Abstract

Survival analysis is a statistical procedure that describes a mathematical model that is often applied in various studies, especially in health. One application of survival analysis is to determine the rate of survival and the factors affecting HIV / AIDS sufferers in East Java. HIV / AIDS is a virus that attacks or infects white blood cells, causing a decrease in immune cells. This disease causes a decrease in productivity in the health and economic sectors of a country. Even if the disease continues to increase, the weak economic development will decrease due to the treatment of HIV/AIDS and the risk of death of people infected with the HIV / AIDS virus is getting higher in East Java. In addition to these health and economic quality factors, factors such as residents' knowledge of the disease. By knowing the factors of HIV/AIDS survival rate, mathematical modelling can be done to estimate the duration of the patient's survival power comprehensively and accurately. In this study, we want to find out what factors affect the survival rate of HIV/AIDS using the 3-Parameter Lognormal Survival Link Function model in which the method of parameter estimation used is the Bayesian MCMC-Gibbs Sampling method. The best models is the 3-parameter lognormal survival with frailty that is normally distributed and factors affect the survival rate of HIV/AIDS is education (X3), marital status (X5), Stadium of the patient (X8), adherence of therapy (X10), opportunistic infection (X11) and risk factor of infection (X13). Analisis survival merupakan suatu prosedur statistika yang menjelaskan model matematis yang seringkali diaplikasikan dalam berbagai penelitian, terutama di bidang kesehatan. Salah satu penerapan dari analisis survival adalah untuk mengetahui laju bertahan hidup dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penderita HIV/AIDS di Jawa Timur. Penyakit HIV/AIDS adalah virus yang menyerang atau menginfeksi sel darah putih yang menyebabkan turunnya sel kekebalan tubuh. Penyakit ini mengakibatkan penurunan produktivitas di bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi di suatu negara. Bahkan apabila penyakit ini terus meningkat maka lemahnya perkembangan ekonomi akan menjadi menurun akibat pengobatan penyakit HIV/AIDS dan resiko kematian dari orang yang terinfeksi virus HIV/AIDS tersebut semakin tinggi di Jawa Timur. Disamping faktor kualitas kesehatan dan ekonomi tersebut, faktor seperti pengetahuan warga terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS. Dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor laju bertahan hidup penyakit HIV/AIDS dapat dilakukan pemodelan matematis untuk memperkirakan durasi daya survival secara aktual, dan komprehensif. Tujuan artikel dalam penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju bertahan hidup pasien terhadap penyakit HIV/AIDS dengan menggunakan model Survival Lognormal 3 parameter Link Function. Metode estimasi parameter yang digunakan adalah metode Bayesian MCMC-Gibbs Sampling. Model Survival Lognormal 3 Parameter dengan Frailty yang berdistribusi normal menghasilkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju bertahan hidup pasien HIV/AIDS di Jawa Timur adalah pendidikan(X3), status perkawinan (X5), stadium penderita (X8), kepatuhan terapi (X10), infeksi oportunitis (X11) dan resiko penularan (X13).

Abstract

Kanker serviks adalah kanker yang paling banyak diderita oleh wanita yang menjadi penyebab kematian. Penyebab utama kanker serviks adalah infeksi Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Kanker serviks merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan sel- sel jaringan tubuh yang tidak normal di dalam leher rahim/ serviks yang terdapat dalam organ bagian reproduksi pada tubuh wanita dan menyebabkan kematian. Untuk mencegah munculnya fase ganas dibutuhkan program screening pada lama rawat inap pasien kanker serviks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi lama rawat inap pasien kanker serviks di Kabupaten Tuban dengan metode komputasi Bayesian Regresi Dummy. Metode Bayesian adalah salah satu teknik komputasi pada estimasi parameter yang menggabungkan fungsi likelihood dan distribusi prior menjadi distribusi posterior dalam menduga parameter model. Bayesian regresi dummy menghasilkan suatu variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap lama rawat inap pasien kanker serviks, yaitu variabel Komplikasi (X1). Dengan nilai alpha 2.17, menunjukan bahwa terdapat dependensi/error yang tidak bisa dijelaskan dalam model regresi dummy pada kasus lama rawat inap kanker serviks di Kabupaten Tuban.

Abstract

One of the obstacles faced by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Paciran is the skill constraint of using technology and marketing. Based on preliminary studies, SMEs in Paciran Village need business development through online platforms so that they can compete with new online businesses. The purpose of writing this article is to identify the use of SMEs marketing media in Paciran Village, and describe the marketing development efforts of SMEs in Paciran Village. The method of implementing this community service is service learning. The identification results of fifty-five coastal residents of Paciran Village showed that SMEs in Paciran Village used social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram (17.14%), then (4.32%) used the Shopee Application, while (78.54%) used traditional methods without utilizing technology such as selling at the market, and opening stands / shops at home. This activity has provided an understanding to SMEs in Paciran Village the importance of developing marketing through online platforms, as well as improving the skills of SMEs in Paciran Village using marketing processed sea grape products through online platforms.

