting an interview with the foundation managers and a survey of the member of the community, the results show that the ability to do entrepreneurship online is essential for the community. Therefore, the community services’ team provide training for the community about the use of social media, especially using Instagram to do digital marketing.This community service activity methodology uses a Participatory Rural Approach in the form of training and mentoring. The service is carried out in 3 stages: preparation, training and evaluation. Preparation is done by seeking information on material requirements for training. The training stage is carried out using an online system with Zoom Meeting (due to COVID-19 19 pandemic). Next, the training is filled with the presentation from the community service’s team, question and answer and sharing experiences.The result of the evaluation, this service activity adds new knowledge for participants (100%), usefulness (52.6%: very useful, 47.4%: useful). As well as increasing interest in online marketing by 73.7% from the previous 57%. Apart from scientific articles, the output of this activity is in the form of training modules, articles on the Kompas mass media, and video documentation on the YouTube channel.

Abstract

In education quality assurance, the accuracy of test data is crucial. However, there is still a problem regarding to the possibility of incorrect data filled by test taker during paper-based test. On the contrary, this problem does not appear in computer-based test. In this study, a method was proposed in order to analyze the accuracy of answer sheet filling out in paper-based test using data mining technique. A single layer of data comprehension was added within the method instead of raw data. The results of the study were a web-based program for data pre-processing and decision tree models. There were 374 instances which were analyzed. The accuracy of answer sheet filling out attained 95.19% while the accuracy of classification varied from 99.47% to 100% depend on evaluation method chosen. This study could motivate the administrators for test improvement since it preferred computer-based test to paper-based.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat perlu dibarengi dengan sistem pengamanan dalam pemanfaatanya. Salah satu diantaranya adalah keamanan data-data file foto (citra) yang di simpan pada perangkat mobile OS android. Perangkat mobile sangat berpotensi terjadi kehilangan akibat pencurian atau disalahgunakan oleh pihak lain yang tidak bertanggung jawab, sehingga informasi yang tersimpan didalamnya sangat beresiko untuk diketahui oleh pihak lain. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi resiko terbukanya informasi data foto pribadi yang tersimpan di perangkat mobile, diperlukan sebuah upaya mekanisme pengamanan data foto tersebut. Mekanisme pengamanan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menyimpan data foto tersebut ke dalam format sandi dan jika ingin membuka kembali informasi aslinya perlu dilakukan dengan mengembalikan dari format sandi ke format semula (enkripsi dan dekripsi). Adapun format sandi file foto yang disimpan di perangkat OS android yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan algoritma hill chiper. Algoritma hill chiper adalah suatu fungsi matematis yang digunakan untuk melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi. Hill cipher yang merupakan poly alphabetic cipher dapat dikategorikan sebagai block cipher, karena file foto yang diproses akan dibagi menjadi sejumlah blok dengan ukuran tertentu. Hasil proses enkripsi dan dekripsi file foto yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini, akan menghasilkan ukuran file foto yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan file foto aslinya. Sedangkan tingkat keacakan informasi pada file foto yang dilakukan enkripsi sangat tergantung pada indek kunci yang digunakan. Semakin besar indeks kunci yang digunakan, maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat keacakan file foto hasil enkripsi yang dihasilkan.
