Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality on Decision to Purchase Maybelline Mascara Cosmetics in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including brand image, product quality and purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all students of the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Bengkulu University who used Maybelline mascara cosmetics, with the sampling method using Simple Random Sampling method, in conducting the research the respondents were obtained random. In this study using data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using test instruments, Analysis of Respondents' Responses, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and also Hypothesis t and hypothesis f.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the formulation of Y = 3.630 + 0.314 (X1) + 0.290 (X2) is obtained. The determinant coefficient R2 = 0.572 or 57.2% while the remaining 0.428 or 42.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. The results of the tests that have been carried out can be seen that the Brand Image variable (X1) shows t count of 2.721> t table 1.99601 with a significant level of 0.008 <0.050, the Product Quality variable (X_2) shows the tcount of 5.227> t table 1.99601 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050. The results of the F test show that the significance value of F is 0.000 less than 0.050 and Fcount is greater than Ftable, 44.709> 3.133, from the results of data management it can be concluded that the brand image and product quality partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan akad murabahah, serta dapat mengetahui alur pelaksanaan pelaksanaan akad murabahah dan menekankan pada fatwa dewan syariah nasional tentang murabahah pada BMT Al-Amal Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa proses pembiayaan murabahah di BMT Al-Amal sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sudah sesuai dengan standar oprasional yang telah dimiliki. Secara umum pelaksanaan akad murabahah pada BMT Al-Amal telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Fatwa DSN-MUI. Adapun ketentuan yang belum sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI: Pertama, pihak BMT Al-Amal tidak menyertakan surat janji pembelian barang ketika anggota mengajukan permohonan pembiayaan murabahah. Kedua, teknis pembelian barang dilakukan oleh anggota dengan menggunakan akad wakalah masih terjadi perbedaan harga barang antara realisasi pembelian dengan akad wakalah-nya. Ketiga, dalam penerapan kebijakan potongan pelunasan dalam akad murabahah pihak BMT Al-Amal menyampaikan atau memberitahukan sebelumnya kepada anggota walaupun disampaikan secara lisan.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of motivation and ability on employee performance (Empirical Study in Kepahiang Regency General Hospital). Human resources constitute resources that have advantages compared to other resources related to organizations within the company. Hospital organizations are complext and unique organizations. Said to be complex because of many complicated problems. In achieving company goals, surely competent human resources are needed and have good performance in order to support the company's success. This study aimed at determining the effect of motivation and ability on employee performance (Empirical Study in Kepahiang Regency General Hospital). The study employed a quantitative descriptive method with a total sample of 125 samples. Then, the study applied multiple linear regression analysis technique to analyze data with hypothesis test. With the results of this study, motivation affected the performance of Kepahiang Regency General Hospital Employees. This case is proven by t-test showing a value of t count of 5,569 then t count > t table (5,569> 1.9796) and (sig <α = 0,000 <0.050), it states that there is a significant influence, ability (X_2), namely t_count>t_table (11.693> 1.9796) and (sig <α = 0.000 <0.050), it states that there is a significant influence, Employee Performance (Y) F_count of 211.926 with F_table value of 1.7992 namely (211.926> 1.7992) and (sig á = 0.000 <0.050). Further, it can be concluded that H_3 is accepted meaning that simultaneously variables motivation and ability have a significant effect on employee performance at the Kepahiang Regency General Hospital. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of leadership, reward and punishment on employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara . This type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach method. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents with a sampling technique using total sampling, while the sample was taken with a total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential analysis in this study. Based on the results of the study can be seen leadership has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because a significant value of 0.648 is not significant to the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because the significant value is greater than 0.05, based on the results of the study can be seen Reward significantly influence employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because a significant value of 0.003 is significant on the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because the significant value is smaller than 0.05 and based on the results of the study can be seen Punishment significantly influence employee performance at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because a significant value of 0,000 is significant to the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara because the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results in this study indicate that all dimensions of leadership, reward and punishment affect the performance of employees at PT. K3 / SIL Ketahun Bengkulu Utara. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Curup Mandiri Jaya TV Kabel, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Dalam penenlitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, penyebaran angket atau kuisioner dan wawancara. Ada beberapa variable bebas (x) yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini, diantaranya Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja. Yang menjadi obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan pada Curup Mandiri Jaya TV Kabel yang berjumlah 50 orang. Dalam penenlitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, penyebaran angket atau kuisioner dan wawancara. Dari hasil uji regresi linier berganda didapat persamaan regresinya adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 1.063 + 0.460 () + 0.301 (X2). Hasil uji t pada variabel Motivasi (X1) menunjukkan thitung> ttabel (11.020>2.01174) dan (sig < = 0,000<0,050), Lingkungan Kerja (X2) menunjukkan thitung> ttabel (3.160>2.01174) dan (sig< = 0,003<0,050). Sedangkan uji F diperoleh >yaitu (108.122>3.199) dan (sig< = 0.000<0,050). Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1), dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Curup Mandiri Jaya TV Kabel.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out among the members of the Sakinah Tailors' social gathering in the Kampung Bali sub-district of Sungai Serut, Bengkulu City. The members of the Sakinah Tailors' social gathering have the potential to grow because the members or partners already have sewing skills or their own sewing businesses. This is a supporting factor in developing a cooperative. However, they are constrained by limited knowledge about the procedures for forming a cooperative, capital, and how to prepare cooperative financial reports. So far, the members of the Penjahit Sakinah sewing circle have been carrying out savings and loan activities, but the administrators still carry out savings and loan activities in a conventional manner, so they want to form a sharia savings and loan cooperative. Therefore, the Community Service Team from the Faculty of Economics and Business wants to conduct socialization and assistance activities for the formation of a sharia-based savings and loan cooperative. The method used is through direct socialization and assistance activities using the Excel application, followed by posting, adjusting journals, and reporting activities.
