Abstract

ABSTRACT  Occurrence at risk of infection, risk of injury and stress of hospitalization are three events that often occur in children who are hospitalized with infusion. During this time the efforts of these events have only been overcome by the installation of a buffer on the hand and fixation with gauze rolls that are looped on the child's arm only so that this can only reduce the risk of infection. Provision of infusion nest products (infusion gloves) is an effort to prevent and reduce the occurrence of these three events. Infusion nest products are creative innovations that have been made because so far there are no similar products in hospitals.Marketing research on consumers of nest infusion products is carried out to determine the potential of the market and the behaviors that develop in consumers so that clear information about the customers of infusion nest products can be obtained, especially in hospitals that are sheltered by Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surabaya-Sidoarjo. One of the important data to analyze is data about certain segments of the customer and how the infusion nest producers are able to place their product position on consumer perceptions. This is very important to determine the marketing strategy. appropriate.Customers from hospitals that are in large numbers in Surabaya and scattered are certainly not possible to analyze all, so we need a marketing research procedure by taking samples. samples designed to obtain data on demographic characteristics, psychography, behavior and consumer preferences. In addition, information about perceptual maping from consumers on infusion nest products is needed to find out the map of respondents' perceptions of the nest infusion product attributes. From consumer preference data on marketing attributes of nest infusion products customer segmentation can be done to obtain information about groups of customers based on the choice of the most important attributes. In addition, each segment can be described the characteristics of psychography, demographics and behavior to see the characteristics of each segment. The data about positioning provides information on product position in customer perceptions based on marketing attributes that are superior to infusion nest products.From the data obtained from filling out the questionnaire after validation through Focus Group Discussion with child nurse nurses in two Muhammadiyah Hospital (RS) namely Siti Khodijah Hospital Along and RSIA Aisyiah Pacarkeling Surabaya it was found that infusion nest customers, can be grouped into 2 groups with preference characteristics, demographics, psychography, and different behaviors. While the positioning of infusion nest products in consumer perceptions is still relatively close to a number of superior attributes, such as there are no similar products on the market, products are comfortable for children, products can make it easier for nurses to observe infusion conditions in accordance with hospital accreditation but prices offered by producers can increase the cost of installing IVs so that they can only be temporarily reached by patient patients non BPJS users.Keywords                   : Infusion nest products, positioningCorrespondence to       : gita.ners82@gmail.com ABSTRAK  Kejadian Resiko Infeksi, resiko cidera dan stress hospitalisasi merupakan tiga kejadian yang seringkali terjadi pada anak yang mengalami rawat inap yang terpasang infus. Selama ini upaya kejadian tersebut hanya diatasi dengan pemasangan penyangga pada tangan dan fiksasi dengan kasa gulung yang dilingkarkan pada lengan anak saja sehingga hal ini hanya dapat mengurangi kejadian resiko infeksi saja. Pemberian produk sarang infus (sarung tangan infus) merupakan upaya untuk mencegah dan mengurangi terjadinya  ketiga kejadian tersebut. Produk sarang infus merupakan inovasi kreatif yang telah dibuat karena selama ini tidak ada produk serupa yang ada di rumah sakit.Riset pemasaran terhadap konsumen produk sarang infus dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi – potensi pasar dan prilaku – prilaku yang berkembang pada konsumen sehingga dapat diperoleh informasi yang jelas tentang pelanggan produk sarang infus khususnya di Rumah Sakit yang bernaung pada persyarikatan Muhammadiyah di Surabaya-Sidoarjo. Salah satu data yang penting untuk di analisis adalah data tentang segmen – segmen tertentu dari pelanggan serta bagaimana produsen sarang infus tersebut mampu menempatkan posisi produknya pada persepsi konsumen. Hal ini sangat penting untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran. yang sesuai. Pelanggan dari rumah sakit yang jumlahnya banyak di Surabaya dan terpencar – pencar tentunya tidak mungkin kita analisis semua, sehingga diperlukan prosedur riset pemasaran dengan melakukan pengambilan sampel. sampel yang didesain untuk men -dapatkan data tentang karakteristik demografi, psikografi, prilaku dan preferensi konsumen. Selain itu informasi tentang perceptual maping dari konsumen terhadap produk sarang infus sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui peta persepsi responden terhadap atribut produk sarang infus. Dari data preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut pemasaran produk sarang infus dapat dilakukan segmentasi pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang kelompok – kelompok pelanggan berdasarkan pilihan terhadap atribut yang paling dipentingkan. Selain itu masing – masing segmen dapat dideskripsikan karakteristik psikografi, demografi dan prilakunya untuk melihat ciri – ciri yang dimiliki masing – masing segmen. Adapun data tentang positioning memberikan informasi posisi produk dalam persepsi pelanggan berdasarkan atribut pemasaran yang diunggulkan pleh produk sarang infus.Dari data yang diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner setelah validasi melalui Fokus Group Discussion dengan perawat perawat anak di dua Rumah sakit (RS) Muhammadiyah yaitu RS Siti Khodijah Sepanjang dan RSIA Aisyiah Pacarkeling Surabaya didapatkan bahwa pelanggan sarang infus, dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 2 kelompok dengan karakteristik preferensi, demografi, psikografi, dan prilaku yang berbeda – beda. Sedangkan positioning produk sarang infus dalam persepsi konsumen masih  relatif berdekatan untuk beberapa atribut yang diunggulkan, seperti belum ada produk serupa di pasar, produk nyaman dipakai oleh anak-anak, produk dapat memudahkan perawat untuk mengobservasi kondisi infus sesuai dengan tujuan akreditasi rumah sakit namun harga yang ditawarkan produsen dapat meningkatkan biaya pasang infus sehingga untuk sementara hanya dapat dijangkau oleh pasien pasien non pengguna BPJS.Kata kunci                  : produk sarang infus, positioning,segmentasiKorespondensi             : gita.ners82@gmail.com

