Abstract

Nowadays the development of information technology is growing rapidly not even be stopped. Such as the communication problems, which recently seemed there is no distance anymore, everything feels close, it is all because of technology. Along with the development of science and technology, emerging technology development is a GPS (Global Positioning System). In this study, researchers design and build android-based application to find out public transport route in Bandar Lampung called Balam Trans utilizing GIS technology in it. This application allows you to search route of the city transportation (Angkot) and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in the city of Bandar Lampung, so users no longer have difficulty in finding public transport to get to their destination location, especially for migrants in the city of Bandar Lampung. Additionally, this application can display information about public transportation and BRT route so as to broaden the users knowledge. This application was developed using Dijkstra's Algorithm for finding the shortest route. The conclusion of this study is the application Balam Trans successfully constructed and useful for every user who has used this Balam Trans applications, proved by questionnaire application testing achieves good. Keywords : Balam Trans, Public Transportation, Angkot, BRT, Route, Dijkstra's algorithm, Play Store, Android, Smartphone, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi dokter spesialis di Bandar Lampung berbasis android dengan menggunakan teknologi location based service. Data yang digunakan adalah data dokter spesialis yaitu berupa informasi daftar nama dokter spesialis di Bandar Lampung, spesialisasi dokter, lokasi praktik dokter, jadwal praktik dokter, kontak lokasi praktik dokter yang dapat dihubungi, titik latitude dan longitude lokasi praktik dokter. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan android studio dan SQLite Manager sebagai database. Pengujian fungsional dengan metode equivalence partitioning menghasilkan aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan halaman splash screen, halaman menu utama, halaman menu lokasi, halaman menu spesialisasi, halaman menu daftar dokter, tampilan map, halaman tentang, halaman bantuan, dan dapat menghasilkan informasi berupa daftar dokter spesialis, spesialisasi dokter, lokasi praktik dokter, dan waktu praktik dokter spesialis di Bandar Lampung. Aplikasi berhasil dijalankan pada versi android jelly bean, kitkat, lollipop, dan marshmallow, dan pada resolusi layar 4 inch, 4,5 inch, 4,8 inch, 5 inch, dan 5,5 inch. Pengujian non fungsional menggunakan skala likert diberikan kepada 50 responden, 40 responden mahasiswa/mahasiswi dan masyarakat umum menghasilkan total rata-rata penilaian 4,05 untuk variabel user friendly dan 4,1 untuk penilaian variabel interaktif keduanya masuk dalam kategori ‘baik’. Dan 10 responden mahasiswa/mahasiswi kedokteran dengan total rata-rata 4,37 untuk variabel user friendly masuk dalam kategori ‘sangat baik’ dan 4,2 untuk penialain variabel interaktif masuk dalam kategori ‘baik’.Kata Kunci : Android, Bandar Lampung, Dokter Spesialis, Location Based Service, Skala Likert

Abstract

PKM (Student Creativity Program) is a program of Directorate of Research to improve the quality of students. PKM at the University of Lampung already exists and the participants continue to increase for each year. Information related to the implementation of PKM at the University of Lampung has also been submitted by the BAK (Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs) University of Lampung through the website, but according to the BAK that students are less active in visiting the website. Applications that can provide reminders related to PKM information can help students to obtain PKM information. PKM application that can provide this reminder is developed using FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and sms gateway. FCM serves to provide android notifications. PKM application is also developed using RUP (Rational Unified Process) with 4 phases of inception, elaboration, construction and Transition. Inception is business modeling and requirement, then in elaboration phase is analysis, design and implementation. The processes performed in the construction phase are testing, analysis, design and implementation, while the process in the transition phase is testing and deployment. Tests conducted in this study using black box testing with a success rate of 88%.Keywords: android; education; fcm, gammu; mysql; php; pkm; sms gateway; university of lampung.

