Abstract

MCM-41 is a material that can be used as support for the properties he owned, among other things a uniform pore size and specific surface area is large. In this study has successfully created a catalyst Co-Al-MCM-41 with a hydrothermal method in the form of white powder into the ash-gray with a specific surface area ratio of 20 = 969.01 m2 / g and the ratio 40 = 1078.95 m2 / g and can used as a catalyst in cyclization cytronelal. The results of characterization by XRD, FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption showed that the catalyst Co-Al-MCM-41 has the same structure mesopori material MCM-41 is marked by the emergence of characteristic peaks difractogram at 1.8-2.4 ° 2 approximately, 3.5 -4.12 °, 4.31-4.82 °, and 5.64-6.00 °, and the pore size distribution between 30.49-34.09 Å, has a hexagonal shape and uniform particle morphology with average size 1 m. Results desorption nitrogen absorption analysis showed the surface area decreased with the growing amount of Co loading. Catalytic activity of Al-MCM-41 and Co-Al-MCM-41 at cyclization cytronelal reaction influenced by the nature of the acidity of the catalyst, which catalyst has a number of the more Lewis acid and Bronsted acid side has less active and selective nature of the cyclization reaction cytronelal be isopulegol. Abstract

Desa Jatirejoyoso merupakan salah satu desa di wilayah Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki taman eduwisata, yaitu tanaman refugia. Konsep eduwisata diusung dengan tujuan utama sebagai tempat berkumpul dan rekreasi. Tujuan lainnya adalah sebagai tempat dan media pembelajaran tentang alam khususnya dunia pertanian. Sasaran pengunjungnya terutama anak-anak usia dini. Namun sayangnya, pada April 2022 taman ini diterjang puting beliung sehingga tidak bisa beroperasi. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) kemudian terjun untuk membantu mengembalikan fungsi Taman Eduwisata Refugia agar segera bisa dioperasikan kembali, termasuk untuk menunjang perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya lingkungan taman yang bersih dan rapi, serta penambahan fasilitas tangga pada saung yang besar. Dengan hasil tersebut, diharapkan dapat mengembalikan fungsi Taman Eduwisata Refugia, meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk berkunjung, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar Desa Jatirejoyoso. Kata kunci— Pendampingan, Rehabilitasi, Taman, Refugia Abstract Jatirejoyoso Village, Kepanjen District, Malang Regency is one of the areas that has an edutourism park, namely Refugia plants. The concept of edutourism is carried out with the main purpose as a gathering place and recreation. Another purpose is as a place and medium of learning about nature, especially agriculture. The target visitor is mainly early childhood children. Unfortunately, in April 2022 this park was hit by a tornado so it could not operate. The community service team of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) get involved to help restore the function of the Refugia Edutourism Park so that it could soon be operated again, including to support the economy of the surrounding community. The result of this activity is the realization of a clean and neat garden environment, as well as the addition of staircase facilities on a large saung. Through this activity, it is expected to restore the function of the Refugia Edutourism Park, especially to attract the interest of the wider community to visit, and ultimately improve the economy of the community around Jatirejoyoso Village. Keywords—Accompaniment Program, Rehabilitation, Park, Refugia

Abstract

Memiliki lahan pertanian seluas 273 Ha, sekitar 168 Ha atau  62% dari luas desa, dengan capaian hasil panen padi sebesar 18.000 ton saat 2021, Desa Wonokerso diperkirakan memiliki banyak jerami sampah pertanian yang begitu banyak. Sampah pertanian yang ada pada desa tidak begitu dimanfaatkan. Oleh karena itu, sebagai bentuk pengabdian dilaksanakan Sosialisasi Pembuatan Jamur Merang yang diharapkan dapat menjadi opsi perekonomian masyarakat desa. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan menggaet narasumber dari Kelompok Tani Mandiri Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan pelatihan melalui penyuluhan, demonstrasi meliputi persiapan bahan, formulasi medium, pembuatan medium, pertumbuhan jamur, dan manajemen pemeliharaan jamur dan pendampingan. Dengan sasaran komunitas Kelompok Wanita Tani yang ada di Desa Wonokerso menghadiri acara sosialisasi Pembuatan Jamur Merang. Dari diadakannya sosialisasi ini, kelompok pengabdian Universitas Negeri Malang berharap sosialisasi ini dapat bermanfaat untuk masyarakat Desa Wonokerso. Kata kunci—Pengabdian Masyarakat, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Abstract Owning an agricultural land area of 273 Ha, about 168 Ha or 62% of the village area, with a rice yield of 18,000 tons by 2021, Wonokerso Village is estimated to have a lot of agricultural waste straw. Agricultural waste in the village is not really used. Therefore, as a form of devotion, a Socialization of Making Merang Mushrooms was held which is expected to be an economic option for the villagers. The socialization activity was carried out by inviting resource persons from the Independent Farmers Group of Malang Regency. The method used in this service activity is training through counseling, demonstrations including material preparation, medium formulation, medium manufacture, mushroom growth, and mushroom maintenance management and mentoring. With the target of the Women Farmer Group in Wonokerso Village attending the socialization event for the Making of Merang Mushrooms. From the holding of this socialization, the Universitas Negeri Malang devotion group hopes that this socialization can be useful for the residents of Wonokerso Village. Keywords— Community Service, Entrepreneurship Education, Local Economic Development

