Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dengan studi pendahuluan bahwa pembalajaran Akidah Akhlak di MI Thawalib Padang Panjang masih bersifat teacher center, pembelajaran kurang menarik dan keterbatasan bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada materi kalimat Tayyibah dan Asmaul Husna. Hal ini akan berpengaruh kepada ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dengan maksimal serta hasil belajara yang meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran berbasis komik pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak materi kalimat Tayyibah dan Asmaul Husna yang valid. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan tahapan model 4-D  yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran Modul Pembelajaran divalidasi oleh 3 orang validator. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka dihasilkan modul berbasis komik pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada materi kalimat Tayyibah dan Asmaul Husna. Hasil validasi modul pembelajaran berbasis komik yang dinilai oleh 3 (tiga) orang validator, rata-rata hasil validasi secara keseluruhan adalah   adalah 84,2% di kategorikan sangat valid.

Abstract

This paper reports on a study aiming at investigating the variety of speaking activities conducted by an English teacher of a private elementary school. The data were taken from observations, structured interviews, and documents examination. To analyze the data, Brown’s (2004) six categories of classroom speaking performances were used. The findings reveal that there were 11 kinds of speaking activities conducted by the teacher within 5 meetings, namely: drilling, directed response, sentence/dialogue completion, picture-cued, translation (of limited stretches of discourse), question and answer, discussion, games, oral presentation, retelling a story, and singing a song. This result shows that PBL approach encourages teachers to provide more varied speaking activities for the students. Keywords:   Young learners, elementary school, speaking activities, project-based learning approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul dalam proses Integrasi sosial pada masyarakat pendatang yang ada di daerah Pasar Usang Sumatera Barat. Daerah Pasar Usang dijadikan sebagai lokasi penelitian dikarenakan didaerah ini memiliki potensi Integrasi Sosial. Namun hal ini tidak lantas menjadi persoalan yang mudah bagi para pendatang untuk menjadi bagian dari masyarakat Minangkabau. Hal ini disebabkan sejarah masa lalu bahwa di daerah ini pernah terjadi konflik antara masyarakat pendatang dengan masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengungkap bagimana proses Integrasi Sosial Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Sumatera Barat di implementasikan oleh para pendatang apakah berjalan secara baik atau malah sebaliknya. Data diperoleh melalui proses observasi, wawancara ,FGD (Focus Discussion Group) dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah diambil tersebut kemudian digunakan oleh peneliti kemudian dianalisis dengan teknis analisis data yang dikemukakan oleh Milless dan Hubberman yang terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji dengan Triangulasi Sumber Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (a.)Pendidikan ikut mempengaruhi pola pikir masyarakat lokal terutama terhadap S treotipe terhadap para pendatang yang berrintegrasi kedalam masyarakat Minang, (b.)Pemuka Adat Minangkabau juga ikut mempengaruhi (c.) masih terdapat diskrimasi terhadap warga pendatang.

Abstract

The implementation of Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) is an integral part of higher education, including at Al-Ittihad Islamic College (STAI) in Cianjur, which offers Sharia Economics programs. However, the implementation of PKL often faces several challenges that affect the quality of students' learning experiences. Literature review highlights the need for enhanced cooperation between educational institutions and the industrial sector, as well as the necessity for better guidance for students during PKL. This research adopts a qualitative approach by interviewing students and Sharia economics faculty at STAI Al-Ittihad Cianjur. The findings indicate that students encounter difficulties in finding suitable PKL placements and perceive a lack of guidance from PKL supervisors. Additionally, it is identified that students tend to feel hesitant to ask questions to supervisors. The implications of these findings underscore the need for improved coordination between educational institutions and industry, training for PKL supervisors, and efforts to create a supportive environment for students. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of addressing these challenges to enhance the quality of Sharia economics education at STAI Al-Ittihad Cianjur.

Abstract

Language is used as a communication tool because with language someone can express ideas, ideas and thoughts. Not only in everyday life but in the business world, language is the main thing to pay attention to in order to create a good and successful business. In business activities, communication is an important factor in establishing relationships between business people and consumers. In business activities, the use of language has a very important role and function. Good language will have a positive effect so that business processes run smoothly and as expected. Business is a production, sales, marketing activity carried out by individuals, organizations or groups to gain profit. To run a business well, a person needs a good attitude, creativity, agility and good language skills. Language is a part of business communication ethics that needs to be considered. The method in this research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the aim is to describe the role and function of language as the main component of communication in business activities. From the results of this research it was found that the importance of using language in business communication includes several things such as the role and function of language as a component of the main tool of business communication, a means to facilitate promotion, a means to facilitate branding, a means to facilitate marketing, and a means to expand networks to the global level.