Abstract

The security is the most important thing in sending a secret message and there are many ways to send a message safely, one of those is steganography. In this research we will compare Dynamic Cell  Spreading (DCS) and Spread Spectrum method based on web application using image as the media and hide the secret message. The file format used are (.jpg) as input cover,(.png) as output stegoimage, and  (.txt) as data that can be inserted. Doing some test to manipulate brightness, contrast, and cropping the results show that Spread Spectrum method better than Dynamic Cell Spreading method. The Spread Spectrum method mostly returns the message in the brightness and contrast manipulation. Cropping stegoimage on the right area or bottom image has less risk of losing data depend on the cropping scale and image resolution.

Abstract

Abstrak— Pengamatan pola penyebaran penduduk merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting bagi pemerintah. Informasi mengenai hal ini akan bermanfaat untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan pembangunan di wilayah pemerintahan. Prediksi penyebaran jumlah penduduk akan sangat bermanfaat untuk perencanaan pembangunan di wilayah Bandar Lampung. Informasi mengenai penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk di wilayah Bandar Lampung masih diolah secara manual dengan penyajian masih terbatas dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis berbasis web yang menampilkan pemetaan penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk berdasarkan metode geometrik di wilayah Bandar Lampung. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Bandar Lampung. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan Qgis, Geoserver, PostgreSQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Hasil keseluruhan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk telah sesuai baik dari segi fungsionalitasnya, maupun dari segi interaksi pelayanan pengguna.Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi Geografis, Model Geometrik, Pemetaan Jumlah Penduduk.Abstract— Population distribution pattern is one of Bandar Lampung government concerns. This information is useful for goverment decision making for specific local development.The prediction of population number using certain model is predicted will be useful for Bandar Lampung development plan. Information about distribution and prediction of resident population in Bandar Lampung are processed manually and limitedly presented in form of tables and graphs. The purpose of this research is to build Bandar Lampung web based Geographic Information System that predict population distribution and mapping using Geometric Model. Data in this research were obtained from Statistics Of Bandar Lampung Municipality Publication. This system was implemented by using QGIS, GeoServer, PostgreSQL and PHP programming language. Overall,the testing results show that the system is appropriate and functional.Keywords— Geographic information system, Geometric Model, Mapping population.

Abstract

Mental disorders (mental disorders) are a disease that requires long-term care in the process of rehabilitation. In 2013, there were at least 14 million Indonesians who had a mental illness. Someone who is affected by a mental disorder is called a survivor. In the process of rehabilitation, survivors will be treated in a mental hospital for further treatment. If conditions improve, survivors will be sent home. However, there are many survivors after treatment relapse due to lack of supervision of the state of survivors. This paper discusses how health workers monitor the condition of survivors using an integrated information system with a mobile app. In its development, the method used is prototyping. The system needs are obtained through media discussions and interviews with Ikatan Perawat Kesehatan Jiwa Indonesia (IPKJI) Lampung. The system was also tested using the black box testing method. As a result, the features needed to solve the problem are running as they shouldKeywords: mental disorder, survivor, information system, black-box testingGangguan jiwa (mental disorders) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang memerlukan perawatan jangka panjang dalam proses rehabilitasinya. Pada tahun 2013, setidaknya terdapat 14 juta warga Indonesia yang mengalami penyakit gangguan jiwa. Seseorang yang terkena gangguan jiwa disebut dengan survivor. Dalam proses rehabilitasi nya, survivor akan dirawat di rumah sakit jiwa untuk pengobatan lebih lanjut. Apabila kondisi membaik, survivor akan dipulangkan ke pihak keluarga (caregiver). Namun, banyak sekali terjadi survivor pasca perawatan kambuh dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan terhadap kondisi survivor. Paper ini membahas tentang bagaimana petugas kesehatan memantau kondisi survivor menggunakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dengan mobile app. Dalam pengembangannya, metode yang digunakan adalah prototyping. Kebutuhan sistem diperoleh melalui media diskusi dan wawancara dengan pihak Ikatan Perawat Kesehatan Jiwa Indonesia (IPKJI) Lampung. Tidak hanya itu, sistem juga diuji menggunakan metode black box testing. Hasilnya, fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.Kata kunci: gangguan jiwa, survivor, sistem informasi, black-box testing