Abstract

Perkembangan usaha pembesaran lele dumbo di Boyolali telah diikuti berkembangnya industri Usaha Kecil dan Menengah pengolahan aneka produk lele. Usaha ini berdampak pada berdirinya usaha pengolahan berbahan baku lele diantaranya KUBE Karmina dan KWT Ngudi Mulyo. Produk olahan yang telah diproduksi antara lain abon lele, aneka kripsi dari kulit lele, sirip, tulang dan daging lele. Industri ini dapat sebagai pekerjaan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan dapat menambah penghasilan keluarga di daerah tersebut. Dalam perkembangannya, kedua kelompok mengalami masalah yang sama dalam pengirisan/perajangan kerupuk/daging lele dan kendala pemasaran. Tujuan pengabdian ini memperbaiki proses produksi dalam mengembangkan usaha pengolahan lele agar produknya lebih baik dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diintroduksikan meat slicer dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran melalui media cetak dan penjalinan kerjasama dengan warung makan dan toko oleh-oleh. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan tersebut adalah 1) hasil rajangan kerupuk sudah terstandar tetapi untuk keripik daging lele masih perlu perbaikan, 2) Perluasan jangkauan pemasaran mengarah pada rumah makan, 3) Terjadi peningkatan omset produksi maupun omset penjualan di masing-masing kelompok. Produk yang terstandar dapat menjamin kualitas sehingga kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk semakin meningkat.Kata kunci : meat slicer, pengolahan, pemasaran

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas MaretKelompok 13 mengusung beberapa tema, salah satunya yaitu pendidikan. Pemilihan tema tersebutdilatarbelakangi oleh analisis situasi dan kondisi yang ada di lokasi kegiatan KKN ini dilaksanakan.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertemakan pendidikan bertujuan untuk meningkatkanpengetahuan dan pendidikan anak. Salah satu program yang masuk ke dalam tema pendidikanadalah kegiatan lomba story telling dalam rangka merayakan HUT RI ke-76. Kegiatan yang bertajuk“Senyum Kemerdekaan” di Bukit Cioray, Desa Leuwikaret, Kecamatan Klapanunggal, KabupatenBogor merupakan program kerja gabungan dari Tim KKN Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS)Kelompok 13 bersama Komunitas Ganas Care dan Yayasan Pendidikan Amal Mulya (YPAM)Klapanunggal. Partisipasi dan antusiasme anak-anak dalam mengikuti lomba story telling sangatlahbaik. Adapun dampak yang diperoleh dari kegiatan perlombaan ini adalah meningkatnyapengetahuan dan kemampuan anak-anak dalam membaca dongeng. Perlombaan story telling sangatbermanfaat dan diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuananak dalam membaca serta mengingat legenda dongeng setempat. Abstract

DPMPTSP Nganjuk Regency in improving quality services by being a pioneer in implementing an online service licensing system. The Online Single Submission (OSS) system was launched because the registration and permit application process can be done online, reducing bureaucracy and speeding up the licensing process and it is hoped that this will create a more conducive and highly competitive business environment. The success of OSS reflects a consensus between government, society and the private sector to achieve good governance. This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of good governance and the driving factors as well as inhibiting factors in the implementation of good governance principles in the Nganjuk Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data analysis by Miles Huberman, & J. Saldana in Sugiyono (2018). The research results are based on indicators of the application of good governance principles according to Sedarmayanti (2013), namely optimal accountability, optimal transparency, participation that is not optimal, and the rule of law is quite optimal.

