Abstract

Suatu organisasi harus mampu memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia secara optimal merupakan kunci utama pengembangan organisasi berjalan lancar dan efisien. Sumber daya yang sifatnya dinamis memiliki kemampuan berkembang tanpa batas dan organisasi yang mampu membangun kinerja karyawan akan memperoleh banyak keuntungan. Dengan kinerja tersebut, segala bentuk program kerja akan lebih cepat diselesaikan dan segala jenis kerusakan dapat dikurangi. Untuk memenuhi kepuasan pengguna pada instansi jasa, produktivitas sangat penting fungsinya bagi setiap organisasi untuk dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Karena keterlambatan suatu produktivitas disebabkan oleh kegagalan moral organisasi dan keahlian dalam mengelola fungsi manajerial. Artikel ini memiliki kajian yang menarik untuk dibahas dan menjadi kontribusi positif bagi para manajer di setiap instansi pemerintahan dan pendidikan dalam pencapaian target operasi dan target produksi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Abstract

App Inventor 2 was used to construct interactive media for multimedia introductory classes. However, the study was conducted by employing the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) technique. The Concept, design, material collection, assembling, testing, and distribution are the six stages that run up the whole method. The results showed that the validation of media experts was in range 79% and categorized as feasible. While the validation results of material experts are 73% and categorized as feasible. The results of the test on users obtained 84% and stated that the interactive media is acceptable and feasible to be applied as teaching and learning facilities in terms of the introductory multimedia courses.

Abstract

Competency is a standard of ability required to describe both qualitative and quantitative qualifications of a person. It also underlies the execution of professional duties or technical skills. A person is declared competent in a particular area if he masters the skills related to his field of work. To carry out his duties, a counseling teacher at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh must perform his job professionally so that the counseling guidance process works well. This research discusses the professional competencies that must be owned by a counseling teacher to solve the learning problems experienced by students at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data is obtained from observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that counseling teachers at MAN Rukoh have a relevant educational background. Eventually, they have professionally done their work and also responsibly solve student's problems. The counseling teachers at MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh provide individual services for students so that their learning problems can be solved well.

Abstract

Pengawasan merupakan kegiatan yang harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dalam rangka menjamin telaksananya kegiatan. Kegiatan pengawasan ini berfungsi untuk memonitor dan meneliti serta memeriksa apakah pelaksanaan tugas-tugas yang telah direncanakan benar-benar telah dijalankan dengan baik atau belum. Pengawasan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah para anggota organisasi melakukan penyimpangan atau tidak. apabila ada, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi agar tugasnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Fungsi pengawasan sebagai perbaikan bukan untuk mencari-cari kesalahan para anggotanya, oleh karenanya untuk melaksanakan pengawasan dengan baik, maka konsep perencanaan haruslah jelas. Tanpa perencanaan yang baik maka hasilnya tidak baik pula.

Abstract

The idea of the education supervisor profession ethics code departs from the reality of some existing education supervisors who ignore the values of morality and lack of a strong awareness to heed professional ethics when providing professional expert services to teachers even though the professional actors already have a professional code of ethics as the moral standard. One solution for teachers to remain professional in teaching is by upholding ethics, professionalism, and discipline. The code of ethics of the supervisory profession in principle contains moral values that underlie professional personality, namely responsibility, justice, autonomy, and moral integrity. Professional supervisor ethics cannot be separated from Islamic ethical values on the basis of understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith, so basically, the code of ethics of the education supervisor profession should be in line with the Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran Edmodo terhadap minat  dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer jurusan teknik komputer jaringan di SMK Negeri Al- Mubarkeya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik eksperimen, desain yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan desain Pretest-Postest Kelompok Tunggal, kelas eksperimen menerapkan media pembelajaran Edmodo ,dan kelas Kontrol tidak menerapkan media pembelajaran Edmodo, penelitian ini melakukan Pretest sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran dan Posttest sesudah menerapkan media pembelajaranEdmodo,menyatakan bahwa nilai rata-rata pre-test kelompok eksperimen yaitu 40,74 dan post-test sebanyak 80,31. Sedangkan hasil pre-test kelompok kontrol adalah 53,98 dan nilai post-test 67,65. Maka hasil belajar siswa (i) atau post-test siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil post-test kelas kontrol. Adapun menurut perhitungan uji-t, juga menghasilkan nilai post-test rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 80,53 dan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eksperimen adalah 67,68. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Hasil ini juga dibuktikan oleh hasil signifikasi dari hasil tes indenpendent sample test yaitu 0,044. Hasil signifikasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 0.044< 0,05 atau tHitung < tTabel  maka  hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran Edmodo lebih efektif karena terdapat peningkatan minat dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivational factors in using pirate software among lecturers in one of the faculty of education and teacher training in Aceh. The research method that was applied in this study is a quantitative method and it uses simple random sampling for collecting data. It was obtained by distributing the instrument to lecturers with the number of samples determined using the Slovin formula is 68 respondents. After passing the validity and reliability testing phase, data is analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The result explained that there was a significant influence between motivational factors and using pirated software. The final result of the correlation test for two variables with a coefficient value of 0.876 and a significant level of 0.000 with a very good level of relationship category.

Abstract

Digital technology has made a great contribution to the education achievement. This technology is especially in the use of various media which need to being developed in learning using interactive multimedia in the teaching matters of a course. This research is inspired by the lack of optimalization used of interactive multimedia in animation programming courses, especially in actionscript programming material. Therefore, the researchers designed an interactive learning media for actionscript programming by using the Articulate Storyline application which called actionscript learning. The problem formulation of this research is how to design and determine the level of feasibility of interactive media for actionscript programming for learning. This study aims to create an actionscript programming interactive learning media that supports learning activities in animation programming courses. However, this study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The results obtained from the average value of material experts, media experts, and students are 3.22, 3.1, and  respectively in mean of 3.49, with the percentage of eligibility of 80.5%, 77.4%, and 87.2% in the worthy, worthy and very worthy categories. Thus the interactive learning media of actionscript programming can be said to be feasible to support learning activities in animation programming courses.

Abstract

Electronic mail is a web-based tool that is used to archive incoming and outgoing letters. This application was created to help and expedite the job of filing letters at SMK Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. Defects are common in any new software development; development allows for errors to make the application heavier. As a result, testing software is critical; the purpose is to determine the quality of the information system that has been built or developed, because quality affects user happiness. A standard is required in the construction and development of a quality information system so that the feasibility of the information system can be measured. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126 standard is used in this study's quality assessment. The results reveal that the built web-based document archiving information system satisfied the ISO 9126 criteria in terms of functionality, usability, dependability, and efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar tingkat kemampuan dosen dalam pemakaian software office dilingkungan Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Seorang pendidik diharuskan mampu memahami penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam proses mengajar atau pun bekerja. Terutama dapat menguasai software office yaitu Microsoft word, Excel dan Power Point. Yang menjadi pertanyaan peneliti dalam skripsi ini yaitu apakah dosen sudah memahami pemakaian software office di perguruan tinggi? Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada dosen FTK UIN Ar-raniry. hasil yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft. Excel. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas dan Analisis Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kemampuan dosen terhadap penggunan Microsoft Word memiliki kemampuan dalam kategori Sangat Baik yaitu hasil presentase 91.2%. Selanjutnya kemampuan dosen terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Excel memiliki kemampuan dalam kategori Cukup yaitu hasil presentase hanya 79.8% dan terakhir kemampuan dosen terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Power Point memiliki kemampuan dalam kategori Baik yaitu hasil presentase 87%.
