Abstract

This study aimed to find an effective management model madrasah, with essential elements of program planning, program implementation plans, monitoring and effective evaluation program for madrasah aliyah. This study used multiple case study design. Cases studied are the madrasah management models MAN 2 Kudus, MA-NU Banat Kudus and TBSNU Kudus. The research findings indicated that; in the field of planning; Madrasah is able to formulate a collaboration program planning with stakeholders, in a comprehensive manner. In the implementation of the work plan; Principals responsibility is to manage the entire work program, while its implementation is being coordinated by Vice-Principals in accordance with their fields. In the field of monitoring and evaluation; Madrasah always formulates objective, responsible and sustainable monitoring and evaluation plan based on the national standard.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan, dampak, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan dari Sekolah Pra Nikah di Masjid Nurul 'Ashri Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan seleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Manajemen pelatihan sekolah pra nikah berbasis digital dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tujuan pelatihan serta menetapkan kurikulum. Perencanaan dilakukan melalui koordinasi awal tim pengelola dengan pembagian tugas untuk setiap divisi, menentukan materi dan narasumber, menjadwalkan pelaksanaan, serta menyiapkan promosi di media sosial. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan promosi di media sosial dan pendaftaran peserta, diikuti oleh proses pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dan media digital seperti Zoom dan YouTube. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan meminta peserta mengisi survei kepuasan dan menyelesaikan tugas berupa rangkuman materi dan kuis di Instagram.(2) Dampak dari manajemen pelatihan ini terlihat dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta di berbagai aspek seperti agama, kesehatan fisik dan mental, pengelolaan keuangan, dan teknik komunikasi yang efektif.(3) Faktor pendukung pelatihan sekolah pra nikah meliputi akses yang luas dan mudah, dukungan dari pengurus masjid, penggunaan teknologi modern, beragam materi, dan narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya masing-masing. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan akses internet, gangguan listrik, kurangnya waktu untuk interaksi tanya jawab, ketiadaan tes awal dan tes akhir dalam pelatihan, serta belum adanya evaluasi peserta setelah menikah.

Abstract

A school's quality is heavily determined by the competence of its teachers. In terms of Islamic schools where building Islamic character in students serves as the main objective, the teachers play even a greater role. This article discusses concepts related to the empowerment of Islamic primary schools in Pekalongan. Promoting quality services to the community, the schools develop a strategy to empower their teachers. The research uses multiple case study whereby a variable-oriented approach is employed to develop a number of propositions upon which a cross-case analysis is constructed. This research article discusses theories related to human resource management, builds interconnection between the theories and the concept of teacher empowerment, and finally analyzes some profound findings upon which the schools are considered successful in empowering their teachers. It underscores the role of -amongst which- a teachers forum in improving the teaching and learning quality in the schools