Abstract

Population Growth Rate is the rate at which influencing factors increase and decrease population size. The development of large populations in regional governments causes uncontrolled population growth rates. The population growth rate in Bojonegoro Regency from 2019 to 2020 experienced a significant increase of 0.96%. The increase in population has an impact on the emergence of various problems in the economic and social fields. This problem requires effective and comprehensive spatial modeling, namely Geographically Weighted Logistic Regression (GWLR) with Fixed Gaussian and Adaptive Gaussian weighting. GWLR modeling aims to determine the implementation of knowledge and insight into the factors that influence the rate of population growth in each area of ​​Bojonegoro District. based on the results of GWLR modeling with the Akaike Index Criteria (AIC) on the Fixed Gaussian kernel function of 33.91. This value identifies that the population growth rate modeling in each sub-district has different values. This difference can be seen from 6 sub-districts which are significantly influenced by the number of births and 5 sub-districts are significantly influenced by the number of couples of childbearing age who participate in family planning. The results of modeling predictions (GWLR) in Bojonegoro Regency show that 11 sub-districts have low growth rate categories while 17 sub-districts have high population growth rate values

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors, especially in the economic sector. This also happened in areas in Bojonegoro Regency, including Tapelan Village. Tapelan village has a large area of land planted with rice and corn, there are also land or yards of residents' houses, most of which are classified as large and are also used for planting. One of the plants grown by the Tapelan community in their land is Moringa (Moringa oleifera). In the international world, the cultivation of Moringa leaves is an ongoing program. There are several nicknames for Moringa trees including The Miracle Tree, Tree For Life, and Amazing Tree. The nickname arises because the parts of the Moringa tree from leaves, fruit, seeds, flowers, bark, stems, to roots have extraordinary benefits. The goal to be achieved in this community service activity is to improve the community's economy through the PKK group of women by providing food processing training with the basic ingredients of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) into products that have a high selling value. The method used is the provision of training to PKK women in Tapelan Village, Bojonegoro Regency, which begins with prior observation of the existing potential to analyze existing conditions in the community. The third stage is providing training on the use of Moringa (Moringa oleifera) leaves. The fourth stage is evaluation and continued with manufacturing assistance after the end of the training. The result of this service activity is the preparation of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) into Moringa Sticks & Moringa Milk Shake.  ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak di berbagai sektor, terutama dibidang ekonomi. Hal tersebut juga terjadi di wilayah di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, termasuk Desa Tapelan. Desa Tapelan memiliki lahan yang luas yang ditanami padi dan jagung, terdapat juga lahan atau pekarangan rumah warga yang sebagian besar tergolong luas juga digunakan untuk penanaman. Salah satu tanaman yang ditanam oleh masyarakat Tapelan di lahan adalah tanaman kelor (Moringa oleifera). Di dunia internasional, budidaya daun kelor merupakan suatu program yang sedang dijalankan. Terdapat beberapa julukan untuk pohon kelor diantaranya The Miracle Tree, Tree For Life, dan Amazing Tree. Julukan tersebut muncul karena bagian pohon kelor mulai dari daun, buah, biji, bunga, kulit, batang, hingga akar memiliki manfaat yang luar biasa. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui kelompok ibu-ibu PKK dengan memberikan pelatihan pengolahan makanan dengan bahan dasar kelor (Moringa oleifera) menjadiolahan yang mempunyai nilai jual tinggi.  Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian pelatihan kepada Ibu-ibu PKK Desa Tapelan kabupaten Bojonegoro yang diawali dengan observasi terlebih dahulu mengenai potensi yang ada menganalisis kondisi yang ada di masyarakat.Tahap kedua sosialisasi kepada warga mengenai manfaat daun kelor (Moringa oleifera). Tahap ketiga adalah pemberian pelatihan pemanfaatan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera). Tahap keempat adalah evaluasi dan dilanjutkan pendampingan pembuatan setelah berakhirnya pelatihan.  Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah olahan dari daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) menjadi Stick Kelor & Milk Shake Kelor.

Abstract

Motorcycle key damage is often a problem for users, while the identification process still relies on technicians, which can be time-consuming and subjective. This study develops a classification system for motorcycle key damage levels using the Random Forest method with hyperparameter optimization. The dataset consists of 1,000 samples collected through observation and technician interviews, with data preprocessing using the SMOTE technique to address class imbalance. The model is trained and optimized with Random Forest using GridSearchCV and evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that the optimized Random Forest model achieves an accuracy of 85.5%, an improvement from 82% before tuning, enabling faster and more accurate identification of motorcycle key damage levels. The implementation of this system is expected to improve repair service efficiency and help users take action before the damage worsens.
