Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, work environment on employee job satisfaction, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Environment on Employee Performance; to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; knowing the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of organizational culture, and work environment in influencing employee performance at PT Mataram Surya Visi Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking from Mataram Surya Visi Yogyakarta employees as many as 73 employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between the work environment on job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction; there is a significant influence between organizational culture on performance; there is a significant influence between the work environment on performance; there is a significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance; there is a significant effect between satisfaction on performance; organizational culture indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction and work environment indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of buying and selling activities, especially market-day activities, in building students' entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurship plays an important role in preparing students to face the challenges of an increasingly complex and dynamic world of work. However, the development of entrepreneurial spirit is often not a major concern in formal education. Market Day activities in schools can be an effective means of building students' entrepreneurial spirit. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Through interviews and data analysis, it was found that implementing market days in schools can develop students' entrepreneurship skills. Students are actively, creatively, and innovatively involved in carrying out tasks related to the Market Day. They learn to create new ideas, interact with customers, manage finances, and deal with various situations and conditions. The results showed that Market Day activities were effective in instilling entrepreneurial spirit and mental character in the students. Several important entrepreneurial characteristics such as creativity, self-confidence, adaptability, financial responsibility, effective communication, cooperation, and decision-making skills can be developed through buying and selling activities on the Market Day. By understanding the positive influence of buying and selling activities in building students' entrepreneurial spirit, this research provides a better understanding of the importance of including such activities in the education curriculum. The results of this research are expected to be the basis for developing educational strategies and policies that are more effective in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs in the future.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) adalah salah satu aplikasi perangkat lunak yang mencakup sistem manajemen dalam perusahaan. Penggunaan ERP yang dilengkapi dengan hardware dan software untuk mengkoordinasi dan mengintegrasikan data informasi pada setiap area business processes untuk menghasilkan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat karena menyediakan analisa dan laporan keuangan yang cepat, laporan penjualan yang on time, laporan produksi dan inventori. Program ERP sangat membantu perusahaan yang memiliki bisnis proses yang luas, dengan menggunakan database dan reporting tools manajemen yang terbagi. Sistem ERP sangat bermanfaat bagi suatu perusahaan dikarena dengan menggunakan sistem ERP maka semua bagian yang berada diperusahaan akan diintegrasikan datanya, sehingga akan mempermudah dalam kinerja perusahaan. Selain bermanfaat sistem ERP juga mempunyai faktorfaktor penentu keberhasilan pada implementasi sistem ERP seperti dukungan manajemen puncak, manajemen proyek yang efektif, business process reenginering, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dukungan pemasok terhadap keberhasilan implementasi sistem ERP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui studi literatur dalam bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kompetensi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan dukungan kerja. Kinerja pegawai dianggap sebagai faktor kunci dalam mencapai keberhasilan organisasi di pasar yang kompetitif saat ini. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) memainkan peran sentral dalam mengelola faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, seperti merekrut, mengembangkan, memotivasi, dan mempertahankan pegawai yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur (library research) yang mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Dengan menganalisis dan mensintesis temuan-temuan ini, mereka dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Data ini akan dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Faktor-faktor yang akan dipelajari meliputi lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat saling berinteraksi dan mempengaruhi satu sama lain dalam memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil dari library research ini adalah bahwa: 1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality using digital marketing based on consumer satisfaction for startup food and beverage companies in Sleman Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by taking 88 customers of startups food and beverage in Yogyakarta randomly. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between the use of digital marketing services on consumer satisfaction in terms of service. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of the dimensions of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at startups food and beverage companies in Yogyakarta. That is, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have been able to make a significant contribution in increasing customer satisfaction at startups food and beverages in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of startup companies in Yogyakarta with motivation as an intervening variable; to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance, to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted by taking startup employees in Yogyakarta randomly as many as 73 employees. The calculation technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model and path analysis. Based on the analysis results indicate that there is a significant influence between financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance; there is a significant influence between financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance with notibvasi as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Quality Management Information System Applications and Quality Management Information System Application Training on Employee Performance Through Intervening Enjoyment Variables. To determine the effect of SIM application quality on employee performance, see the influence between training quality and employee performance, as well as the effect of SIM application quality and training quality on employee performance mediated by enjoyment. This research was conducted by taking 40 employees from Startup Employees in Yogyakarta, with random sampling. The calculation technique used in this research is a model of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and path analysis. There is a positive and significant effect of the Quality Management Information System Application on Enjoyment. There is a positive and significant influence on the Quality of Management Information System Application Training variable on Enjoyment. There is a significant effect of the Quality of Management Information System Application and Quality of Management Information System Application Training on Enjoyment. There is a positive and significant effect of the Quality Management Information System Application variable on Employee Performance. There is no significant effect of the variable of Quality Management Information System Application Training on Employee Performance.

Abstract

During the Fourth Industrial Revolution, technological advancements are growing at an accelerating pace. In this new era, technology and personalization have become critical concerns for digital startups. This research aims to analyze the impact of Employee Self-Service (ESS) implementation quality on job satisfaction and employee productivity. A quantitative method is employed in this study. The primary source of information for this investigation is employees working at digital startups in Yogyakarta. A total of 130 participants are sampled for this research, and the analysis is conducted using Smart PLS software for Partial Least Squares analysis.The participants in this study are employees of digital startups in Yogyakarta. Based on the results of this research project, the quality of ESS implementation in digital startups in Yogyakarta has a significantly positive impact on both job satisfaction and employee productivity.
