Abstract

The Crusades happened because of two factors; due to internal conflicts Europe, namely the dualism Christian denominations; namely the Roman Catholic church with its Eastern Orthodox church with its Byzantine Constantinople, and because of the hatred and fear of Muslims to control their existence. Christian-Muslim relations after the Crusades, it can be said better . Both sides can understand each other and show tolerance and efforts to improve inter-religious harmony , but underneath all of that is still common friction and tension between the two sides . Conflicts with religious issues are considered by some as the shadow and influence of "Crusade". Crusades, physically , always won by the Muslims but non-Muslims physically huge losses, both in economic terms and in terms of civilization. Nevertheless, behind the respective parties may also feel some of the benefits of some important discoveries during the Crusades and afterwards

Abstract

This article examines the pemmali as a method of da'wah by Bugis and Makassar ancestors in maintaining the noble values formulated in the cultural system. This study with the dawah approach found that the Bugis and Makassar people always maintained the most fundamental values, namely siri'. This value is at the core of a cultural system called pangadereng. Implementation of Pangangadereng is always maintained and controlled through paseng (warning / tazkirah) or (message / wasiyah) and pemmali or prohibition and prevention. Paseng has a role in directing the implementation of the values of Pangangadereng, while pemmali as an effort to prevent violations against pangngadereng. Paseng in the science of da'wah aims to amar ma'ruf, while pemmali is directed at the nahi munkar. Amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar in the science of da'wah are part of the function of dakwah activities that must be realized. There are various ways of carrying out these functions, including the tanzīr methods. The tanzīr which means a warning against this threat was taken by the ancestors of the Bugis and Makassar people with pemmali

Abstract

This article aims to examine the hijab in Islam philosophically and implementationally. Through a search for literature sources and content analysis, this article finds that the essence of the hijab is all clothing that covers all members of a woman's body. By the majority of scholars, they do not exclude the face and palms. The law of hijab according to the views of classical scholars, there are differences regarding the limits of the aurat that must be covered, but they agree that the obligation to veil for Muslim women is a provision from Allah that must be obeyed. According to them, hijab is not only Arab culture, therefore the shari'ah of hijab is generally accepted by all Muslim women in the world. That is different from the views of contemporary scholars, the hijab is not a mandatory law that must be implemented. The verse about hijab only talks about local Arab culture. Thus, the standard of women's clothing is based on a measure of respectability and modesty in a particular region. The implementation of the hijab law depends on the goal of maintaining the honor and glory of Muslim women, free from distractions and temptations from fasiq people, more easily recognizable. As for the conditions, among others: it must cover the entire body except what is commonly seen, must be thick, must be loose, and must not resemble men's clothing.Keywords: Hijab in Islam; philosophically; implementationally; classical scholars; contemporary scholars. AbstrakArtikel ini betujuan untuk mengkaji jilbab dalam Islam secara filosofis dan implementatif. Melalui penelusuran sumber primer dan sekunder, artikel ini menemukan bahwa hakikat jilbab adalah setiap pakaian yang menutupi seluruh anggota badan perempuan, oleh mayoritas ulama, mereka mengecualikan muka dan telapak tangan. Hukum jilbab menurut pandangan ulama klasik terdapat perbedaan terkait batasan aurat yang harus ditutupi, namun mereka sepakat bahwa kewajiban berjilbab bagi wanita muslimah adalah syariat dari Sya>ri‘ yang harus ditaati. Jilbab tidak hanya sekedar budaya orang Arab, karena itu yari’at jilbab berlaku umum bagi seluruh wanita muslimah di dunia. Berbeda halnya dengan ulama kontemporer, jilbab bukanlah sebuah syariat wajib yang harus dilaksanakan. Ayat tentang jilbab hanya berbicara tentang budaya lokal Arab. Dengan demikian, Standar pakaian wanita didasarkan pada ukuran kehormatan dan kesopanan di daerah tertentu. Implementasi hukum pemakaian jilbab terpulang kepada tujuannya untuk menjaga kehormatan dan kemuliaan wanita muslimah, bebas dari gangguan maupun godaan orang-orang fasiq, lebih mudah dikenali. Adapun syaratnya, antara lain: harus menutupi seluruh tubuh kecuali yang biasa tampak, harus tebal, harus longgar, dan tidak boleh menyerupai pakaian laki-laki.تهدف هذه المقالة إلى دراسة الحجاب في الإسلام فلسفياً وتطبيقياً. من خلال البحث عن مصادر المكتبة مع تحليل المحتوى، تجد هذه المقالة أن الحجاب هو كل الملابس التي تغطي جميع أعضاء جسد المرأة. ولجمهور العلماء لا يتوقعون الوجه والكفين. وشريعة الحجاب في رأي العلماء الكلاسيكيين، هناك اختلافات في حدود العورات التي يجب تغطيتها، لكنهم اتفقوا على أن وجوب الحجاب للمرأة المسلمة حُكم من عند الله الذى يجب طاعته. وفقا لهم، الحجاب ليس مجرد ثقافة عربية، لذلك فإن شريعة الحجاب مقبولة بشكل عام من قبل جميع النساء المسلمات في العالم. وهذا يختلف عن آراء العلماء المعاصرين، فالحجاب عندهم، ليس قانونًا إلزاميًا يجب تنفيذه. الآية الكريمة التي تتحدث عن الحجاب تتحدث فقط عن الثقافة العربية المحلية. وبالتالي، فإن معيار ملابس النساء يقوم على قدر من الاحترام والتواضع في منطقة معينة. يعتمد تطبيق قانون ارتداء الحجاب على الهدف المتمثل في الحفاظ على شرف ومجد المرأة المسلمة، خالية من الانحرافات والإغراءات من قبل الفاسق، ويسهل التعرف عليها. أما من بين الشروط؛ يجب على النساء تغطية الجسم بالكامل باستثناء ما هو ظاهر عادة، ويجب أن تكون الملابس سميكة (غير شفافة) ، ويجب أن تكون واسعة (غير ضيقة) ، ويجب ألا تشبه ملابس الرجال.

