Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui hubungan antara etika lingkungan dan persepsi pada tata ruang terhadap perilaku penghuni dalam melestarikan fungsi lingkungan rumah susun. Responden diambil secara acak sebanyak 102 orang penghuni rumah susun di Bidara Cina, Jakarta Timur. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana dan jamak serta korelasi sederhana dan jamak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif antara: 1) etika lingkungan dan perilaku penghuni dalam melestarikan fungsi lingkungan rumah susun, 2) persepsi pada tata ruang terhadap perilaku penghuni dalam melestarikan fungsi lingkungan, 3) etika lingkungan dan persepsi pada tata ruang terhadap perilaku penghuni dalam melestarikan fungsi lingkungan rumah susun. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between environmental ethics and perception toward the management of flats space with the behavior of community for conserving of flats environment function.The number of sample were 102 respondents selected randomly in Bidara Cina Flats, East Jakarta. The process of data analysis used multiple regression and multiple correlation.The study of these research indicate are positive correlation between 1) between environmental ethics and the behavior of community for conserving of flats environment function, 2) perception toward the management of flats space and the behavior of community for conserving of flats environment function, 3) environmental ethics and perception toward the management of flats space with the behavior of community for conserving of flats environment function.

Abstract

Kajian pemikiran dalam tulisan ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka memecahkan masalah terhadap perubahan penggunaan tanah dan perubahan lingkungan akibat pembangunan permukiman di wilayah perkotaan. Hasil kajian pemikiran menunjukkan bahwa perlu diciptakan pembangunan permukiman bagi rakyat di kota besar yang berwawasan lingkungan, antara lain: Pertama, merencanakan strategi pembangunan permukiman rakyat di perkotaan yang berwawasan lingkungan, dengan memperhatikan hal-hal berikut: a) kebijaksanaan lingkungan hidup, b) perencanaan penataan lingkungan permukiman c) pembangunan kota sebagai wilayah permukiman rakyat; Kedua, berupaya mewujudkan permukiman rakyat yang berwawasan lingkungan, dapat dilakukan antara lain: a) pemantapan sikap-nilai masyarakat terhadap permukiman, b) penataan dan perbaikan permukiman yang ditangani oleh semua pihak, c) permukiman yang terjangkau bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah, d) memperhatikan aspek kesehatan masyarakat di permukiman perkotaan. The purpose of this idea study is to know effort able to be done in order to solving problem to change of usage of land and change of environment effect of development of community in citizen region.Result of this idea study indicate that require to be created development of setlement to people in metropolis which with vision of environment, for example is: First, planning strategy development of setlement of people in urban which with environment orientation, by paying attention things following: a) environment  policy;  b) planning of settlement environment;  c) development of town as region setlement of people; Second, coping to realize setlement of people which with environment orientation, can be done, for example: a) stabilization of society value and attitude to setlement, b) settlement and repair of setlement handled by all side, c) reached setlement to society  have middle and low production, d) pay attention aspect health of society in setlement of urban.

Key words: Active Learning, Integrative, Ms-Excel, House Foundation. This research discusses the implementation of the integrated active learning by Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet in the Budget Planning Lesson to Count the cost of a house foundation. This research aims to: (1) find the difference of the students? study result in the budget planning lesson between those who get integrated active learning and those who get convensional learning (lecturung, demonstration); (2) to find the difference of the study result in the budget planning lesson between high successful students and low successful students; (3) to find the interaction between achievment level and learning method toward the study result. The research uses quantitative approach by using factorial design post tes only. The population of the students at SMK N 2 Samarinda at elevenh grade in the third semesters. The data of the studens? success is collected through personality test which is adapted from Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS). The test of achievment is conducted by objective essay test. The result of the annava F test two talis: (1) the learning method shows the main significant effect for the study result, F(1,56) = 158.680; p < 0.05; (2) the successful level shows the main significant effect for the study result, F(1,56) = 5.612; p < 0.05; (3) there was significant interaction between learning method and level of success of the is not significant interaction between learning method and successful level toward the study result, F(1,56) = 6.848; p

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisio (STAD) merupakan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan cara membentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil secara heterogen agar memacu siswa untuk saling mendorong dan membantu satu sama lain. E-modul merupakan suatu unit lengkap program pengajaran yang disajikan melalui perangkat elektronik dan software pembuka khusus, yang berisi komponen-komponen kegiatan belajar yang disusun untuk membantu siswa mencapai sejumlah tujuan yang khusus dan jelas secara mandiri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, kegiatan mengajar guru, dan kegiatan belajar siswa di kelas dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran STAD menggunakan e-modul pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek kognitif menganalisis gaya batang pada konstruksi rangka batang sederhana. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan menggunakan siklus dalam proses pembelajaran sampai nilai hasil belajar siswa mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimum. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X TGB2 SMKN 2 Kraksaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan metode observasi. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1 didapatkan nilai hasil belajar siswa 76,43 dengan persentase 58,33% siswa tuntas, meningkat pada siklus 2 nilai hasil belajar siswa 80,17 dengan persentase 86,11% siswa tuntas. Hasil kegiatan mengajar guru pada siklus 1 memperoleh skor rerata 3,35 (cukup baik), meningkat pada siklus 2 memperoleh skor rerata 3,70 (baik). Hasil kegiatan belajar siswa pada siklus 1 memperoleh skor rerata 3,23 (cukup baik), meningkat pada siklus 2 memperoleh skor rerata 3,69 (baik). Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terjadi peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa, kegiatan mengajar guru, dan kegiatan belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: STAD, e-modul, hasil belajar siswa, kegiatan mengajar guru, kegiatan belajar siswa. Abstract Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) cooperative learning is a cooperative learning model by forming heterogeneous small groups in order to encourage students to encourage and help one another. E-module is a complete unit of teaching program that is presented through electronic devices and special opening software, which contains components of learning activities that are arranged to help students achieve a number of specific and clear objectives independently. The research objective is to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes, teacher teaching activities, and student learning activities in the classroom by applying the STAD learning model using e-modules in engineering mechanics subjects. The study focused on the cognitive aspects of analyzing rod style in simple truss construction. The research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), by using cycles in the learning process until the students learning outcomes reach the minimum completeness criteria. The research subjects were students of class X TGB2 of SMK 2 Kraksaan. Data collection techniques used are learning outcomes tests and observation methods. The results of the study in cycle 1 obtained the value of 76.43 student learning outcomes with a percentage of 58.33% of students completed, increasing in cycle 2 the value of student learning outcomes 80.17 with a percentage of 86.11% of students completed. The results of teacher teaching activities in cycle 1 gained a mean score of 3.35 (good enough), increasing in cycle 2 to obtain a mean score of 3.70 (good). The results of student learning activities in cycle 1 obtained a mean score of 3.23 (good enough), increasing in cycle 2 to obtain a mean score of 3.69 (good). The conclusion of the study is an increase in student learning outcomes, teacher teaching activities, and student learning activities.
