Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the level of preference panel and cookies descriptive characteristics and determine the feasibility business of cookies based breadfruit flour, tempe flour, rebon shrimp flour and red palm oil from its economic aspect. The treatments were TU1 (Tempe flour 20%, Rebon shrimp flour 1%), TU2 (Tempe flour 15%, Rebon shrimp flour 6%), TU3 (Tempe flour 10%, Rebon shrimp flour 11%) and TU4 (Tempe flour 5%, Rebon shrimp flour 16%).The treatments gave significant effect on descriptive test on attributes of color, shrimp aroma, salty flavor, shrimp flavor, tempe flavor and bitter end, as well as on the color attribute on the preferences test of adult panelists and the preferences test of child panelists.The best treatment on this research was TU1cookies, based on preference test of adult panelists and child panelists with consideration of the averages of ash content 1.87% has met quality standards cookies (SNI 01-2973-1992). TU1 cookies have moisture content 6,75%; protein content 13,87% andfat content 35,56%.The results of business analysis for one-time production with production scale 15 kg dough was that the business efficiency 1.37and thus the business of breadfruit cookies deserve to be established.   Keywords: Sensory evaluation, Business analysis, Breadfruit cookies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terkait temuan yang terjadi pada beberapa kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Analisis yang dilakukan secara umum dilakukan atas lima bagian yang dimulai dari analisis akun-akun temuan pada empat kabupaten/kota, kemudian akan dianalisis pola temuan dan kecenderungan temuan berulang atas temuan yang terjadi lebih dari satu kali pada akun yang sama, melakukan analisis kondisi audit, menganalisis frekuensi temuan berdasarkan jenis laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, dan analisis permasalahan atas akun-akun temuan di empat kabupaten/kota di Sumatera Barat 2017-2021. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) BPK di Provinsi Sumatera Barat selama periode 2017 sampai 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis menggunakan content analysis (analisis isi). Dengan menggunakan content analysis pengkodean. Kode 1(satu) untuk keterangan adanya temuan dan 0 (nol) untuk tidak adanya temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola temuan terjadi akibat kurangnya pengawasan oleh setiap tingkat di masing-masing daerah atau pola bertingkat dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang dilakukan oleh aparatur pemerintah, dan tidak semua temuan yang terjadi lebih dari satu kali pada akun yang sama memiliki indikasi terjadinya temuan berulang, akan tetapi hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa akun yang memiliki indikasi temuan berulang, hasil berdasarkan frekuensi temuan berdasarkan jenis laporan keuangan masih ditemukannya kelemahan atas sistem pengendalian internal dan ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan pada kabupaten/kota di Sumatera Barat yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya sistem pengendalian internal pada masing-masing SKPD, ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, peran dari pihak lain yang tidak optimal, tidak tuntasnya tindaklanjut, dan keterbatasan dalam kualitas dan kauntitas SDM.

Abstract

This prompted the author to put forward how the interpretation of verses related to Al-Hadid in the Koran according to the book of the Koran and its Tafsir by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia as a book of contemporary commentaries and Mafatih al-Ghaib by ar-Razi as a classical commentator. The goal is how to analyze the similarities and differences in the interpretation of the Koran and its Tafsir and Mafatih al-Ghaib. The type of research that the author uses is (Library Research) which is qualitative in nature which originates from the Koran, commentary books and books related to the studies that the author examines. The results of this study indicate that the similarities between the Qur'an and its Tafsir and Mafatih al-Ghaib in interpreting Qs al-Isra verse 50, Qs al-Kahf verse 96, Qs al-Hajj verse 21, Qs Saba verse 10 and Qs al-Hadid verse 25 are both explain the utilization of iron. Meanwhile, the difference is found in Qs al-Hadid verse 25, Qs al-Kahf verse 96 and Qs Saba verse 10. According to the Qur'an and its interpretation, iron is one of the elements that functions to transport acids from the lungs to all body tissues, known as iron. Meanwhile, ar-Razi interprets Qs al-Hadid verse 25 that iron is a weapon that can uphold justice and become a sanction for those who violate Islamic law. Then ar-Razi interprets Qs al-Kahf verse 96 that it is a miracle given by Allah to Zulkarnain and finally in Qs Saba verse 10 ar-Razi explains that the iron has been heated with a very hot hell fire.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance learning outcomes for SMA Negeri 2 Batusangkar class XI.F6 students by using a scrapbook-based project-based learning paradigm. There are two cycles to this classroom action research project. There are two meetings in cycle I and two meetings in cycle II. Every cycle has four stages: preparation, execution, observation, and reflection. In the meantime, there are six learning processes in the project-based learning model: choosing the project, organizing the steps, creating a schedule, finishing the project, creating reports and presentations, and assessing the procedure. The results showed that improving student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II can be achieved with the scrapbook-assisted project-based learning paradigm. Student learning results in cycle I were 70.6%. At the second meeting, the percentage of students who completed their coursework increased to 88.2%.
