Abstract

Increasing the resources and progress of the Hindus in Gianyar regency seems to require a process, the government's efforts in improving human resources both in the field of development and religious education, all of which cannot be separated from the readiness of leaders in an organization in providing services. In the management of the field of counseling of Hindus by non-civil servant counselor, in order to create the strengthening of work culture, in the process of achieving progress, the increase of human resources in religious field, commitment and efforts from religious counselor to carry out their duties and obligations as public servants is a manifestation of karma marga. Efforts to improve intellectual education and counseling to Hindus done by the religious counselor continue to be improved in order to educate and promote the Hindus in Gianyar regency. This is done in accordance with Law no. 20 of 2003, article 30, paragraph 2 states that religious education serves to prepare students to become members of the community who understand and practice the values of religious teachings. Strengthening the work culture of the counselor makes efficient effectiveness, if the counselor has performed performance based on schedule. Organizational culture in a government or private institution that is applied strongly and positively will make management efficient and effective, because it produces things like; values, behaviors, deliberations, and mission-oriented activities.

Abstract

The development of values in character education through school culture includes all activities carried out by school principals, teacher counselors, and administrative staff when communicating with students and using school facilities. School culture is the atmosphere of school life where members of the school community interact with each other. The implementation of character education in the learning process in the classroom cannot be separated from various other activities outside the classroom or even outside school. In the classroom, the teacher can start with an introduction to the values that will be developed during the learning process, then the teacher guides students to be actively involved throughout the learning process. Strengthening religious character education in the learning process in the classroom cannot be separated from various activities both outside the classroom or even outside school. Character education has a higher meaning than formal education, because character education is not only related to the problem of right and wrong, but how to instill habits (habits) about good things in life, so that students have high awareness and understanding, and concern and commitment to apply virtue in daily life. The development of school culture carried out by teachers at SD Negeri 3 Sukawati is all efforts made by school residents who have been directed by the principal to create an atmosphere and learning conditions in the classroom to be conducive and fun and can motivate students to study well in accordance with his abilities. Strengthening the religious character of students built by school residents needs to be created through the establishment of a conducive learning atmosphere in the school environment, including the classroom environment. Explicitly the factors that influence the success of the learning process in the classroom in developing school culture as a strengthening of the religious character education of students at SD Negeri 3 Sukawati include teacher competence, learning methods used, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, and a good learning environment. natural environment, psychology and culture.

Abstract

The activities that the teacher does are hard work, smart work, and sincere work, and discipline must be used as guidelines in character education in schools. This is very important, especially to achieve optimal results, so that students as the young generation have the expected high characteristics which is the hope of the Indonesian government. This is done is to prevent public concern over the loss of identity / character in students. With a high character so that it will bring moral learners rooted in philosophy, experience and have cultural and religious values of the Indonesian nation. Thus character education must be continuous and never ending (never ending process), as an integrated part of preparing the nation's generation, which is adapted to the human figure having a future. Character education must grow up the philosophy and practice of the whole character of this nation.. The character of the nation contains cultural that must be manifested in the cultural awareness and cultural intelligence of every citizen of the country.
