Abstract

This article wants to prove that not all the opinions of friends contained in the ḥadīth mawqūf are a compulsory hujjah that must be followed by Muslims afterwards. This is related to the call that arose from some Islamic groups to restore and limit the meaning of the Qur’an and the Prophet’s only in the understanding of generations of friends so that they do not justify the existence of ijtihād on the friend’s ijtihād. This type of research used in this article is library research, namely by inventorying some thoughts about the Hadith Mawquf from the ulama, especially muḥaddithīn because the study of the mawqūf ḥadīth is more deeply discussed in the ḥadīth discipline.

Abstract

Tulisan ini ingin memperkuat beberapa tulisan sebelumnya seperti milik Abdul Hakim Wahid dan Ahmad Sayuti yang membuktikan bahwa Islam sama sekali tidak mendukung perbudakan. Islam justru berperan sebagai pionir dalam mengikis dan menghapus perbudakan secara perlahan. Hal ini berseberangan dengan sebagian orientalis yang mengatakan bahwa Islam adalah agama yang mendukung adanya perbudakan.

Abstract

Abstrac: This article discusses the thoughts of A. Hassan regarding the meaning of the hadith which contains the threat of punishment in the afterlife for the maker of ṣūrah (image or statue). The aim is to find out the method used by A. Hassan in understanding the hadith. The method used in this article is library research, namely by collecting various writings in the form of books and journals from relevant previous research. The results of this study are that the method used by A. Hassan in understanding the hadith about ṣūrah is al-jam'u wa at-taufiq, namely by compromising between the hadith containing threats to the maker of ṣūrah with the hadith containing the Prophet's permission to Aisyah to play with dolls and make pillows from picture cloth. In addition, A. Hassan also tends to use a socio-historical approach when understanding the hadith about ṣūrah so that A. Hassan in the end concludes that the threat contained in the hadith of the Prophet for the maker of ṣūrah is limited to images or statues that have the potential to be worshiped or made into idols given that many Muslims at that time were previously idol worshippers. Thus the threat in the hadith is a form of Islamic preventive action so that Muslims at that time do not fall back into the practice of worshiping idols like in the jahiliyyah period.

Abstract

This article discusses the thoughts of Abd al-Malik Ibn Abdillah Abu Ma'ali al-Juwaini or better known as Imam Haramain in addressing the hadiths which contain orders to kill dogs. The aim is to find out the method used by Imam Haramain in understanding and positioning these hadiths because the instructions for the pronunciation are different and seem to contradict each other. Some hadiths absolutely command dogs, some others only order to kill black dogs and some contain praise for the person who saved the dog's life. The method used in this article is library research. The result of this study is that the method used by Imam Haramain in addressing the hadiths containing the order to kill the dog is al-naskh wa al-mansukh, namely by making the hadith that comes later as an eraser of the contents of the hadith that appears earlier. Regarding the hadith which contains the order to kill a dog, there are at least two processes of al-naskh wa al-mansukh. First, an order to kill a dog is absolutely abolished by an order to kill a black dog only. Second, the order to kill black dogs was abolished by the permissibility of killing dogs that were dangerous to humans. Imam Haramain finally concluded that only dogs that had the potential to harm humans could be killed. Thus, feelings of disgust because of the dog's condition as unclean or because the dog is black is not necessarily a reason for muslims to torture or kill dogs.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pelatihan aplikasi Jawami’ul Kalim dalam mata kuliah Ulumul Hadits ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN SMH Banten dalam melakukan takhrij hadits secara digital. Jika selama ini takhrij hadits yang mereka pelajari adalah dalam bentuk manual menggunakan kitab versi cetak, maka dengan penguasaan terhadap aplikasi Jawami’ul Kalim mereka dapat melakukan takhrij hadits dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah dalam bentuk ceramah, pendampingan dan pelatihan. Mahasiswa diberi penjelasan terlebih dahulu tentang apa itu Jawami’ul Kalim dan fungsinya. Kemudian mahasiswa didampingi untuk menginstal dan mengenali fitur-fitur Jawami’ul Kalim dan terakhir mahasiswa diberikan contoh bagaimana mengoprasikan Jawami’ul Kalim dalam melakukan takhrij hadits dan mempraktikannya secara mandiri dengan tetap didampingi oleh tutor. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan aplikasi Jawami’ul Kalim dalam mata kuliah Ulumul Hadits adalah sebanyak 95.8% mahasiswa mampu menguasai cara menelusuri hadits menggunakan Jawami’ul Kalim dan sebanyak 77.1% mahasiswa mampu menguasai cara menelusuri kualitas perawi hadits dalam satu rangkaian sanad. Dan setelah mempraktikan langsung bagaimana melakukan takhrij hadits secara digital menggunakan aplikasi Jawami’ul Kalim, 93.8% mahasiswa merasa terbantu jika dibandingkan dengan melakukan takhrij hadits secara manual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kajian karakter Islami Kitab Washoya al-Abaa’i Lil Abnaa’i dan implementasi pembelajarannya. Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter anak-anak santri kelas XI yang melanggar beberapa aturan Pondok Pesantren al-Asmaniyah dan kurang sesuai degan kajian Kitab Washoya. Adapun jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan subyek penelitian ini, yaitu anak-anak santri kelas XI Pondok Pesantren al-Asmaniyah Kp. Dukuh Pinang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, bahwa kajian karakter Islami di dalam Kitab Washoya al-abaa’i Lil Abnaa’i terdiri dari 20 pasal, diawali dengan pasal nasihat guru kepada muridnya dan ditutup dengan pasal wasiat terakhir dari mushonnif. Serta implementasi pembelajarannya meliputi, kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran dan kegiatan pembelajaran. Pada kegiatan pembelajaran terbagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu: kegiatan pembuka pembelajaran, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup pembelajaran. Temuan ini memberikan pengetahuan penting tentang menanamkan karakter yang baik kepada para santri melalui kajian Kitab Washoya al-Abaa’i Lil Abnaa’i. Serta temuan ini memberikan dorongan kepada guru agar selalu melakukan upaya untuk membentuk karakter santri selalu menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas pemikiran Abd al-Malik Ibn Abdillah Abu Ma’ali al-Juwaini atau yang lebih dikenal dengan gelar Imam Haramain dalam menyikapi hadits-hadits yang berisi perintah membunuh anjing. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui metode yang digunakan oleh Imam Haramain dalam memahami dan memposisikan hadits-hadits tersebut karena petunjuk lafazhnya yang berbeda dan terkesan bertentangan satu sama lain, sebagian hadits memerintahkan anjing secara mutlak, sebagian lain hanya memerintahkan untuk membunuh anjing hitam dan sebagian lagi justru berisi pujian bagi orang yang menyelamatkan nyawa anjing. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah library research, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan berbagai tulisan berupa buku dan jurnal dari penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode yang digunakan oleh Imam Haramain dalam menyikapi hadits-hadits yang berisi perintah membunuh anjing adalah al-naskh wa al-mansukh, yaitu dengan menjadikan hadits yang datang kemudian sebagai penghapus isi kandungan hadits yang muncul lebih dahulu. Terkait hadits yang berisi perintah membunuh anjing terdapat setidaknya dua kali proses al-naskh wa al-mansukh. Pertama, perintah membunuh anjing secara mutlak dihapus oleh perintah membunuh anjing yang berwarna hitam saja. Kedua, perintah membunuh anjing yang berwarna hitam dihapus oleh bolehnya membunuh anjing yang berbahaya bagi manusia sehingga Imam Haramain pada akhirnya menyimpulkan bahwa hanya anjing yang berpotensi untuk membahayakan manusia saja yang boleh dibunuh. Dengan demikian, perasaan jijik karena kondisi anjing sebagai hewan najis atau karena anjing tersebut berwarna hitam tidak lantas menjadi alasan bagi umat Muslim untuk menyiksa ataupun membunuh anjing. Abstract

