Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan akad mudharabah pada pembiayaan modal usaha di Koperasi Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Desa Cicadas Kecamatan Sagalaherang Kabupaten Subang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akad mudharabah pada pembiayaan modal usaha di Koperasi Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid At-Taqwa Desa Cicadas, mengetahui penentuan bagi hasil di Koperasi Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid At-Taqwa Desa Cicadas, dan untuk mengetahui dampak dari pelaksanaan pembiayaan Akad Mudharabah pada Koperasi Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid At-Taqwa Desa Cicadas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data terdiri dari Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Data Primer diperoleh dari hasil lapangan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan Ketua Koperasi Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid At-Taqwa Desa Cicadas. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai referensi, seperti sumber dari internet, arsip-arsip lembaga dan bacaan lain yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan akad mudharabah pada pembiayaan modal usaha di Koperasi Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid At-Taqwa Desa Cicadas hanya menggunakan satu jenis akad pada pembiayaan mudharabah yaitu muqayyadah. Sistem bagi hasil yang diterapkan menggunakan prinsip profit sharing dengan pengembalian modal dilakukan dengan melakukan pembayaran angsuran yang dilakukan dengan jangka waktu sesuai dengan kemampuan mudharib. Dengan adanya pembiayaan tersebut mereka bisa dengan tenang menjalankan usaha yang mereka kelola tanpa adanya kekhawatiran dalam melaksanakannya, karena pembiayaan yang mereka jalankan merupakan pembiayaan yang diterapkan sesuai prinsip syariah Islam.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of Eid package savings in sharia economy perspective in Parung Village, Subang Subdistrict, Subang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the contracting system used in the implementation of Eid savings packages in Parung Village Subang Subdistrict, Subang Regency, Sharia economic review of the implementation of Eid savings packages in Parung Subdistrict Subang Subang Regency, and the impact of the implementation of Eid savings packages in Parung Village Subdistrict Subang Subang Regency, the research method used is qualitative research with an empirical approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the data source consisted of Primary Data and Secondary Data. Primary data were obtained from the field results by direct observation and interviews with managers and members of the Eid package in Parung Village, Subang District, Subang Regency. Secondary data was obtained from various references, such as sources from the internet, institutional archives and other readings related to the problem under study. The results showed that the implementation of the Lebaran Package Savings in Parung Village, Subang Sub-District, Subang Regency using the Wadi'ah (savings) agreement as well as the Salam (package) agreement, according to the syari'ah economy this kind of transaction is invalid, because Islam forbids in one transaction there are two contracts at once. However, the presence of Eid savings packages, is very positive contribution to the community, so management should be adjusted to the principles of Islamic sharia. Abstract

Based on Observations in Tanjungsiang District There are several building shops that sell paint, but the majority of people buy paint at TB Adeng Jaya because there are several kinds of paint products that are sold from paint kilos, cans, to buckets. Making it easier for consumers to buy paint in accordance with what is desired. This study aims to discuss and analyze. Effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, The effect of paint prices on customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of product quality and paint prices on customer satisfaction. The effect of paint prices on customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of product quality and paint prices on customer satisfaction. The research method used is the survey method which is sourced from primary and secondary data about the quality of product X1 and the price of paint X2 on customer satisfaction Y. seen from the purpose of this study included in the research explanatory research, because it involves 3 variables that are interconnected with each other. Based on the results of testing using SPSS 26.0 software, this study can be concluded as follows,, the effect of (X1) on (Y) has a value of Tcount 9,055> Ttable 1,988 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 and R square value of 0.494, this shows the quality of paint products (X1) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y) 49.4% while the remaining 50.6% is determined by other variables, the influence of (X2) on (Y) has a T-value of 2.081> Ttable 1.988 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and an R Square value of 0.049, this shows that the price of paint (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of 4.9% while the remaining 95.1% is determined by other variables,and the influence of (X1) and (X2) on (Y) has a value of F count 0.330 < Ftable 3.11 with a significance value of 0.720> 0.05, and the R square value of 0.089 does not lie in the correlation interval, this shows the quality of the product (X1) and the price of paint (X2) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis kelayakan bisnis usaha Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang (DAMIU) RO Qua Kabupaten Lahat yang telah beroperasi selama 6 tahun. Dalam menganalisis kelayakan bisnis usaha tersebut digunakan empat parameter yaitu Net Present Value, Payback Period, Profitability Index, dan  Average of Return. Hasil analisis kelayakan bisnis DAMIU RO Qua Kabupaten Lahat dengan nilai investasi awal sebesar Rp 90.500.000 menunjukkan bahwa Net Present Value diperoleh nilai positif sebesar + Rp. 145.338.690. maka dapat dikatakan bahwa usaha DAMIU RO Qua Kabupaten Lahat layak untuk dilaksanakan. Hasil perhitungan Payback Period didapatkan bahwa DAMIU RO Qua Kabupaten telah mendapatkan kembali modal awal dalam waktu 2 tahun 8 bulan 8 hari. Berdasarkan perhitungan Profitability Index diperoleh nilai 2,61 yang berarti rencana tersebut dapat dikatakan layak dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan penghitungan, investasi DAMIU RO Qua Kabupaten Lahat memiliki nilai Average of Return sebesar 37%. Nilai tersebut selanjutnya bisa dimanfaatkan oleh pihak investor untuk memberikan permodalan sesuai dengan minimum rate yang dikehendaki. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kelayakan Bisnis, Aspek Keuangan, Air Minum Isi Ulang   ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the business feasibility of RO Qua Refill Drinking Water Depot (DAMIU) in Lahat Regency which has been operating for 6 years. In analyzing the feasibility of the business, four parameters are used, namely Net Present Value, Payback Period, Profitability Index, and Average of Return. The results of the business feasibility analysis of DAMIU RO Qua Lahat Regency with an initial investment value of Rp. 90,500,000 indicate that the Net Present Value obtained is a positive value of + Rp. 145,338,690. it can be said that the DAMIU RO Qua business in Lahat Regency is feasible to carry out. The results of the Payback Period calculation show that DAMIU RO Qua District has recovered its initial capital within 2 years 8 months 8 days. Based on the calculation of the Profitability Index obtained a value of 2.61, which means the plan can be said to be feasible. Based on the calculation, the investment of DAMIU RO Qua in Lahat Regency has an Average of Return value of 37%. Abstract

Today's motorbikes can say a lot of meaningful things to society. Motorcycle manufacturers are required to introduce new technology every year to boost sales. With increasingly stringent business regulations due to competition, companies are forced to meet consumer needs in addition to being able to sell their products. Word of mouth, brand image, and lifestyle are some of the variables that might influence consumer decisions to buy. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results of this study are the influence of word of mouth (X1) on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the calculated f value is greater than f table, f count 13.449> 2.47 from f table. The influence of brand image (X2) on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the value of f count is greater than f table, f count is 61,601 > 2.47 from f table. The influence of lifestyle (X3) on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the value of f count is greater than f table, f count is 53,769 > 2.69 from f table. The influence of word of mouth, brand image and lifestyle on the purchase decision of Honda motorcycle products in Jakarta (Y), namely the calculated f value is greater than f table.