Abstract

Laravel is a framework based on the PHP programming language that can be used in making web-based applications that are very popular for use ranging from small-scale to large-scale projects. Applications developed using laravel can be used for the benefit of individuals or institutions to facilitate the data management process. The Al Quran Education Park of the Ad-Du'a Mosque as a non-formal educational institution has many students that need to be processed to make it easier for institutional leaders to determine policies. Data processing for students through a web application is considered very easy because it can be done online and more effectively. The data that is processed in this application is student data starting from the registration process to determining the study group. In determining the study group, the system admin will classify the data that has been collected from the registration process based on the age range and ability to read the Koran. The process of making this application uses the extreme programming method because this method is quite effective when used in developing small-scale applications. The stages in this method are planning, design, coding, test, then if it is appropriate then release the application. After going through the stages of making an application using this method, a web-based application is produced which can be used to manage student data at the Al-Quran Education Park of the Ad-Du'a Mosque.

Abstract

There are concerns that toll road construction will change livelihoods and reduce agricultural production. This study aims to map the potential agricultural land affected by toll road construction and to analyze the changes. The research was conducted from July to August 2020. The research site was in South Lampung Regency with the consideration that this area is one of the districts affected by toll road construction and is a center for food crops in Lampung Province. To see land changes carried out with a remote sensing system and then calculate the rate of land change. The rate of land conversion analyzed is in the period 2014 to 2020 in South Lampung Regency, with the assumption that in 2015, toll roads will be built and in 2020 the construction will be completed. The data source used is the 2014 and 2020 land use map of South Lampung Regency, the result of interpretation of Landsat imagery. The results showed that the toll road construction almost entirely took up agricultural potential land, both land used for plantations and food crops. From the total land area, 72.13 percent is plantation land and 25.12 percent is land planted with food crop commodities. Key words: agricultural production, conversion, satellite image, toll roads

Abstract

Banyaknya pelanggan dan pemakaian air bersih di suatu daerah yang masuk dalam zona pelayanan PDAM Way Rilau Kota Bandar Lampung diamati sebagai informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan produksi air bersih di masa mendatang. Hasil prediksi jumlah pelanggan dan jumlah pemakaian air bersihakan bermanfaat dalam perencanaan produksi air bersih dan peningkatan layanan kepada pelanggan. Prediksi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, salah satunya metode regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi geografis yang dapat menyajikan hasil prediksi pemakaian air bersih kota Bandar Lampung dalam wilayah pelayanan PDAM Way Rilau Kota Bandar Lampung. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari PDAM Way Rilau Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil keseluruhan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi geografis penyebaran dan prediksi jumlah penduduk telah sesuai baik dari segi fungsionalitasnya, maupun dari segi interaksi sistem dengan pengguna.

Abstract

Situs-situs e-commerce ­dan e-marketplace di Indonesia menawarkan setiap produk dengan deskripsi dan harga yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu pengisian deskripsi dengan jumlah kata yang sangat banyak dan beragam, maka dapat menghabiskan waktu yang sangat lama dalam mengelola produk. Keterbatasan dalam mengelola deskripsi produk secara detail ini dapat diatasi dengan proses pengambilan informasi dengan web scraping. Web scraping adalah proses pengambilan sebuah dokumen semi-terstruktur dari internet, umumnya berupa halaman-halaman web dalam bahasa markup seperti HTML atau XHTML, dan menganalisis dokumen tersebut untuk diambil data tertentu dari halaman tersebut untuk digunakan bagi kepentingan lain. Pembangunan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan dengan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Hasil implementasi dari sistem informasi web scraping ini adalah teknik web scraping dapat digunakan untuk mengambil konten deskripsi produk dengan cepat dan tepat di berbagai situs e-commerce ­dan e-marketplace seperti Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada, Zalora, Blanja.com, Kriya.co.id, Zilingo, Amazon, dan Alibaba yang memuat deskripsi penjualanan produk. Penyimpanan deskripsi produk ke dalam database, mempermudah transformasi data ke bentuk lainnya.