Abstract

Objective:   The number of children under Indonesia is very large at around 10% of the entire population, the quality of growth and development of infants need to get serious attention is to get good nutrition. The provision of good nutrition depends on nutrition is also influenced by the consumption of a meal. The number of infants who have difficulty eating as much as 25%, an increase of 40-70% in children born prematurely or with chronic diseases in the region of Puskesmas Kenjeran Surabaya. Massage as an alternative to improve health by increasing underweight due to a decrease in appetite. Babies who do gymnastics baby talk faster, better appetite, sleep more soundly, and in the process of development of motion more quickly than babies who do not follow gymnastics.The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of infant massage techniques and exercise key to increased appetite infant infants aged 6-12 months in Puskesmas Kenjeran Surabaya.Methods: The study was conducted for 8 months. Research Design Pre experimental design pre-post test only. Its population is infants aged 6-12 months were decreased appetite ranging from mild to severe in the IHC area Kenjeran Surabaya health centers with a total sample of 25 infants using cluster random sampling techniqueResults:  The collection of data through questionnaires and observation. The results of the data analysis by Spearman Rho test result p = 0.029, which means that there is the effect of infant massage and baby gymnastics to increased appetite. Conclusion:  Infant massage combined with baby gymnastics can be applied to infants aged 6-12 months, so there is an increase in appetite, as well as solutions to improve the nutritional status of infants who weigh

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that is risk for the elderly. The inability of the elderly to perform self care has an impact on health status. Self care in improper food management in the elderly with hypertension is the focus of attention to maintain the quality of life of the elderly. Family and elderly knowledge will be related to the implementation of self care elderly hypertension. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the family (income, family assistance), knowledge and self care of the hypertension elderly diet at the medokan ayu community health center in surabaya.This research uses correlational analytic design with the cross sectional approach. The population in this study is the elderly hypertension at the medokan ayu community health center in surabaya. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling so as to obtain 44 elderly into the sample in this study. The independent variable is family characteristics (family income, and family assistance) as well as knowledge about eating patterns. The dependent variable is selfcare on a diet. Data were collected using a questionnaire sheet and then analyzed using the spearman rank and chi-square with a significant level <0.05. The results showed there was a relationship between family characteristics (income with a significance value of 0.04, family assistance with a significance value of 0.02, while the knowledge of the elderly with self care in the elderly hypertension diet significance value of 0.03. Elderly with hypertension requires assistance in self care.Keywords : family, knowledge, selfcare, elderly, hypertension

