Abstract

Pembelajaran yang diperkirakan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model active learning teknik turnamen belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini: mengetahui proses belajar mengajar dengan model active learning teknik turnamen belajar;  mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan pembelajaran active learning teknik turnamen belajar; mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang menggunakan model konvensional; perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang menggunakan model active learning teknik turnamen belajar dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan model konvensional pada sub pokok bahasan kubus dan balok. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh: persentase rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada tiap pertemuannya meningkat yaitu dari  pertemuan I (56,69%) ke pertemuan II (61,61%) ke  pertemuan III (63,40%). dari pengolahan data hasil posttest kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika menggunakan model active learning teknik turnamen belajar diperoleh rata-rata 81,06% dengan kriteria penilaian tinggi; kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model konvensional kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa rata-ratanya adalah 74,44% dengan kriteria penilaian cukup; berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for window diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model active learning teknik turnamen belajar lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran dengan model konvensional pada sub pokok kubus dan balok sehingga dapat meninggkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.

Abstract

Candles are a tool that can fulfill human needs. Apart from being a light, candles can also be used as home decoration and are a useful tool in assisting the therapy process and can support a modern healthy lifestyle. In this case, the function of candles increases, such as fragrances, which can light up and spread a fragrant aroma throughout the room. To relax the body and create calm, and help relieve symptoms of stress. Can support a positive mood and can increase energy for the body. Candles are a tool that can fulfill human needs. Abstract

Having ideal Muslim characteristics is the ideal for every Muslim. This study aims to discuss the characteristics of the ideal Muslim according to the hadith perspective. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic approach. The formal object of this research is the characteristics of the ideal Muslim. The material object is the low characteristics of Muslims in the current era of globalization. The results of this study indicate that hadith themes can be formulated within the theoretical framework of ideal Muslim characteristics in the perspective of hadith including, imitating the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, strengthening aqidah (salimul aqidah), shahihul worship, qowiyul jismi, broad-minded, not wasting time, and beneficial for others. This study discusses that the characteristics of the ideal Muslim are needed in the current era. The conclusion of this study is the importance of being an ideal Muslim with character to be able to balance the times. By following the various characteristics of the ideal Muslim that has been formulated according to the hadith thematic framework.

Abstract

Law no. 35 of 2014 focuses on children's rights and protection, including the right to receive good education and care. In this context, parents play an important role in educating and ensuring that children's rights are fulfilled. On the other hand, Islamic law also emphasizes the importance of the role of parents in children's education. There are many verses and hadiths that talk about the importance of educating children in a correct and fair way. The aim of this research is to explain and examine the role of parents in educating children according to Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Islamic Law. The research method used is a literature study, where the author examines various sources, including legal texts and religious texts, and involves interviews or surveys with parents to understand how they apply these laws and principles in educating their children. . The results of the research will include findings on how these laws are implemented in practice, as well as recommendations for how these laws can be more effectively implemented.

Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated by the Mayor of Banjarmasin issuing Decree Number 109 of 2022. When the Banjarmasin City government wanted to implement this decree, there was resistance from residents who live in Batuah Market, Banjarmasin City. However, traders who traded at Batuah Market just accepted the mayor's decree. Because Batuah Market is land owned by the regional government. This research aims to determine the background to the pros and cons of Batuah Market revitalization and the obstacles in revitalizing it, as well as the solutions provided by the Banjarmasin City Government to traders and residents of Batuah Market, Banjarmasin City. The type of research used is empirical legal research with a case study approach and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Collecting data from informants through interviews and documentation. The research results show that the background to the pros and cons of Batuah Market revitalization is because there is no compensation given to residents who live in Batuah Market. Apart from that, the causes of conflict are differences in interests, socialization carried out by the government is not optimal and is not going well, and residents are threatened with losing the homes they have lived in for decades. Meanwhile, traders are pro for the revitalization of Batuah Market because there is a match between the government's wishes and traders' needs for market improvements. The obstacle in revitalizing it is the resistance from residents who live on the Batuah Market land. Then the solution given by the government to traders is to occupy the same place according to the type of merchandise. The solutions provided to residents include providing flats with free rental fees for one year, being given the opportunity to trade in government-owned markets, recruiting new entrepreneurs, providing educational tools from kindergartens to junior high schools. Keywords: Pros and Cons, Revitalization, Batuah Market Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi Walikota Banjarmasin menerbitkan Surat Keputusan Nomor 109 tahun 2022. Ketika pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin ingin mengimplementasikan surat keputusan tersebut, terjadi penolakan oleh warga yang bermukim di Pasar Batuah Kota Banjarmasin. Tetapi, pedagang yang berdagang di Pasar Batuah menerima saja terhadap surat keputusan walikota tersebut. Karena Pasar Batuah merupakan lahan milik Pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang terjadinya pro dan kontra dalam revitalisasi Pasar Batuah dan kendalanya dalam merevitalisasi, serta solusi yang diberikan Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin kepada pedagang dan warga Pasar Batuah Kota Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Mengumpulkan data dari informan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang terjadinya pro kontra revitalisasi Pasar Batuah karena tidak adanya ganti rugi yang diberikan kepada warga yang bermukim di Pasar Batuah. Selain itu, penyebab terjadinya konflik adalah perbedaan kepentingan, sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah tidak maksimal dan tidak berjalan dengan baik, dan warga terancam kehilangan tempat tinggal yang sudah dihuni puluhan tahun. Sedangkan pedagang yang pro terhadap revitalisasi Pasar Batuah karena adanya kesesuaian antara keinginan pemerintah dan kebutuhan pedagang akan perbaikan pasar. Adapun kendala dalam merevitalisasi adalah adanya penolakan dari warga yang bermukim di lahan Pasar Batuah. Kemudian solusi yang diberikan pemerintah kepada pedagang yaitu menempati tempat yang sama sesuai dengan jenis dagangannya. Adapun solusi yang diberikan kepada warga seperti diberikan hunian rumah susun digratiskan biaya sewa selama satu tahun, diberikan kesempatan untuk berdagang di pasar milik pemerintah, dijanjikan perekrutan wirausaha baru, bantuan alat pendidikan dari TK-SMP.