Abstract Self Healing is a healing process carried out by oneself. The process of self-healing refers to the ability of individuals to activate their internal resources to restore their own physical, mental and emotional health. This study aims to show that individuals who have a better understanding of themselves through self-healing based on hadith. The discussion in it explains the application of hadith in the self-healing process. The method used in this study is the hadith thematic method and uses the grounded theory method. Researchers found 16 hadiths about self-healing narrated by Shahih Bukhari, Shahih Muslim, Sunan Tirmidzi, Sunan Ahmad, Sunnan Abu Dawud and Sunnan Darimi. This study concludes that self-healing with hadith is a good step in solving life problems faced by a person, especially in this era where virality is a reference, therefore, implementing self-healing hadiths in the contemporary era is a step the right one to use.

Abstract

The idea of ​​monotheism education for children at an early age is to make children love Allah SWT more, there is nothing to fear except Allah SWT, to emphasize children in worshiping Him, and to guide children to always be grateful for all the blessings that Allah SWT has given. Tawheed education in children is intended to increase spiritual potential and shape children's character so that they become human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty and have noble character. The method used is hadith thematic with a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that instilling the concept of monotheism education in early childhood is very important, because the most important thing is to introduce monotheism. Monotheism is the foundation for every Muslim. If a person is truly monotheistic then he will gain salvation in this world and the hereafter, however, without monotheism he will definitely fall into shirk and will face retribution in this world and retribution in the afterlife. And in view of the hadith, monotheism is highly recommended for children starting from childhood, so that the child knows his creator

Abstract

Having ideal Muslim characteristics is the ideal for every Muslim. This study aims to discuss the characteristics of the ideal Muslim according to the hadith perspective. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic approach. The formal object of this research is the characteristics of the ideal Muslim. The material object is the low characteristics of Muslims in the current era of globalization. The results of this study indicate that hadith themes can be formulated within the theoretical framework of ideal Muslim characteristics in the perspective of hadith including, imitating the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, strengthening aqidah (salimul aqidah), shahihul worship, qowiyul jismi, broad-minded, not wasting time, and beneficial for others. This study discusses that the characteristics of the ideal Muslim are needed in the current era. The conclusion of this study is the importance of being an ideal Muslim with character to be able to balance the times. By following the various characteristics of the ideal Muslim that has been formulated according to the hadith thematic framework.
