Abstract

This study aims to determine the right strategy used by PT. XY to accelerate the implementation of construction projects in Makassar City. The population study is all parties concerned with PT. XY, consisting of the Department of Public Works, the company associates, Planning Consultant, Supervisor, and employees of PT. XY own. The research sample determined by purposive sampling that establishes a sample on the basis that the respondents to determine the condition of the implementation of construction projects undertaken by PT. XY. Analyzer used in this research is using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). The using of this analysis is a combination of external factors (opportunities and threats) and internal factors (strengths and weaknesses). Based on the analysis, it is known that through the preparation of a SWOT diagram obtained that position PT. XY in an effort to expedite the completion of the construction project, located in quadrant I (first). This means that in an effort to accelerate the completion of construction projects, PT. XY has some internal factors such as the strength of openness in management, adequate manpower skills, commitment of human resources is high, the motivation of the project team, the availability of sufficient infrastructure and refresentatif, and opportunities such as regulation or regulations governing the operation of services construction, the method (CPM and PERT) that can be used to create a network of shorter, the monitoring and evaluation of the Department of Public Works, the existence of a third party who is willing to supply the material, and the presence of the Bank is willing to lend funds. Therefore we need a strategy that can harness the power of PT. XY to seize opportunities (Strenght Opportunity Strategy) or aggressive strategies, such as using CPM or PERT critical time in the planning and allocation of resources.

Abstract

The demand for meat has increased as population growth and changes in community style and patterns of consumption. Similarly, the people of Makassar, known as a beef and buffalo commsumen for barbagai dishes and local culinary. The need for meat in Makassar City is predicted to require as many as 553 heads per day to supply the meat in Makassar. One of the regional companies given the authority to serve the meat needs is PD. Animal Cutting House (RPH). IbM activities that we will do is the management training of Cutting House management on PD managers. RPH Kota Makassar, socialization and stimulant to beef entrepreneurs, establishment of small and medium business group as business development partner of RPH Kota Makassar as well as training of RPH (meat, skin, bone and cattle urine) RPH business development for community group of SME actors who have formed it. The objective of each activity is to increase the knowledge of the slaughterhouse management related to RPH management so that it can meet the established standards, the awareness of the breeders and cattle and buffalo traders around Makassar City to legally slaughter animals in PD. RPH so that they actively produce and supply cattle and buffalo to RPH, as well as the formation of knowledgeable and skilled group of people in producing processed meats, and the utilization of cattle waste (skin, bone and urine) so as to have the opportunity to partner in PD business development. RPH. Overall, the ultimate goal of IbM's activities is the increasing income of PD. RPH so as to support increasing regional income and sustaining the economy of small to medium-sized communities.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Bone Regency with the aim of knowing the accuracy of submitting village financial reports. this type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all village heads or village financial management apparatus. by using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire which is a source of primary data and secondary data in the form of village financial reports. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistics, namely statistics used to analyze the data that has been collected as it is without the intention of making generally accepted conclusions or generalizations. Furthermore, data reduction is carried out by selecting the main things, focusing on the most important things, then after the data is reduced, the next step is to show the data. After analyzing the data, the results obtained in the study are that there are still some villages that are not timely in submitting their financial reports, this is caused by several factors, including the quality of human resources which is the key to the creation of quality financial reports supported by information technology. and internal control system

Abstract

Entrepreneurs need to be introduced from an early age to instill an entrepreneurial mentality with the aim of opening students' minds to be able to create their own jobs, because with them entrepreneurship the benefits they get are not only for ourselves but also for others so that it indirectly helps create jobs. to reduce the existing unemployment rate by providing jobs to people around the business being undertaken. Problems faced by partners in community service activities include students not understanding entrepreneurship and students not being interested in the business world, especially entrepreneurship. The expected outcome of this community service activity is that students feel interested in becoming entrepreneurs and grow their creative ideas into positive productivity and provide benefits for students in particular and benefits for the surrounding environment in general. This service stage starts from preparation, implementation of service activities in the form of counseling introduction to entrepreneurship for students and ends with the closing stage. This activity was said to be successful where all participants were present and their enthusiasm and interest was evident, this was evidenced by the presence of several participants who actively asked questions during the discussion session. For this reason, this activity needs to be developed so that it can motivate students to develop their creativity to become young entrepreneurs, so that similar activities can also be carried out in other schools to increase students' knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship.Keyword: Entrepereneurship, Student, Productivity

Abstract

Perwujudan bangsa yang sejahtera tentunya tidak lepas dari penerapan fungsi ekonomi dalam setiap keluarga. Oleh karena itu salah satu hal dalam mewujudkan bangsa yang sejahtera melalui peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, ini salah satunya ditunjang oleh para lansia yang produktif. Lansia produktif dapat diwujudkan dalam beberapa hal mulai dari kesehatan yang tetap fit serta kegiatan lain yang dapat mendatangkan manfaat ekonomi, salah satunya adalah keterampilan kerajinan tangan. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreativitas para lansia melalui praktek kerajinan tangan selain untuk melatih otot-otot motoric para lansia, juga melatih emosional dan kesabaran serta fokus. Di samping itu juga kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membekali lansia agar memiliki keterampilan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pengetahuan untuk membuat berbagai kerajinan tangan baik hanya sekedar sebagai hobi maupun dapat dijadikan sebagai sesuatu yang dapat menghasilkan pendapatan yang mampu membantu ekonomi keluarga. Tim pelaksana melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan tentang tetap produktif di masa lansia Adapun luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah berupa laporan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan publikasi ilmiah di jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema tetap produktif di masa lansia yang diawali dengan kegiatan senam sehat lansia kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyuluhan serta keterampilan kerajinan tangan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan lansia dalam melatih hidup sehat, mandiri dan produktif.

Abstract

Lanjut usia (Lansia) adalah seseorang yang telah mencapai usia 60 (enam puluh) tahun ke atas. Pada fase tersebut tentunya akan berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik sosial, ekonomi, dan terutama kesehatan, karena dengan semakin bertambahnya usia, fungsi organ tubuh akan semakin menurun baik karena faktor alamiah maupun karena penyakit. Maka, kehidupan lansia yang menurun harus ada yang membantu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bertahan hidupnya. Meningkatnya jumlah lansia menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan baik individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Ketahanan Ekonomi pada lansia mengacu pada kemampuan mereka memenuhi kebutuhan mendasar seperti makanan, perumahan, pelayanan kesehatan dan kehidupan sosial secara berkelanjutan. Ini mencakup pendapatan, jaminan sosial dan kesempatan kerja yang layak. Beberapa Lansia yang merupakan pensiunan, memiliki sumber keuangan terbatas di sepanjang hidup mereka mungkin mengalami kesulitan keuangan di hari tua. Meskipun mereka dapat menyamai tingkat konsumsi sebelum pensiun. Adapun luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah menjadikan perekonomian para Lansia lebih terarah dan lebih tahan terhadap godaan kehidupan yang mengarah pemborosan dan bagi rumah tangga keluarga Lansia terlebih khususnya dapat digunakan sebagai masukan dan bahan pertimbangan mengambil kebijakan dalam rmengelola keuangan mereka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dari persiapan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi ketahanan ekonomi di masa lansia. Kegiatan ini dikatakan berhasil dimana para Lansia yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini memahami materi yang disajikan. Kegiatan ini perlu terus dilakukan  di tingkat Kelurahan dapat mencantumkan program sosialisasi ini sebagai program kelurahan di tingkat RT/RW yang akan rutin dilaksanakan setiap tahun.
