Abstract

his study arises from the competition between companies similar housing in the city of Cilegon which resulted in a decrease in the number of sales of housing units. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) on customer satisfaction through service quality Perum Metro Cilegon / PT. Prime Gapura Prima. The population was Perum Metro Cilegon residents being occupied by theconsumer or PT Perum Metro Cilegon. Prime Gapura Prima at the time this study was conducted. Method of determining the sample is purposive sampling of 180 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire contains questions that are answered respondents.Research analysis method using SEM (Structural Equation Model) that is run by an AMOS software. Results of the analysis showed that the mix of marketing (Marketing Mix) significantly affects customer satisfaction through quality of service. These findingsindicate that the marketing mix significantly influence the quality of service to the value of CR for 3.472, the service quality significantly influence consumer satisfaction with the value of CR for 2.242 and the marketing mix does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction  with  CR  value  of  0.923.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Ministry of Education and Culture has ordered to hold lectures or online learning. These changes not only have an impact on educational institutions but also have an impact on students to quickly adapt to the demands of the environment. In this online learning application, of course it makes it natural that there are pros and contra related to the effectiveness of online learning. In addition, there are differences in the results of research on the influence of online learning on independent learning and learning motivation is also contradictory, based on this phenomenon it is very important to research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning at the Serang Raya University of Banten, to determine the impact of effectiveness on independent learning and student learning motivation. This study used a sample of 175 students at the Serang Raya University of Banten who where given randomly. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between each variable in the study. This research will produce the effectiveness of online learning, its impact on motivation, its impact on independence, reduce public anxiety about online learning, and provide a direction of support for previous research that is contradictory.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory research that highlights the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses that have been formulated previoustly by using a sample of 100 people in 4-wheeled vehicle users who often use toll road facilities in the Banten area. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in analyzing the relationship of variables in the study.Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the effectiveness of the Banten e-toll area, the quality of toll services and the satisfaction of customers of toll road users are considered to be quite good by respondents. The results of partial regression analysis found that the effectiveness of e-toll has significant effect on customer satisfaction at 0.502, while the quality of toll service has a significant effect of 0.528. Simultaneoustly the e-toll effectiveness and service quality have a significant influence.

Abstract

Strategi promosi dan harga menjadi salah satu faktor yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan masyarakat pada umumnya yang membeli sepeda motor di PT. Citra Megah Sentosa Anyer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Citra Megah Sentosa Anyer.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berjumlah9466 dengan sampel 105 konsumen dengan menggunakan metode malhotra. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2017 - Agustus 2017. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner, dan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis yang menggunakan SPSS v.20 for Windows.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F-hitung adalah 107,909 sedangkan F-tabel adalah 3,930 yang berarti F-hitung > F-tabel. Ini menunjukkan H0 ditolak Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian PT. Citra Megah Sentosa Anyer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the adoption of m-payment in Indonesia during pandemic Covid-19 using the technology acceptance model (TAM) and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), particularly to examine its impact on intention to recommend. The population in this study is users of digital payment from several applications such as GoPay, OVO, Dana, Linkaja, and Shopeepay. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with a minimum of 125 respondents. A total of 213 questionnaires was obtained from the respondent of m-payment users in Jakarta, Tanggerang, Bandung and Serang. Using PLS-SEM, it is found that usefulness, ease of use, visibility and security affect intention to use m-payment, with relative advantage has no significant effect on intention to use. In addition, intention to recommend m-payment is influenced by intention to use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji kemudahan penggunaan dan faktor keamanan terhadap niat penggunaan dan menguji dampaknya terhadap niat merekomendasikan penggunaan layanan m-payment di Indonesia khususnya pada Kota Serang, Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna layanan pembayaran m-payment di Kota Serang yang menggunakan aplikasi Go-Pay, Ovo dan Dana. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara daring (online) sehingga didapatkan data sebanyak 190 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis partial leats square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat penggunaan layana m-payment. Penelitian ini juga menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan dari niat penggunaan terhadap niat merekomendasikan layana m-payment.

Abstract

In the last decade, Indonesia's fintech trend are supported by the growth of Internet users. A recent report by OJK in 2021 shows that online loan services continue to increase by the millennial generation's dominance. It's because online loan services are easier to gain rather than conventional loan services. Unfortunately, its service provides several potential threats to its users. Moreover, religious values play a critical role in shaping consumers' attitudes and behavior towards products or services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of perceived risk: security risks and privacy risks, and religiosity in predicting customers' intention to borrow in P2P Lending apps. The research approach is quantitative, with a random sampling technique, and the research sample is 86 respondents. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 23. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that security risk has a negative and significant effect in predicting the intention to borrow in P2P Lending apps, but no relationship between privacy risk and religiosity on the intention to borrow. As a managerial implication, our findings can help the company to focus on providing highly secure apps and promoting and campaigning the confidentiality of users' personal information.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Paham Potensi Niaga. This research is a replication study using a quantitative approach method. The population of this study was 185 people, samples were taken using purposive sampling with a sample size of 65 employees. Data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the analysis showing that service quality and price influence purchasing decisions as proven by the t test which shows tcount > ttable. The results of the f test analysis show that service quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. This can be proven from the results of the f test by paying attention to the value of Fcount > Ftable. And the significance value is <0.05. The concentration of this research is on purchasing decisions which are influenced by service quality and price. Suggestions for further research are expected to be able to retest based on dimensions and indicators other than those examined in this research