Abstract

Humans who work as teachers or teachers will look for various methods that are suitable for use in the pedagogy and learning process, so that students can learn well. Constructivism method is a process where the source of knowledge, from experience or real reality on the individual or the students themselves. So that in the learning process students or students explore their own knowledge, the teacher only fishes or makes a scenario of a problem about the material presented so that students can automatically think about solving the problems given by the teacher. Good learning is one that is able to grow the enthusiasm and interest in learning of students to increase. Belong of them is the sense of compatibility and interest between students and good and fun learning methods. Researchers think the Constructivism method as the implementation of PAI learning is very useful, for the advancement of the thinking power of students in the educational process, especially in PAI subjects. Abstract

Number of control visits for post-inpatient patients at the AFM Arosbaya clinic from the last 3 months of data in 2023 is around 31.4%, concluded that the number of control visits is low. One of the causes the low number of control visits is poor implementation of discharge planning, this is proven by research 1 which found that 66% of respondents with good DP had control compliance. Paper-based DP has several weaknesses, including being easily lost, easily damaged and writing that is difficult to read. With the development of information, communication systems, it is necessary to develop WhatsApp-based electronic DP. This research method is a type of true experimental design with control research. Population in this study were post-inpatient patients at the AFM Arosbaya clinic in 2023, namely 701 patients. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, and the sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. The sample in the study was the average post-hospitalization patient at the AFM Arosbaya clinic in 2023 with an average number of 58 samples.The results of data analysis meet the requirements, where the P-Value Chi-Square value is significant (0.005), namely <0.05 or there is a relationship/correlation between the provision of WhatsApp-based e-DP and an increase in the number of control visits for post-hospitalization patients, but the correlation is weak with the contingency value 0.251. There were 20 patients who came for control before being given WhatsApp-based e-DP, while after being given WhatsApp-based e-DP there were 35 patients who came for control.Based on the research results above concluded that providing WhatsApp-based e-DP can increase the number of control visits post-hospitalization patients at the AFM Arosbaya clinic. The suggestion for this research is that further research needs to be carried out with a larger population,sample, a longer research time. Hopefully, future researchers can develop web-based discharge planning.

Abstract

In Erich Fromm’s psychosocial, there are constructive instincts (biophilia) and destructive instincts (necrophilia). In the romance film ‘Bumi Manusia’, the psychological elements that looks very contrasting is the necrophilia behavior of the main character Robert Mellema. This qualitative research takes the source from the roman ‘Bumi Manusia’ which is adapted from the phenomenal novel by Pramoedya Ananta Toer (1980). After successfully capturing the attention of many literary art lovers, the same storyline was also made into a film in 2019 with a duration of 3 hours 1 minute. The research data are in the from of quotes from the film ‘Bumi Manusia’ (2019), more specifically about the necrophilia behavior of the character Robert Mellema. In this case, destructive behavior is more interesting to study because it is in line with the reasons for the initation of Erich Fromm’s theory, namely: demeaning others, discriminating, immoral behavior, impolite, addicted to sinful women, and other of destructive behavior.

Abstract

Choirul Anam, 2023. The Influence of Teacher Competence and Training on Teacher Performance at the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) of Sampang with Work Discipline as an Intervening Variable. Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. The type of this research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach and is complemented by a qualitative approach, the research sample is 69 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe how teachers' competence, training, work discipline and teacher performance in the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. 2) To test and analyze whether teacher competency has a significant effect on teacher performance in the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher work discipline in the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. 4) To test and analyze whether the training has a significant effect on the work discipline of teachers in the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. 5) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. 6) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang. 7) To test and analyze whether teacher competence has an indirect effect on teacher performance at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang through work discipline. 8) To test and analyze whether the training has an indirect effect on teacher performance at the State Madrasah Aliyah (MAN) Sampang through work discipline. The results showed that: 1) Teacher competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 2) Teacher competence has a significant positive effect on work discipline. 3) Training has a significant positive effect on work discipline. 4) Training has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 5) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 6) Teacher competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. 7) Training has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with work discipline as an intervening variable.