Abstract

Smoking is a dangerous behavior for health, which is still widely practiced, especially among adolescents. Problem that occur in adolescents one of which is the lack of motivation to stop smoking. Pictorial Health Warning is one of the Health Promotions that can influence smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Pictorial Health Warning on smoking motivation in teens at Surabaya Mujahidin Middle School.This study uses a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test-post test design. The population in this study were all male smoker students in Surabaya Mujahidin Middle School. The sampling technique used was total sampling so that 45 students became respondents in this study. The independent variable is Pictorial Health Warning in cigarette packaging. The dependent variable is motivation on the incidence of teenage smoking. Data were collected using an observation sheet and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Sign Ranks Test with a significant level <0.005.The results showed that the effect of Pictorial Health Warning on smoking motivation, there was a significant effect on motivating smoking behavior (p = 0,000) on adolescents. Media Pictorial Health Warning can be used as a medium in health education for adolescents to reduce motivation to smoke.

Abstract

Penyimpangan dan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak-anak adalah fenomena yang sering terjadi saat ini. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kasus penyimpangan dan kekerasan seksual pada anak-anak karena rendahnya pemahaman penyimpangan dan kekerasan seksual yang dianggap tidak layak untuk diberikan kepada anak-anak sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kegiatan bercerita dengan boneka tangan terhadap hasil belajar penyimpangan materi dan kekerasan seksual dalam hal motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan one group post design dengan analisis uji T independen dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 anak usia sekolah 3-4 SD di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Kenjeran Surabaya yang diambil dengan teknik Nonprobabiliti purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) tes, digunakan untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar (2) Kuesioner MSLQ (Motivated Strategic for Learning Questionnaire). digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar adalah 65 dan 61% siswa mencapai hasil belajar yang baik. Hasil belajar siswa adalah pengetahuan siswa tentang bentuk perilaku menyimpang dan kekerasan seksual pada anak-anak dan bagaimana menangani perilaku menyimpang dan kekerasan seksual pada anak-anak. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada varian signifikan pada motivasi belajar siswa pada hasil belajar dengan nilai P = 0,139> 0, 05 Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan kegiatan story telling dengan boneka tangan dapat menghasilkan pembelajaran yang baik outcame pada materi penyimpangan dan kekerasan seksual pada siswa sekolah dasar dilihat dari setiap tingkat motivasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan komitmen organisasi pada mahasiswa. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional yaitu untuk mengetahui sejauhmana variabel bebas berhubungan dengan variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang aktif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan di Surabaya. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 104 mahasiswa yang didapat melalui teknik incidental sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan skala regulasi diri  dan skala komitmen organisasi. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan teknik product moment pearson correlation. Hasil analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05), artinya terdapat hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan komitmen organisasi  pada mahasiswa aktivis organisasi. Nilai korelasi product moment sebesar 0,539 menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara regulasi diri dengan komitmen organisasi sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi regulasi diri maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen mahasiswa terhadap organisasi. Demikian pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah regulasi diri mahasiswa maka semakin rendah komitmennya terhadap organisasi.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where the height or body length of children under five does not match their age as evidenced by the length or height exceeding the standard deviation of the child's growth. The purpose of this study was to identify the food consumption of stunting toddlers in the Ngagelrejo Community Health Center Work Area. The research design used is descriptive with a case study approach. This data collection uses the 3x24 hour food recall method by recording everything consumed by toddlers during the last 24 hours. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 24.4%. In East Java the incidence of stunting in 2021 is 23.5%, while the incidence of stunting inSurabaya according to the BKKBN (2022) is 20%. The results showed that two out of five toddlers only consumed rice and side dishes or rice and vegetable soup only. Two out of five toddlers rarely eat fruit. Four out of five toddlers have a frequency of consuming snacks more than the main food. Three out of five toddlers experience alack of energy. The energy coverage for the three toddlers was 1577 kcal for the first respondent, 1010.2 kcal for the second respondent and 643.2 kcal for the fifth respondent. Five toddlers are deficient in Vitamin D and Calcium. The coverage of vitamin D in the first respondent was 5.6 mcg, in the second respondent 3 mcg, in the third respondent 0.8 mcg, in the fourth respondent 4.1 mcg, and in the fifth respondent 0 mcg. The coverage of calcium consumption in the first respondent was 539.7 mg, the second respondent was 236.8 mg, the third respondent was 496.1 mg, the fourth respondent was 325.3 mg, and the fifth respondent was 267.5 mg.

