Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bekerja sama dengan mitra SDN 1 Galagamba yang berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Urip Sumoharjo No. 174  Desa Galagamba Kecamatan Ciwaringin, Kabupaten Cirebon 45167, Jawa Barat. Tujuan  dari PKM membangun kerjasama  antara perguruan tingggi  khususnya  program studi  Sekretari D-III dengan SDN 1 Galagamba,  PKM ini  adalah wujud dari implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi  dalam berbagi ilmu pengetahuan  yang  dimiliki  oleh dosen  kepada  para guru  khusunya SDN 1 Galagamba. Metode  yang digunakan   dalam pelatihan leadership kepada  guru  ini  dilakukan   dengan cara  tatap muka  yang   diadakan di Aula  SDN 1  Galagamba,  Ciwaringin., di mana   setiap dosen memberikan pelatihan secara  bergantian sesusai dengan  waktu  yang  diajukan  oleh tim PKM  ( 24  s/d  26 maret 2022). Hasil kegiatan ini adalah guru mempunyai kepercayaan diri (self confident) dalam mengelola kelas,  apa pun status kepegawaianya baik PNS maupun masih senagai  tenaga honorer/Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT) sehingga dapat mengendalikan anak didik  dalam kegiatan belajar-mengajar , menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif sehingga siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan tenang, mendorong siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan semaksimal mungkin, serta menghilangkan berbagai hambatan yang dapat menghalangi terwujudnya interaksi pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Leadership , Guru, Pengelolaa Kelas, Efektivias Pembelajaran  ABSTRACT This community service activity is in collaboration with SDN 1 Galagamba partners located on Jalan Jend. Urip Sumoharjo No. 174 Galagamba Village, Ciwaringin District, Cirebon Regency 45167, West Java. The purpose of PKM is to build cooperation between universities, especially the D-III Secretarial study program with SDN 1 Galagamba, this PKM is a manifestation of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in sharing knowledge possessed by lecturers to teachers, especially SDN 1 Galagamba. The method used in leadership training for teachers is done face-to-face which is held in the SDN 1 Galagamba Hall, Ciwaringin., where each lecturer provides training in turn according to the time proposed by the PKM team (24 to 26 March 2022). . The result of this activity is that teachers have self-confidence in managing the class, regardless of their employment status, whether they are civil servants or still as honorary staff/non-permanent teachers (GTT) so that they can control students in teaching and learning activities, creating a conducive learning atmosphere. so that students can take part in learning calmly, encourage students to develop their abilities as much as possible, and eliminate various obstacles that can hinder the realization of learning interactions. Keywords: : Leadership, Teachers , Class Management, Learning Effectiveness

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri, pengaruh tingkat ekonomi terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri, pengaruh perceraian terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri, dan pengaruh pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi, dan perceraian secara simuiltan terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel dalam sebuah populasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 orang dengan menggunakan Teknik penarikan stratified random sampling berdasarkan demografi responden yang meliputi usia, status pernikaha, usia ketika menikah, teman tinggal serumah, pekerjaan, besaran pendapatan, pernah menjadi buruh migran, relasi bekerja di luar negeri, pengetahuan mekanisme dan prosedur hukum bekerja keluar negeri, pengetahuan kondisi negara tujuan, dan sumber informasi bekerja keluar negeri. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 1121,816 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Pengujian dengan membandingkan sig = 0,000 < a = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak, demikian juga pengujian melalui perbandingan nilai Fhitung = 1121,816 > Ftabel = 2,683, juga menolak H0.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi dan perceraian  terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri. Hasil ini juga menunjukan bahwa model regresi telah fit (cocok) untuk dapat menjelaskan variabel motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Tingkat Ekonomi, Perceraian, Motivasi, Bekerja Keluar Negeri ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of education on women's motivation to work abroad, the effect of economic level on women's motivation to work abroad, the effect of divorce on women's motivation to work abroad, and the effect of education, economic level, and divorce simultaneously on women's motivation to work abroad. country. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the relationship between variables in a population. The research sample consisted of 120 people using the stratified random sampling technique based on the demographics of the respondents which included age, marital status, age at marriage, housemates, occupation, amount of income, had been a migrant worker, working relations abroad, knowledge of mechanisms and procedures. laws of working abroad, knowledge of the conditions of the destination country, and sources of information on working abroad. The results showed that the Fcount value was 1121.816 with a significance of 0.000. Tests by comparing sig = 0.000 <  = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, as well as testing through a comparison of Fcount = 1121.816 > Ftable = 2.683, also rejects H0. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence of education, economic level and divorce on women's motivation to work abroad. These results also show that the regression model is fit to be able to explain the variables of women's motivation to work abroad. Keywords: Education, Economic Level, Divorce, Motivation, Work Abroad

Abstract

Civil administration of services that goes on the Departement of Population and Civil Registration, inKarawang Regency's are experiencing delays in the issuance of KTP-el, many citizen who have carryKTP-el recording in their respective Districts, in reality there are still many residents who have notreceived KTP-el because the issuance exceeds the time set. The aims of this research is to understandcomprehension how the service inside process of issuing KTP-el and specifically to find out the servicein the process of issuing KTP-el at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Karawang andthe solution to people who have multiple data. This type of study is descriptive research using a qualitativethrough case study methods. Data collection methods have the shape choise of in-depth interviewsthrough key informant's, immediate observation of the practice of services and documentation proceeds.The analysis technique uses data source triangulation. Based on the discussion and results regardingServices in the Process of Issuance of KTP-el can be states that the stages of KTP recording serviceshave been registered and running well through in the population database using the application of SIAK,the problem that occurs is the limited KTP-el blanks that have an impact on delays in the process ofissuing KTP-el which should be resolved within fourteen working days and the implementation of lifelongKTP-el with the concept of the One Day Service Catpil as a medium for submitting data unification andsubmitting new KTP-el issuance.
