Abstract

Hepatitis is an infectious disease which is a public health problem that affects morbidity, mortality, public health status, life expectancy, and other socio-economic impacts. Hepatitis is inflammation of the liver that can increase into liver cancer. The most common causes of hepatitis are those caused by hepatitis B and C viruses. Previous research used the data mining classification method C.45 algorithm and showed an accuracy rate of 77.29%. The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy of the C.45 algorithm by optimization using genetic algorithm. The results of this further research are the decision tree and an increase in the accuracy rate of 12.42% from 77.29% to 89.71%.

Abstract

The growth and era of information, communication and technology have changed and it has benefits in various sectors, one of them is the economy aspect. The current sales system has been moved from conventional sales into online sales by utilizing technology as a media for sales transactions. Then, one of them is the presence of e-commerce websites and e-marketplaces. The concept of e-marketplaces is a place where buyers and sellers meet, then they make online buying and selling transactions. However, there are still many plantations whose agricultural products have not been reached to be implemented by the marketplace. This problem is based on the cultural factors; it is called through the broker. Also, as well as the lack of education of farmers. The purpose of this study is to design the e-marketplace for farmers, especially in the Bugis Village. The user-centered method is applied where the approach is centered on users, then both consumers and partners. The website-designed is made by looking at the needs of the user side. This e-marketplaces can also be an education for businesses in the field of agricultural products. It is also to be involved in technological advancements by becoming partners in the e-marketplaces, so that they are able to market their products through online system. In addition, to minimize the use of agricultural products by broker, too. The results of this study are e-marketplace is able to provide convenient websites for users in conducting transactions by using gadgets to access agricultural products. This e-marketplaces also supports the promotion of Go Green, which has begun to implement a healthy lifestyle; by starting to consume a lot of vegetables. So, people will easily get best quality of agricultural products from farmers.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus termasuk ke dalam 3 besar penyakit yang paling mematikan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data WHO pada tahun 2013, diabetes menyumbang sebesar 6,5% pada kematian penduduk Indonesia. Diabetes merupakan penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan tingginya kadar gula (glukosa) dalam darah yang melebihi batas normal. Penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan metode klasifikasi data mining Algoritma C4.5 dan menunjukkan tingkat akurasi 95,96%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai akurasi Algortima C4.5 dengan melakukan optimasi penambahan fitur seleksi Algoritma Genetika.Hasl dari penelitian lanjutan ini adalah pohon keputusan dan terjadi peningkatan nilai akurasi dari 95,96% menjadi 96,54% untuk prediksi deteksi dini penyakit diabetes.

Abstract

Currently, work in every institution whether government or private institutions are involved in the management of population data. Including the management of population at the Hamlet level and Neighbourhood. The current problem in Pondok Kacang Timur is the lack of organizational data archiving of the population, many data is still handwritten and stored in the master book. The process of submitting a letter takes a long time because it must match the data with the files in the archive. In addition, some archives scattered and disappeared with the migration of office stewardship in every assignment period. Utilization of ICT advancement needs to be applied in order to simplify the problems encountered in the management of the population. Solutions for solving an existing problem by using the waterfall method with designing desktop based application to the management of population data. The result of this desktop based application is to facilitate the storage of data with the database, making of the report more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Sahabat Yatim foundation of Indonesia is an institution that is engaged in social-religious as an organization that plays an active role in providing care and coaching to orphans and poor children. It accommodates and distributes donations for orphans and the poor from donors. The main problem that is happening now is the making of less effective and efficient so that there is no transparency between the foundation and the donors. Based on that previous statement, it is able to cause a donor to distrust to keep donating. There are many things occurred there, such as recording of revenue transactions and expenses amount that have not been well organized. Currently, it has not provided a facility that allows donors to donate. In addition, it has not been maximized in utilizing the ICT development that covers two aspects; they are information of technology and communication technology. Solutions for solving existing problems by designing a donation system of web-based in using waterfall method in accordance with five steps; those are requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results and benefits of this web-based donation system provide the ease for donors so that transactions can be made by utilizing the internet as technology. It also creates transparency of financial report that can be seen and monitored by donors.