Abstract

Aims: The diets of foster children in orphanages in groups tend to differ from those of children cared for by their parents. Indeed, applying Self Care Theory to children will help train them in independence in meeting their needs. However, there is a lack of studies to explore the factors affecting children's diets utilizing Dorothea Orem's theory approach. Objective: Analyzing the dominant factors affecting school-age children's eating patterns utilizing Dorothea Orem's theory approach at the Muhammadiyah Orphanage in Surabaya. Methods: A cross sectional design included 43 children with orphanages in Surabaya with Cluster Random Sampling technique. The dependent variable is dietary habits. At the same time, the independent variables in this research include nutritional knowledge, body image, the role of caregivers, and food availability. The Spearman-Rho with a significant value <0.05 was performed. Results: Results of the study revealed that age (p = 0.007), caregiver role (p = 0.012) and food availability (p = 0.000) was significantly correlated with dietary habits. However, gender (p = 0.930), nutritional knowledge (p = 0.667), body image (p = 0.975) no significantly correlated with dietary habits. Conclusion: Food availability is the most vital factor and directly influences the diet of school-age children. Moreover, in this case, the foster mother and adequate food availability support the child’s independence process in fulfilling the appropriate self-care process.

Abstract

Penyakit ISPA merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering dialami oleh anak balita. Orang tua menganggap hal ini biasa terjadi pada usia tersebut. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu dalam mengenali dan memberikan perawatan menyebabkan anak terlambat dalam mendapatkan pengobatan, sehingga berlanjut pada kondisi yang lebih parah yaitu pneumonia. Banyak metode yang digunakan perawat untuk memberikan informasi dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang ISPA. Pendekatan edukasi dengan Make a Match diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dalam mencegah ISPA pada balita. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di posyandu panggul, Sidoarjo dengan jumlah peserta 20 ibu yang memiliki anak balita dan dilaksanakan selama 2 minggu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Make a Match. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan baik dari 5 orang menjadi 18 orang.  Kesimpulan, pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode Make a Match dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dalam pencegahan ISPA pada balita.   Acute Respiratory Infectionis (ARI) is a disease that is often experienced by children under five. Parents think this is common at that age. The lack of knowledge of mothers in recognizing and providing care causes children to be late in getting treatment, so that it continues in a more severe condition, namely pneumonia. Many methods are used by nurses to provide information and understanding to the public about the disease. The educational approach with Make a Match is expected to increase mother's knowledge in preventing ARI in toddlers. This service was carried out at the Pelvic Posyandu, Sidoarjo with 20 participants, mothers with toddlers and carried out for 2 weeks. The implementation of this service activity uses a group approach. The method used in this service is Make a Match. The results of the service showed an increase in good knowledge from 5 people to 18 people. In conclusion, health education using the Make a Match method can be used as an educational method to increase mothers' knowledge in preventing ARI in toddlers.

Abstract

Introduction: The application of excellent service has been widely implemented in the clinical setting. Excellent service consists of attitude, appearance, attention, action and accountability that should behave by health professionals including nurse. This study aims to analyze the relationship between excellence service and patient satisfaction at the health clinics in Indonesia. Method:This research is a correlational study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 500 respondents at the Health Clinic. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 372 respondents. The independent variable in this study is service excellent and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. Data analysis used in this study used Spearman's rho with a significant value <0.05. Results: A total of 209 respondents stated excellent with 25 stating very satisfied, 179 satisfied and 5 less satisfied. A total of 64 patients stated that they were not excellent with 5 satisfied respondents and 59 unsatisfied respondents. Based on the Spearman rho test (p = 0.000) it shows that there is a relationship. Conclusion: This study revealed a significant relationship between service excellence and patient satisfaction. Implementing excellent service at the Health Clinic by numbering form, implementing online queues and increasing quality human resources is promising. This practice not only benefited patients as the customer but also health clinics as health provider.
