Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi terhadapperilaku seksual pranikah pada siswa di SMK Parulian I Medan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakanquasy experimental dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design tanpa kelompok kontrol. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X dan XI SMK Parulian I Medan sebanyak 133 orang.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruh populasi yaitu 133 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan adalahuji Wilcoxon dengan uji statistik signifikan p value < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini denganmenggunakan uji Wilcoxon, didapatkan variabel pengetahuan menunjukkan p value 0,178 > 0,05 yangberarti tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan yang bermakna antara sebelum dengan sesudah penyuluhan;sedangkan variabel sikap menunjukkan p value 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel tindakan menunjukkan p value0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti ada perbedaan sikap dan tindakan yang bermakna antara sebelum dengansesudah penyuluhan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksiterhadap sikap dan tindakan seksual pranikah, namun tidak ada pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan sebelumdan sesudah penyuluhan pada siswa di SMK Parulian I Medan. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuktetap memberikan edukasi terkait pendidikan seksual pranikah dan melakukan pengawasan kepada parasiswa selama di lingkungan sekolah guna menghindari hal-hal yang dapat berdampak terhadap perilakuseksual pranikah siswa di SMK Parulian I Medan.Kata kunci: Penyuluhan, Kesehatan Reproduksi, Perilaku Seksual PranikahAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reproductive health counseling in premaritalsexual behavior on students at SMK Parulian I Medan. The design of this study used a quasiexperimental with One Group Pretest-Postest Design without a control group. The population in thisstudy were all students of class X and XI SMK Parulian I Medan as many as 133 respondents. Samplingused the entire population of 133 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the Wilcoxon test with astatistical significance test p value <0.05. Based on the results of this study by using the Wilcoxon test,obtained knowledge variables showed p value 0,178 > 0.05; attitude variable showed p value 0,000<0.05; and the action variable showed p value 0.000 <0.05 which means there were not differences in theaverage level of knowledge, while there were differences in attitudes and actions before and aftertreatment. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of reproductive health counseling onpremarital sexual attitudes and actions, but it does not affect the knowledge before and after thetreatment of students at SMK Parulian I Medan. It is recommended to the school to continue to provideeducation related to premarital sexual education and supervise students while in the school environmentto avoid things that can have an impact on students' premarital sexual behavior at SMK Parulian IMedan.Keywords: Counseling, Reproductive Health, Premarital Sexual Behavior

Abstract

Breastfeeding is one of the first steps for a human being to get a healthy and prosperous life. This is stated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or sustainable development goals in 2030. However, in several developed and developing countries including Indonesia, many career mothers are not breastfeeding exclusively. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with giving formula milk to infants 0-6 months in Pangurabaan Village, Sipirok District, Tapanuli Selatan Regency in 2020. The research design was a survey analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 60 mothers who gave formula milk to babies 0-6 months in Pangurabaan Village, Sipirok District, Tapanuli Selatan Regency. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results of the study were based on the frequency of mothers' knowledge that the majority of mothers' knowledge about formula milk had sufficient knowledge as many as 30 respondents (50%) and a minority of well-informed mothers were 5 respondents (8.3%), the majority of their husbands' support was poor as many as 40 respondents (66.7% ) and the minority whose husband's support was good as many as 20 respondents (33.3%), the majority of the support from the health workers was not good as many as 39 respondents (65%) and the minority whose support from the health personnel was good as many as 21 respondents (35%). The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between knowledge, husband support and support from health workers with formula milk feeding for infants 0-6 months in Pangurabaan Village, Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency in 2020. formula in infants and can provide information to mothers who have babies 0-6 months so as not to give formula milk too early.
