Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and compensation for job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees at PT. Adira Quantum Multifianance Pekanbaru branch. The research sample as many as 157 people were selected using census method that is the entire population being sampled, while data collected using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are two-stage regression analysis using SPSS version 22.The results showed that the workload significantly affect job satisfaction, and compensation have a significant impact on job satisfaction, workload and compensation simultaneously significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction significantly influence employee turnover intention. The results of this study is, any increase job satisfaction hence potentially lower workload, and high compensation potential to increase job satisfaction. Increased job satisfaction has the potential to reduce the rate of employee turnover intention. Keywords :workload, compensation, job statisfaction, tunrnover intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dampak ketidakpastian lingkungan bisnis meliputi ketidakpastian pasar, ketidakpastian teknologi dan ketidakpastian pesaing terhadap kreativitas organisasi pada industri fotografi. Studi ini dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden secara langsung. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan pemilik dan karyawan fotografi di Pekanbaru. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukan bahwa ketidakpastian pasar dapat membuat kreativitas organisasi melemah, namun ketidakpastian teknologi sebaliknya ditemukan dapat menjadi daya dorong organisasi dalam meningkatkan kreativitas yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ketidakpastian persaingan yang dikelola dengan baik bisa membawa daya dorong bagi peningkatan kreativitas organisasi. Temuan ini berimplikasi bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan bisnis yang dialami usaha potografi akan sulit menghasilkan kreativitas positif jika manajemen gagal memahami peluang yang muncul dalam lingkungan bisnisnya.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has affected Indonesia for the past three years, has had a significant negative impact on a number of industries, including the Micro, Medium, and Small Enterprises (MSME) sector, which has been particularly hard hit. Pekanbaru City has 105,445 MSMEs, with data indicating that there are as many as 1,034 MSMEs, which produce a range of goods used by the community, including furniture products and various wood-based office and home furnishings. Of course, if development is carried out for MSME wood craftsmen, this is a potential aspect for the City of Pekanbaru. UMKM Furniqa Woodcraft as a raw material to create furniture items like chairs, tables, cabinets, and various other handicraft products uses rubber wood. However, there has been a significant drop in sales since the Covid-19 pandemic, so a solution must be found. In an effort to increase product marketing, service activities performed include training and assisting with managing Digital Marketing. This activity is implemented using a variety of approaches, including the Interview and Discussion Method, the Training Method, and the Evaluation Method. The evaluation of the implementation of digital marketing training and mentoring showed that employees at Furniqa Woodcraft had increased knowledge competence by 75.875%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of PT employees. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis uses the multiple linear regression analysis method of Employee Performance as the dependent variable and two independent variables: Compensation and Motivation. The research sample was 70 respondents. The results of this research state that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana PT. Kepuasan di tempat kerja, pelatihan SDM, dan budaya kerja semuanya berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan SAM. Alat ukur dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah skala likert. Empat puluh responden dijadikan sampel untuk penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengujian data meliputi penggunaan pengujian regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis SPSS 20, pengujian kualitas data, dan pengujian asumsi klasik. Terdapat beberapa kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini, antara lain sebagai berikut: Produktivitas karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepuasan kerja, dipengaruhi secara negatif dan tidak signifikan oleh pelatihan SDM, dan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh budaya kerja. Selain itu kepuasan kerja, pelatihan SDM, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja.
