Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research is entitled “Analysis of Factors Influencing Employees’ Performance at the PT BPR Gunung Slamet, Cilacap”.  The objective of the research is to analyze the enfluense of organization culture, organizational commitment, and work experience upon job performance of employees’ working at the PT BPR Gunung Slamet, Cilacap. The proposed hypothesis is organization culture, commitment organizational, and work experience in parsial influences employees’ performance.  Instrument of analysis employed in the research is multiple linear regression and determination coefficient.Keywords:Organization Culture;Commitment Organizational;Work Experience;Work Achievement. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap”. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi , komitmen organisasi, dan pengalaman kerja secara signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap. Hipotesis yang dikemukakan adalah: Satu, Budaya Organisasi Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap; Dua, Komitmen Organisasi Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap; Tiga, Pengalaman Kerja Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT BPR Gunung Slamet Cilacap. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah Analisis regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi; Komitmen Organisasi; Pengalaman Kerja; Prestasi Kerja.

Abstract

This research is conducted at PT. Train ( Persero) Area Operate for V Purwokerto, with title : " Influence of Locus Control of, Orient the Target of Study, and Environment Work To Self Efficacy and Transfer Training of Officer in Office of PT. Train Area Operate For V Purwokerto" Target of this Research is to know influence of conrol of locus, orient the target of environment and study work to efficacy self and transfer training of Officer in Office of PT. Train Area Operate For V Purwokerto. used Analyzer by Structural Equation Modelling ( SEM). Of research result and data analysis obtained conclusion that: Of control Locus have an effect on by isn't it to efficacy self and training transfer. Abstract

This research takes the title “The Influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap”, the formulation of the problem is whether Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Non-Physical Work Environment affect the Performance of Employees of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap? and the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. SRB Gunung Slamet Cilacap. This research method is a type of quantitative research using survey methods in obtaining the required data, namely by giving questionnaires to respondents at PT. SRB Gunung Slamet Cilacap. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis and t-test (Partial Test). Results The conclusion based on the results of multiple linear regression equations obtained from the calculation of Y = 0.754 + 0.447 X1 + 0.353 X2 + 0.285 X3 is: The tcount value of the Organizational Commitment variable (X1) is greater than the ttable value (3.732 > 2.056). The tcount value of the Work Discipline variable (X2) is greater than the ttable value (2,431 > 2,056). The tcount value of the Non-Physical Work Environment (X3) variable is greater than the ttable value (2.718 > 2.056). Therefore, the three hypotheses affect the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Gunung Slamet Cilacap

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine if work satisfaction and organizational commitment variables have an additive effect on employee turnover intention. The sample size for this study was 200 contract workers. This study's sampling methodology is nonprobability. Purposive sampling was the technique utilized, and there were 100 samples in all. In this study, questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect the data. An ordinal scale was employed as the measurement system for the questionnaire. Using descriptive statistics, data quality testing, traditional assumption testing, and hypothesis testing with SPSS, the collected data will next be examined and evaluated. The following conclusions can be drawn from the findings of the data testing that was done on the issue utilizing multiple linear regression tests: On the likelihood of leaving a job, job satisfaction has a large beneficial impact. The intention to leave the company is significantly impacted negatively by organizational commitment. The intention to leave the company is significantly influenced by both job satisfaction and organizational commitment at the same time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian hand sanitizer Fitso di Jakarta. Dimanavariabel independen yang terdiri dari citra merek dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependennya. Metodepengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yaitu konsumen dari hand sanitizer Fitso yang pernahmembeli produk hand sanitizer Fitso. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 125 orang responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Hasil pengujian secara parsial atau uji t menunjukkan citra merek dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian hand sanitizerFitso adalah signifikan. Kondisi ini diindikasikan dengan perolehan signifikan masing – masing variabel bebas tersebut kurang dari ? = 5% . Hasilpengujian secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh yang digunakan sebagai model penelitian secara bersama – sama terhadap keputusan pembelianhand sanitizer Fitso adalah signifikan. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil nilai f hitung yang lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu 66,345 > 3,07 menunjukkan adanyahubungan antara variabel bebas tersebut secara bersama – sama terhadap keputusan pembelian hand sanitizer Fitso. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Harga, Keputusan Pembeli
