Abstract

This study basically do image management processes which have no restrictions in about permissions to view the images on the XYZ consultant. This results in image can be easily used by those who do not have the right to open it. Therefore, security research digital image with cryptographic techniques using Rivest Shamir-Adleman With the Chinese Remainder Theorem (RSA-CRT) aims to provide restrictions permissions to view the image, and give the number of restrictions to view images that can be performed by the client. Results of this research is a security application that can create digital images can not be seen without using a specific key and restrictions as well as providing an image to only be opened in a few times. Abstract

In chronological search process a news event online which using search engines, users must access the various sites that have relevance for the event. This is because search engines do not provide search results in a structured method. The search process requires conformity result of the query is entered as search criteria. Relevance textual news can be obtained by using a cosine-similarity summary of news by implementing the method of Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR) which is determined based on the similarity to the query. In the same context, the search over 90 samples of news documents applied algorithm Steiner Tree in determining the best path in a collection of news documents (vertices) connected as a weighted similarity (edge) while the side directed toward a specific document (directed arc). Based on usability testing methods directed against six respondents as much as 66.7% of respondents considered that this application tasks more quickly and 75% of users were able to overcome the existing problems with the process of finding a time-saving news. From the performance testing of the algorithms applied, obtained by the complexity of the implementation of the MMR algorithm is O (n2) and Steiner Tree algorithm is O (n). Thus, the implementation of MMR and Steiner Tree in search applications of chronological events can reduce the level of absurdity news structurally. So as to facilitate the readers in determining the understanding of events happening quickly. Index Terms— text-summarization, MMR, steiner tree, Storyline, Artificial Intellegence (AI).

Abstract

Central Bureau of Statistics is one of the institutions that collect data in all fields and one of them is data of food crops. The Central Bureau of Statistics conducted the ubinan survey to obtain food crop data. Found some obstacles in the field in conducting ubinan survey. This can reduce the quality of food crop data if not quickly addressed. Given food crop data is very important for the life of the community, it takes a tool that can help the surveyor so that the data produced can be more quickly and accurately. In this research will be made an application with a given feature that is to store the coordinate point of survey implementation, to provide location information on harvest measurement in the field, to detect harvest income writing errors, display compass as a tool for determining the direction of the wind. So that the work of ubinan survey can be further improved the quality of food crop data in the Central Bureau of Statistics. Index Terms— Android, Survei, Ubinan, Tanaman Pangan.
