Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine whether the core quality, relational quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction service, switching and voice significant effect partially and simultaneously to loyality to the Office of Tax Consultants Husni & Mulyadi Consulting and to determine which variables most influence on loyalty in Husni & Mulyadi Tax Consulting among core quality, relational quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, service switching and voice. Some of the benefits expected from the results of this research that the researchers expected to improve the knowledge of scientific thinking and the ability to analyze a problem, especially with regard to core quality, relational quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction service, switching and voice effect on loyalty. The results of the regression test core quality, relational quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction was significantly partially loyality to the Office of Tax Consultants Husni & Mulyadi Consulting. While the service switching and voice no significant effect partially on loyality to the Office of Tax Consultants Husni & Mulyadi Consulting. Core quality variable, relational quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, service switching, and voice simultaneously significant effect on loyalty to the Office of Tax Consultants Husni & Mulyadi Consulting. Relational quality variables are variables that most influence on loyalty to the Office of Tax Consultants Husni & Mulyadi Consulting.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan perusahaan merupakan suatu gambaran tentang kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan yang dianalisis dengan alat-alat analisis keuangan, sehingga dapat diketahui mengenai baik buruknya keadaan keuangan suatu perusahaan yang mencerminkan prestasi kerja dalam periode tertentu. Kinerja keuangan yang baik dapat dinilai dari hasil analisis yang memperoleh prosentase yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Asta Medika. Metode penumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara dianalisis dengan data kuantitatif .Analisis rasio yang digunakan dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan di CV Asta Medika Tegal adalah dengan menggunakan sistem Du-Pont. Rumus sitem Du-Pont yang digunakan adalah analisi rasio Return on Equity (ROE) dan Return on Assets (ROA). Keseluruhan analisis rasio digunakan menghasilkan angka yang cukup efesien. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh dari analisis dan pembahasan tersebut adalah bahwa keseluruhan rasio-rasio yang dianalisis menghasilkan angka rasio yang cukup efesien dan belum sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci : Analisis sistem Du-Pont, Return On Equity (ROE), Analisis Return on Assets (ROA, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh audit internal terhadap kinerja stafadministrasi di PT Arta Boga Cemerlang Tegal.Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah diduga terdapat pengaruhpositif dan signifikan atas audit internal terhadap kinerja staf administrasi di PT Arta Boga CemerlangTegal.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunkan metode kuesioner.Data dianalisis denganmenggunkan bantuan software SPSS 16.0.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Sederhana danKorelasi Sederhana.Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung = 4,686 sedangkan nilai t tabel = 2,120. Nilai t hitung > ttabel maka dinyatakan bahwa audit internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf administrasi. Nilaikoefisien determinasi sebesar 0,594 menunjukan bahwa audit internal mampu memberikan penjelasan terhadapkinerja staf administrasi PT Arta Boga Cemerlang sebesar 59,4% dan sisanya sebesar 40,6% dijelaskan olehfaktor lain. Hasil korelasi yang dilakukan menghasilkan nilai 0,700. Angka tersebut dapat diinterpretasikanbahwa audit internal dan kinerja staf administrasi memiliki hubungan yang kuat.Berdasarkan hasil penelitiantersebut maka saran yang dapat diberikan adalah menambah jumlah kunjungan audit internal ke depo Tegal,memberikan pemahaman SOP dan memberikan forum resmi untuk diskusi antara karyawan.Kata Kunci : Audit Internal, Kinerja Staf Administrasi

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah sangat penting dan strategis dalam mengantisipasiperekonomian kedepan terutama menyambut APTA di ASEAN tahun 2015. Adanya krisis perekonomiannasional seperti sekarang ini sangat mempengaruhi stabilitas nasional, ekonomi dan politik, yang imbasnyaberdampak pada kegiatan – kegiatan usaha besar yang semakin terpuruk, sementara Usaha Kecil danMenengah serta Koperasi relatif masih dapat mempertahankan kegiatan usahanya. Desa Lawatan, KecamatanDukuhturi, Kabupaten Tegal, sudah sejak lama dikenal sebagai daerah sentra pembuatan Shuttlecock (bolabulu tangkis). Warga masyarakat di sana, hampir 80 persen menjadi perajin salah satu alat untuk permainanbulutangkis tersebut. Bahkan kini, hasil produksinya juga merambah ke berbagai kota besar seperti Jakarta,Bandung dan Surabaya hingga luar jawa seperti Lampung dan Riau.Penelitian ini akan memaparkan apasajayang mempengaruhi meningkatnya pendapatan di Desa Lawatan Kecamatan Dukuturi kabupatenTegal.Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 17.00. Dengan hasil F hitung sebesar6198.770 dengan probabilitas 0,000. Karena probabilitas lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang digunakanyaitu 5%, maka model regresi dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel meliputi umur, pendidikan, jenis kelamin, lamabekerja dan kemampuan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan..Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, UMKM, Pendapatan

Abstract

The policy formulation carried out by the Government in the current reform era is very different from the policy formulation process in the New Order era. Currently, society demands a change in the policy formulation system. The formulation of a good public policy must be based on good and democratic governance. The concept of democratic governance has the meaning of public power or in other words, is a form of government where the public are the holders of the highest power; this concept is used as an institutional framework to strengthen village autonomy. However, the reality is that good governance practices in Indonesia are still not maximized with more village fund practices that have not been directed to the public. The purpose of this study is to understand the form and practice of managing village funds and good governance in the process of managing village funds which will be seen from the process of transparency, accountability, and participation. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. This study uses a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach to describe the application of good governance in managing village funds. The data analysis method used was data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The researcher found that the implementation of village fund management in Tlagasana Village was normatively appropriate and quite good, although there were still some weaknesses in its application in the field and the policy implications were not maximized. This study can be used to evaluate good governance implementation, particularly in village government organizations and the administration of village funds.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelanggan BRI Cabang Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data pimer dan menggunakan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara dengan metode accidental sampling pada pelanggan BRI Cabang Brebes. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) untuk menganalisis data yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain Kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Kata Kunci: kepuasan pelanggan; kualitas pelayanan; loyalitas pelanggan AbstrakThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable on customers of BRI Branch Brebes. This type of research is a quantitative research with primary data and using questionnaires and interviews with accidental sampling method on customers of BRI Branch Brebes. The analysis technique in this study uses the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) to analyze the existing data. The results of this study include the quality of service has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty.Kata Kunci: customer loyalty; customer satisfaction; service quality

Abstract

: Indonesia is the country with the largest Islamic religion in the world. Muslims have a duty to pay the zakat. As a country with the largest Islamic religion in the world, it indirectly has the potential for the management of zakat. Good zakat management can be used as a medium in reducing the distance between the able and underprivileged. Good zakat management can be done by amil zakat institutions. In fact, the distribution of zakat is still not optimal because there are still many muzakki who distribute zakat independently so it is not maximal. In this study conducted a test on the determining factors of interest muzakki pay zakat to institutions amil zakat with trust as a variable mediation. This study used PLS as its analysis method and used SmartPLS 3 as a statistical test tool. It was obtained that the zakat pick-up service negatively affects the interest of muzakki in paying zakat to the institution of ammil zakat and has no effect on the trust of muzakki so that the trust does not succeed in becoming a mediation variable. The acceptance service directly positively affects the interest of muzakki in paying zakat to the institution of amil zakat and affects the trust of muzakki, so that the trust manages to be a mediation variable from the influence of the admission service directly to the interest of muzakki in paying zakat.
