Abstract

This study will examine the impact of macroeconomic factors on FDI. The gap in this study lies in the significant changes in economic conditions and investment policies in Indonesia since 2007, which previous studies have not fully explained. The possibility of new factors affecting FDI flows requires more sophisticated analyses. In addition, the relevance of internalized investment theory in the current context of economic globalization has not been widely explored in FDI research in Indonesia. This study uses Secondary time series data and quantitative research techniques. Quarterly data from 2007 to 2022 is the data set used. The research employs the Vector Error Correction Model data analysis technique, with a significance level of 5%. The findings indicate that the exchange rate has an insignificantly negative short-term impact on FDI and a significant negative long-term impact. Then, inflation has a short-term positive and insignificant impact on FDI but a significant negative in the long term. Meanwhile, the interest rate has a significant positive effect on FDI in the long term, but in the short term, it has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

Digital marketing also known as online marketing or internet marketing, refers to the promotional activities or campaingns undertaken to promote a brand or product through digital or online media with the aim of attracting consumers quickly. Digital marketing facilitates businesses in monitoring and catering to the needs and desires of potential consumers. On the other hand, potential consumers can also search for and obtain product information by simply browsing the virtual worls, thus streamlining the search process. In the endeavor, the asset baed community development approach is employed, emphasizing the development of existing assets and potentials with in a particular area. Specifically, in the vilage of Kalisat. Bungkal sub-district, Ponorogo regency, the local community possesses several micro, small, anad medium-sized enterprises owned by individuals or groups. Through the dissemination of digital marketing strategies, it is expected that the value and marketability of these products can be enhanced or optimized.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia atau BSI merupakan gabungan dari tiga bank syariah yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, dan BRI Syariah. Setelah merger, BSI berkembang pesat. Seiring dengan perkembangan tersebut, berbagai jenis produk BSI juga semakin berkembang, bahkan terdapat produk baru. Sebab, menyesuaikan pola pikir masyarakat dan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini. Sehingga BSI menjadi solusi dalam pembangunan perekonomian di Indonesia. Pengembangan produk konsumen inilah yang harus diterapkan pada BSI KC Kediri Hayam Wuruk. Karena produk konsumen menjadi motor penggerak BSI KC Kediri Hayam Wuruk portofolionya sebesar 70% dari total produk BSI dan juga sebagai produk primadona BSI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor, upaya, dan efektivitas pengembangan produk konsumen BSI KC Kediri Hayam Wuruk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dimana penelitian ini menggunakan paparan data deskriptif bukan data numerik untuk menyajikan temuannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan produk konsumen di BSI KC Kediri Hayam Wuruk adalah faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Sedangkan perkembangan pada produk konsumsi mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun lalu, pada produk pensiunan ditambah kerjasama dengan pensiunan asabri. Efektivitas BSI KC Kediri Hayam Wuruk dalam mengembangkan produk sangat efektif, terlihat dari respon pasar ketika kantor cabang melakukan promosi.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Produk

Abstract

The stable condition and absence of a country is reflected in the stability of the currency exchange rate and with respect to the rate of inflation and benchmark interest rates. The aim of the study analyzes short-term and long-term relationships between exchange rate variables, inflation and interest rates in Indonesia. The study uses the VECM data secondary time series mode l for the period 2011-2019. Results show that short-term relationships occur only on inflation variables affecting the exchange rate, while others are not significant. Results also show that out of all three rate variables, inflation and interest rates there is a long-term reciprocal relationship.

Abstract

The Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency in 2023 will open a program of 1 million free halal certifications for UMKM in the Self Declare category. This will encourage business motivation and halal awareness from business actors to make the decision to register for free halal certification. However, in reality, awareness of the halalness of a product and motivation of business actors is still relatively low. The aim of this research is to test and analyze partially or simultaneously the variables of business motivation and halal awareness regarding the decision to implement free halal certification in the Self Declare category for UMKM in Ponorogo district. This type of research is quantitative research using primary data. The sampling technique uses probability sampling techniques, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and the number of respondents is 100 respondents. The research results show that business motivation has a significant influence on the decision to implement free halal certification in Ponorogo Regency, halal awareness has a significant influence on the decision to implement free halal certification in Ponorogo Regency. and simultaneously business motivation and halal awareness have a significant influence on the decision to implement free halal certification in Ponorogo Regency, namely 59.1%.

Abstract

Problems related to employment are a problem that often occurs in developing countries such as Indonesia. Placement of migrant workers abroad, in addition to contributing about the country often also provide assistance in the community specifically for migrant workers themselves. This study aims to analyze the factors that increase the workforce abroad. By using panel regression data analysis conducted in several districts in East Java for the period 2011-2018. GRDP variable per capita against TKI variables, while for other variables not. The fourth variable also shows a simultaneous and significant effect on the TKI variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mean years of schooling, per capita expenditure, and unemployment on the human development index in districts/cities of East Java province in 2017-2021. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Amount observations in this study is as many as 190 consisting of 38 districts/cities. The method of analysis of this study uses panel data regression analysis and significance test with the help of E-views 12. The results of this study explain that (1) Variable Mean Years of Schooling has a negative and significant effect on HDI. (2) The Per Capita Expenditure Variable has a negative and significant effect on HDI. (3) Unemployment variable has a negative and significant effect on HDI. (4) Variables Mean Years of Schooling, Expenditure Per Capita, and Unemployment simultaneously have a significant effect on HDI
