Abstract

Teknologi Voice over Internet Procotol (VoIP) tentu sangat menguntungkan bagi masyarakat luas karena dengan adanya VoIP maka sarana untuk melakukan komunikasi dari segi biaya yang dikeluarkan akan menjadi lebih sedikit apabila dibandingkan dengan media telepon konvensional biasa. Protokol H.323 dan Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) merupakan protokol yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun VoIP. Baik protokol H.323 dan SIP metodenya berbeda satu sama lain, sehingga tentunya perlu dilakukan suatu pengujian dan analisis untuk mengetahui kualitas yang dihasilkan dari VoIP dengan menggunakan kedua protokol tersebut. Parameter Quality of Service (QoS) yang digunakan untuk mengamati kualitas dari VoIP tersebut adalah delay, jitter, packet loss, serta Mean Opinion Score (MOS) yang diujikan pada 5 audience.Pengukuran QoS tersebut mengunakan tools VoIP Quality Monitoring VQManager yang dilakukan pada bandwidth sebesar 512 Kbps, 256 Kbps, 128 Kbps, dan 64 Kbps dengan Audio Codec G.711. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan skema percobaan yang sama, secara umum nilai dari parameter QoS yang didapat ketika menggunakan protokol H.323 bisa dikatakan lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan protokol SIP. Abstract

QoS network mempunyai peran penting dalam menjamin kualitas suatu layanan data dari provider pada customer. Salah satu tipe jaringan yang biasa digunakan adalah Asynchronus Transfer Mode (ATM). Pendekatan dari QoS dalam mendukung jaringan ATM dapat menggunakan beberapa tipe skema seperti CBR, rt-VBR, ABR, round-roubin dan weighted round robin, sedangkan untuk congestion control maka dilakukan perbandingan antara EFCI dengan ERICA. Penggunaan ERICA berdasarkan simulasi menggunakan OPNET terbukti lebih efektif daripada EFCI dan dengan menggunakan sistem antrian weighted round-robin

Abstract

Pendekatan revitalisasi cagar budaya harusmampu mengenali dan memanfaatkan pula potensiyang ada di lingkungan sekitar seperti sejarah,makna, serta keunikan dan citra lokasi. Masihkurang akuratnya mekanisme dalam perhitungannilai dari setiap kriteria masing-masing bangunandan kawasan cagar budaya menyulitkan petugasdalam menentukan prioritas revitalisasi, sehinggamenimbulkan kurang optimalnya tindakanrevitalisasi yang dilakukan. Analisis cagar budayamemanfaatkan Metode Analytical HierarchyProcess (AHP) sebagai metode dari SistemPendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam proses analisisdata cagar budaya yang menggunakan beberapakriteria (multikriteria) untuk memilih prioritasrevitalisasi cagar budaya yang tepat. AHP digunakansebagai model untuk pembobotan multiktiteriadalam proses pemilihan prioritas revitalisasi.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukandapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapatmembantu petugas dalam pengolahan data cagarbudaya, mempercepat waktu analisis cagar budaya,memudahkan proses pengambilan keputusanprioritas revitalisasi cagar budaya Kota Bandungserta mampu mengoptimalkan tindakan revitalisasiyang dilakukan.

Abstract

Pengolahan data Pencari Kerja pada Dinas Sosial dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Padang masih menggunakan sistem komputer yang belum optimal, karena penyimpanan data yang masih memerlukan tempat dan ruangan yang besar, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama untuk menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dalam pembuatan kartu pencari kerjanya sendiri masih menggunakan tulisan tangan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pengolahan data dari proses yang ada sebelumnya.

Abstract

Implementation Work Practice in Higher Education in a subject that must be done by all students to try to implement the knowledge and skills acquired to society or industry. A large number of students who participated in the Job with limited human resources administration of the College governing its implementation, can cause problems in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of reporting and implementation. Abstract

Availability the Application Programming Interface (API) for third-party applications on Android devices provides an opportunity to monitor Android devices with each other. This is used to create an application that can facilitate parents in child supervision through Android devices owned. In this study, some features added to the classification of image content on Android devices related to negative content. In this case, researchers using Clarifai API. The result of this research is to produce a system which has feature, give a report of image file contained in target smartphone and can do deletion on the image file, receive browser history report and can directly visit in the application, receive a report of child location and can be directly contacted via this application. This application works well on the Android Lollipop (API Level 22). Index Terms— Application Programming Interface(API), Monitoring, Negative Content, Children, Parent.

Abstract

This study basically do image management processes which have no restrictions in about permissions to view the images on the XYZ consultant. This results in image can be easily used by those who do not have the right to open it. Therefore, security research digital image with cryptographic techniques using Rivest Shamir-Adleman With the Chinese Remainder Theorem (RSA-CRT) aims to provide restrictions permissions to view the image, and give the number of restrictions to view images that can be performed by the client. Results of this research is a security application that can create digital images can not be seen without using a specific key and restrictions as well as providing an image to only be opened in a few times. Abstract

In chronological search process a news event online which using search engines, users must access the various sites that have relevance for the event. This is because search engines do not provide search results in a structured method. The search process requires conformity result of the query is entered as search criteria. Relevance textual news can be obtained by using a cosine-similarity summary of news by implementing the method of Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR) which is determined based on the similarity to the query. In the same context, the search over 90 samples of news documents applied algorithm Steiner Tree in determining the best path in a collection of news documents (vertices) connected as a weighted similarity (edge) while the side directed toward a specific document (directed arc). Based on usability testing methods directed against six respondents as much as 66.7% of respondents considered that this application tasks more quickly and 75% of users were able to overcome the existing problems with the process of finding a time-saving news. From the performance testing of the algorithms applied, obtained by the complexity of the implementation of the MMR algorithm is O (n2) and Steiner Tree algorithm is O (n). Thus, the implementation of MMR and Steiner Tree in search applications of chronological events can reduce the level of absurdity news structurally. So as to facilitate the readers in determining the understanding of events happening quickly. Index Terms— text-summarization, MMR, steiner tree, Storyline, Artificial Intellegence (AI).

Abstract

Central Bureau of Statistics is one of the institutions that collect data in all fields and one of them is data of food crops. The Central Bureau of Statistics conducted the ubinan survey to obtain food crop data. Found some obstacles in the field in conducting ubinan survey. This can reduce the quality of food crop data if not quickly addressed. Given food crop data is very important for the life of the community, it takes a tool that can help the surveyor so that the data produced can be more quickly and accurately. In this research will be made an application with a given feature that is to store the coordinate point of survey implementation, to provide location information on harvest measurement in the field, to detect harvest income writing errors, display compass as a tool for determining the direction of the wind. So that the work of ubinan survey can be further improved the quality of food crop data in the Central Bureau of Statistics. Index Terms— Android, Survei, Ubinan, Tanaman Pangan.

Abstract

Poor air quality threatens the health of all living things from humans to plants. Most people don’t know that the air they are breathing may be polluted. WHO said that 92% population in the world are living in the area with poor air quality that exceed the safe limit from WHO. Carbondioxide is one of many dangerous gas that must be considered by human. It can cause serious problem to human health. Industries are contribute to carbondioxide concentration in air. The purpose of this system is build the tool using NodeMCU microcontroler to measure the air quality in some place. This system can inform the user about air quality in their place by using Android smartphone. The forecast feature can be used to prevent the dangerous air quality.