Abstract

Islamic law has many aspects. One of them is the philosophy and secrets of Islamic law (hikmah al-syari‘ah or asrar al-ahkam). Not all secrets are known by Moslems, because al-Quran as its primer source does not show its meaning clearly and totally, but it maybe found by observation. Thus, if its secret is not known at present but it will be known later along with human progress which is supported by the development of science and technology, particularly in the field of medicine. The secrets of Islamic law exists in all fikih aspects, especially at space of observance covering taharat (cleanse or purity), salat (prayer), saum (fasting), zakat (donate, alms or charity), and haji (pilgrimage), and the others. Knowledge about the secrets of Islamic law may improve the truth of the teachings of Islam and on the other said, it may add confidence and affirm Moslems’ soul and spirit in doing their obligation.

Abstract

This article aimed to expose the Zionist movement and the establishment of Israel in Palestine. This objective set out from two problems; how the history of Zionism?, and how the process of the establishment of Israel?. This article was the result of library research (library research) that the data obtained from the study of sources such as books and journals. This study found that Zionism is the belief of the Jews that they would have a nation-state itself independently, which the state will provide more flexibility Zionist movement in formulating strategies and agendas dominate the world. Their goal was finally achieved with the declaration of the state of Israel in 1948. The success of Zionism is the Jewish belief manifested by appropriate international lobby.

Abstract

تبحث هذه المقالة في تطور اللغة العربية و مستقبلها. فوجد الباحث أن تطور اللغة العربية يرجع إلى تطور المتكلم بها بعد نشئتها فى أنحاء جزيرة العرب و اتصالها بالوقائع الحديثة. لعبت اللغة العربية دورا هاما عند العالم الإسلامى على أنها ليست لغة الوحي فحسب بل تصبح لغة عالمية. إلا أنّ في القرون الأخيرة، أصبحت اللغة العربية لا تتطور بل تسير نحو الإنحطاط بأسباب عدة.

Abstract

The plural variation for one word called the plural taraduf is one of the many unique features of the Arabic language. Variations are interesting because the difference in plurality gives different meanings. This study aims to examine the taraduf of the plural form in the Al-Qur'an al-Karim in terms of contextual meaning. This is a kind of library research with a linguistic-semantic approach. The analytical technique used is a content analysis by digging up the mufradat of the Al-Qur'an al-Karim to obtain several plural forms and ensuring the existence of taraduf for the plural forms found. The results of this study indicate that in the Al-Qur'an al-Karim there are words that have two plurals. Uniquely, although the plurals are different, they still show the same meaning or taraduf, except for one plural variation of the same word, and two different plurals with different meanings (‘Adamu taraduf). Research on the plural taraduf is related to the texts of the Al-Qur'an, while there are still many sources of Islamic teachings which are also in Arabic, so the results of this study can be an alternative reference in conducting research. similar research.

