Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work environment to employee performance at the district office karangtanjung Pandeglang, independent variables in thisstudy are leadership and work environment and the dependent variable is the performance of employees.The study used qualitative and quantitative methods with descriptive research explansi level, associative ie for influence between the variables, the source data is primary data and secondary data in the form of a questionnaire. The study population of 33 people, and 33 samples were taken, and analyzed with SPSS version 20:00 Based on the results of this study concluded that 1) there is positive and significant correlation between leadership on employee performance, 2) there is no effect and no significant between work environment to employee performance, 3) there are significant positive and significant correlation between leadership and work environment to employee performance

Abstract

The main focus of this community service program is to provide socialization and pioneering of reading houses to children so that their love of reading grows, and that their love of reading becomes a necessity for seeking knowledge. This service activity was carried out at the Puri Krakatau Hijau Housing, Kotasari Village, Grogol District, Cilegon City, Banten Province. The condition of housing that does not have reading house facilities plus the location of the regional library is quite far, located in Cilegon City. This causes children to be reluctant to read, in addition, with the current Covid-19 pandemic condition which requires children not to leave the house or the surrounding environment. The Reading House "Sera Cendikia" is here to answer the problems that occur in the Puri Krakatau Hijau housing. The target to be achieved through this service program is the fulfillment of children's rights to education and so that children become fond of reading. The method used is the Glenn Doma Method, which is a method of teaching reading to children using flash cards so that children will have a sense of confidence, imagenative, and happyness. Education at the basic level is currently often neglected with information technology, even though it is precisely at the basic level that the role of learning begins to be applied, the results obtained are that there is an increase in learning outcomes with this method by 60% of learning.

Abstract

Abstrak Perusahaan pada saat ini menilai bahwa produktivitas karyawan masih belum sesuai dengan target yang ingin dicapai. Oleh karena hal tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keterampilan kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik serta disiplin kerja sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan. Adapun selanjutnya penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei. Responden pada penelitian berikut berjumlah 80 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan hasil persepsi dari responden yang telah mengisi kuesioner dari butir-butir instrument berupa pernyataan-pernyataan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: keterampilan kerja secara berarti memberikan pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara parsial. Selain itu juga diperlihatkan hasil bahwa produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi secara berarti oleh lingkungan kerja fisik, serta dipengaruhi secara parsial oleh disiplin kerja. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama produktivitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara berarti oleh ketrampilan kerja, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil F hitung > F tabel sebesar 21,627 > 2,72 dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Environmental health problems are one of the social problems in life that have not been resolved since then until now. Individuals' lack of awareness of cleanliness is a factor that greatly influences environmental health. Therefore, providing understanding to the public regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in managing household waste, must be improved. Raising public awareness to live clean and free from waste is our common goal, not only for people in urban areas but also for people in rural areas. The lack of knowledge and awareness of the people of Serang Subdistrict regarding the importance of protecting the environment, and how to manage waste, can be seen from the large number of Serang Subdistrict residents who throw rubbish in gardens and even rivers, as well as the lack of rubbish bins in homes or in public places. To raise public awareness about caring for the environment requires education that must be carried out continuously, in order to change people's habits and mindset. This service aims to raise public awareness about throwing away rubbish in its proper place and socializing how to make rubbish bins from used plastic drums. The author uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to solve environmental problems. The activities take the form of socializing information about environmental cleanliness and providing training to the community to make trash cans from items around us that are no longer used, one of which is using used plastic drums. The result of the activity is an increase in public knowledge of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through the use of trash cans that have been made in view of the residential environment being free of rubbish, as well as the community's ability to make their own trash cans from used plastic drums.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence is Competence, OrganizationalCommitment, Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research uses quantitativemethods with questionnaire data collection techniques. The population and sample in this research were 5 6employees using a saturated sampling technique method. Data collected using a questionnaire and analyzedusing SPSS V.22. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) there is an influence on theCompetency variable on organizational behavior (OCB) because t count > t table. 2) there is an influence on thevariable Organizational Commitment on Organizational Behavior (OCB) because t count > t table. 3) there is aninfluence on the Quality of Work Life variable Against organizational behavior (OCB) because t count > t table 4)there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between Competence, Organizational Commitment,Quality of Work Life on Organizational Behavior (OCB) because f count > f table.