Abstract

The basic necessities of human life besides clothing and food are boards or what is commonly known as a house. House made human as a shelter for the survival of life. Therefore, no doubt everyone wants a comfortable and safe house. If there is damage to the house, renovations or repairs must be done so that its function is still good and can continue to support a good life. PT. Alfa Goldland Realty is an estate management office that does business in the area of ​​integrated residential area providers. One of the activities carried out is to serve the application for building renovation permits. In its implementation before the house renovation is carried out, consumers must submit a renovation permit to the office of the manager. Licensing is one of the important aspects in public services and the regulation and control of the process that will be carried out. Constraints experienced by PT. Alfa Goldland Realty in the licensing service for submitting renovations is a lengthy, time-consuming procedure for one customer, giving rise to an image of inadequate service. Currently the staff handling the licensing process is still limited and inadequate with the many requests for renovation from consumers. Using the paper as a media in the renovation permit process makes the process less effective and efficient. The low quality of service that currently drives PT. Alfa Goldland Realty must immediately improve the quality of its services. The solution needed to PT. Alfa Goldland Realty is the implementation of information systems with the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method is used for the design of information systems that are seen from the user or user side, so that user needs will be the basis of how the system is designed. The results of this study are web-based information systems that can be accessed by consumers and management offices for the licensing process so that the activities run more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Hepatitis is an inflammation disease of the liver because an infection that attacks and causes damage to cells and liver function. Hepatitis is a disease precursor of liver cancer. Hepatitis can damage liver function as neutralizing poisons and digestive system in the body that break down nutrients and then spread to all organs of the body that very important for humans. Research on predicting disease hepatitis have been carried out by previous researchers. This research using the method of classification data mining algorithm C4.5. The measurement method using cross-validation, confusion matrix, and ROC curve. The result of this research is a decision tree rule with 77.29% accurate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa handal metode klasifikasi dengan algoritma C4.5 untuk membantu konveksi dalam dapat memprediksi jenis rajutan, gramasi, dan jenis ukuran benang yang sesuai untuk disiapkan dalam pembuatan produk seperti kaos sablon, kaos distro, sprei, selimut, dan pakaian bayi dan anak, sehingga memudahkan pekerja konveksi dalam persiapan produksi. konveksi PT. NILOSA RAMA BUANA yang beralamat digang Hj. Basir, Jl. Rawa Bunga 15 No.188 Pondok Kacang Barat Tangerang Selatan selalu menghasilkan produk konveksi baik dari instansi perkantoran, sekolah, perusahaan maupun pribadi. Dengan penelitian ini didapat beberapa prediksi yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan kegiatan produksi.

Abstract

Nilosa Rama Buana adalah sebuah industri di bidang konveksi yang memproduksi produk konveksi baik dari instansi perkantoran, sekolah, perusahaan maupun pribadi. Produk yang dihasilkan seperti kaos sablon, kaos distro, sprei, selimut, pakaian bayi dan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memprediksi jenis rajutan, gramasi, dan jenis ukuran benang yang sesuai untuk membantu konveksi dalam pembuatan produk sehinggan persiapan produksi menjadi lebih efisien menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi data mining. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi Algoritma Genetika optimasi terhadap metode Algoritma C4.5, dilakukan optimasi untuk meningkatkan akurasi metode. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kenaikan nilai akurasi 45,18% dengan pengujian optimasi menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika, juga dihasilkan pohon keputusan dari metode Decision Tree. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode optimasi Algoritma Genetika dapat membantu meningkatkan kehandalan dan rule yang dihasilkan dari pohon keputusan Algoritma C4.5 dapat dijadikan acuan untuk membantu konveksi dalam penentuan jenis benang pada persiapan produksi.

Abstract

Pusdiklat LPP TVRI pada awalnya bernama “TVRI Training Centre” kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan dimulai pada tahun 1970. Pada tahun 1970 stasiun-stasiun penyiaran tumbuh dengan pesat sehingga membutuhkan penyediaan tenaga pegawai. Dalam perkembangan secara bertahap penyelenggaraan pelatihan ditangani sendiri oleh tenaga-tenaga Indonesia. Sejalan dengan penyempurnaan struktur organisasi dan tata kerja Departemen Penerangan RI, terhitung sejak tanggal 7 Juni 1970 TVRI Training Centre diubah menjadi Balai Diklat. Dengan terbitnya PP No. 11 Tahun 2005 maka TVRI Training Centre berubah nama menjadi Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan. Pusdiklat LPP TVRI setiap tahunnya mengadakan pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk para pegawai. Pusdiklat LPP TVRI dalam melakukan pendaftaran peserta diklat dengan menggunakan sistem konvensional. Untuk menghindari keperluan pencatatan dan kehilangan data maka akan dibangun sistem menggunakan metode yang terkomputerisasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah waterfall dengan metode analisanya berupa kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Dengan dilakukannya analisis perancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran pada Pusdiklat LPP TVRI maka dampak yang diperoleh dalam penyimpanan data peserta, kesalahan dalam pencatatan dapat terhindari. Adanya sistem informasi pendaftaran calon peserta diklat berbasis online ini dapat mempermudah seluruh pegawai LPP TVRI dalam proses pendaftaran diklat melalui internet