Abstract

حاولت هذه الدراسة  الكشف عن مذهب الخطيب الشربيني اللغوي من خلال آرائه المتناثرة في تفسيره ((السراج المنير)) وتتكون قضية هذه الدراسة من الأسئلة الآتية: كيف أسس مذهب الخطيب الشربيني؟ وكيف موقفه من أصول الاحتجاج؟ وكيف موقفه من اللغويين؟ وأمّا نوع البحث المستخدم في هذه الدراسة فهو البحث الوصفي النوعي وطريقة جمع البيانات هي الطريقة المكتبية، وتحليلها عن طريق تحليل لغوي. ونتيجة البحث تجيب عن الأسئلة المذكورة وهي: مذهب الخطيب الشربيني اللغوي قام على عدة أسس منها؛ نزعته الاجتهادية التي تدل على شخصيته اللغوية القوية والبعد عن التكلف والتأويل. اهتم أكثر اهتمام بالشواهد اللغوية من الآيات القرآنية وقراءاتها، والأحاديث النبوية، وأشعار العرب، واعتمد على القياس اللغوي في مذهبه اللغوي. اعتمد كثيراً في مذهبه اللغوي على كتب النحاة، ومعاني القرآن، وكتب التفسير، وذلك واضح في موقفه مع صاحب تلك الكتب كالخليل وسيبويه، والكسائي، والزمخشري، وأبي حيان، وابن هشام، وغيرهم من العلماء. والمستفاد من هذه الدراسة وهو أخذ العبرة بأن الدراسات اللغوية تقوم على التحليل والتعليل والمناقشة مستندة إلى أدلة وتعليلات.  هذه الدراسة تقوي الفكر اللغوي، بسبب ما فيه من مسائل نحوية ولغوية دقيقة.كلمة السر: الخطيب الشربيني، السراج المنير، مذهب لغويABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal the linguistic flow of Khatib El-Sherbiny through his opinions scattered in the book El-Siraj El-Munir. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data collection uses library research method and data analysis uses linguistic analysis. The results showed that Khatib Al-Sherbiny's linguistic school was based on several principles, including his ijtihad tendency to show that he had a strong linguistic personality and was far from affection and interpretation (ta'wil). Khatib Al-Sherbiny is very concerned with linguistic evidence derived from the verses of the Qur'an and its reading models, hadith, Arabic poetry, and uses analogies (qiyas) in his linguistic flow. Khatib Al-Sherbiny sticks to books written by linguists and commentators in his linguistic stream. This is evident through his attitude towards linguistics and commentators such as Al-Khalil, Sibawaih, Al-Kisaiy, Al-Zamakhsyariy, Abu Hayyan, Ibn Hisham and others. The implication of this research is to learn that linguistic studies are based on analysis, reasoning and discussion based on authentic arguments. This research strengthens linguistic thinking and analysis because it includes targeted linguistic problems.Keywords: Khatib El-Sherbiny; El-Siraj El-Munir; Linguistic ConceptABSTRAKPenelitian ini berupaya mengungkap aliran linguistik Khatib El-Sherbiny melalui pendapatnya yang bertebaran di dalam kitab El-Siraj El-Munir. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data bersifat penelitian kepustakaan dan analisis data mempergunakan analisis linguistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aliran linguistik Khatib Al-Sherbiny berdasrkan pada beberapa prinsip, termasuk kecenderungan ijtihadnya menunjukkan beliau memiliki personal linguistik yang kuat dan jauh dari afektasi dan interpretasi (ta'wil). Khatib Al-Sherbiny sangat peduli pada bukti-bukti linguistik yang berasal dari ayat-ayat Al-Quran dan model bacaannya, hadis, dan puisi Arab, serta mempergunakan analogi (qiyas) dalam aliran linguistiknya. Khatib Al-Sherbiny berpegang teguh pada buku karangan para pakar linguistik dan pakar tafsir di dalam aliran linguistiknya. Hal tersebut terbukti melalui sikap beliau terhadap para pakar linguistik dan tafsir seperti Al-Khalil, Sibawaih, Al-Kisaiy, Al-Zamakhsyariy, Abu Hayyan, Ibn Hisyam dan lain-lain. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah menjadikan pelajaran bahwa studi-studi lingusitik itu berdasarkan analisis, penalaran dan diskusi berlandaskan dalil yang otentik. Penelitian ini memperkuat pemikiran dan analisis linguistik karena di dalamnya mencakup problematika linguistik yang tepat sasaran.
