Abstract

The production process which is designed is a packaging system for the initial storage of products to be filled in the packaging, in this study a conveyor is designed that can sort objects using a proximity sensor and adjust the speed based on the size of the packaging using pulse width modulation (PWM), and can fill the packaging based on the size of the packaging. The product. Automatic control of packing using Outseal PLC Nano.V.4, the system can be controlled and monitored using Haiwell SCADA software on a PC. Outseal PLC nano V.4 test results can operate based on program commands that have been designed. The use of PWM Outseal PLC Nano V.4 on a 12 volt DC motor as a speed controller works in accordance with the duty cycle and PWM scale values given with an efficiency value of 86,56 % at at a PWM value of 900 and 86,23 % at a PWM value of 1023. HMI system made using Haiwell SCADA to control and monitor a successful packing system. Outseal PLC Nano V.4 can operate optimally with the SCADA system. The overall system test results of all sensor components, product packaging and HMI variables are 100 % successful, with an average processing time of packing size M for 11.62 seconds and size L for 14.58 seconds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Stabilitas Frekuensi Beban Hybrid Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Fotovoltaik dan Diesel. Ada beberapa permasalahan yang dapat meningkatkan osilasi frekuensi rendah. Tingginya setting gain dan kecilnya waktu konstan pada Automatic Voltage Regulator, Terlalu banyak jaringan transmisi yang panjang sehingga kemampuan lemah (weak line). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan Daya yang dihasilkan pembangkit energi surya PV sesuai dengan besarnya intensitas radiasi matahari yang yang diterima oleh modul PV. Dengan demikian radiasi matahari 0.88 kW/m2 akan menghasilkan daya sebesar 110,17 Watt. Besar tegangan yang dibangkitkan oleh genset sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan poros dari prime mover-nya. Daya genset akan tercapai sebesar 98.08W jika diberikan putaran 350 rad/sec. Genset akan beroperasi bila PV dan baterai sudah tidak mampu lagi memasok permintaan daya dari beban. Dengan    menggunakan    metode    simulasi ini didapatkan hasil penalaan parameter nilai  PID  yang optimal di mana,  Kp  =  79.9999,  Ki  =  59.9998,  Kd  =9.9006. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai settling time sebesar 5.8 detik yang merupakan nilai settling time tercepat dan juga nilai overshoot sebesar -7.932e-05 hingga 6.792e-10 pu yang merupakan nilai overshoot terkecil dari model kontroler yang lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data berupa gambar dan video yang berisi objek kendaraan di lalu lintas. Data tersebut kemudian akan diproses menggunakan  algoritma pengolahan citra dan dikombinasikan dengan algoritma kecerdasan buatan. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pengolahan citra berbasis algoritma hibrid Interest Point jenis Harris yang dapat mengoptimasi segmentasi citra objek. Proses tersebut dilakukan sebab segmentasi citra objek merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi hasil dari sistem. Pada akhirnya sistem akan dirancang untuk menghasilkan informasi baru sesuai dengan alur sistem yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan, antara lain: pengenalan kendaraan, pengklasifikasian kendaraan, perhitungan jumlah kendaraan, dan pergerakan kendaraan.

Abstract

This research aims to design and create applications that can monitor drug data, namely incoming drug data, outgoing drugs, drug stocks and report making. The research method used is R&D because researchers want to produce products and test the effectiveness of the products in order to function. While the pngujian method on this system uses black box testing which aims to perform tests based on system details such as the appearance, functions and suitability of the function flow of the system. From the results of system testing, all functions in the system can function properly so as to help the performance of the officers in the health center, especially those who handle drug data. The drug data monitoring information system has been successfully designed to be used by the Head of Puskesmas, warehouse officers, and pharmacy officers. Drug warehouse officers are given the facility to enter data on sources of funds, suppliers, drugs and conduct drug transactions in and out of the warehouse. Furthermore, pharmacy officers can enter patient data and make drug transactions out at the pharmacy. As for the Head of puskesmas has facilities to be able to see the report and then print it.

Abstract

Penggunaan data geografis ini dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah disegala bidang, dalam bidang pemerintahan SIG dapat digunakan untuk me-monitoring dan mengevaluasi proyek pekerjaan jalan dan jembatan. Prasarana jalan dan jembatan Kabupaten Pangkajen Dan Kepulauan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam transportasi Kabupaten. Pengelolaan jalan dan jembatan merupakan aspek yang sangat strategis dan setiap keputusan dalam pengelolaan jalan dan jembatan harus didasarkan pada data yang akurat dan reliable. Permasalahannya belum ada sistem untuk mendata dan memonitoring data jalan dan jembatan. Dengan sistem infomasi geografis akan sangat memudahkan dinas terkait, hal ini karena data jalan dan jembatan ditampilkan dalam bentuk map. Map yang digunakan adalah Google Maps, sehingga mapya selalu terupdate. Dari pengujian kuisioner diperoleh persentase sebesar 90.67% responden sangat setuju dengan sistem ini.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the maintenance program aimed at identifying the causes of downtime in machines or equipment at the raw mill unit of PT. Semen Tonasa, which consists of three main sections: mechanical, electrical, and production. Based on data analysis, it was found that the causes of downtime were evenly distributed, with mechanical and production each contributing 31%, and electrical contributing 38%. The dominant cause of downtime was found in the production section, with the main issue being a broken gearbox protection. Over the past six months, the gearbox component failed twice, resulting in a total downtime of 22.30 hours. To address this issue, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) was applied to identify the components responsible for machine failure. The results identified four key components contributing to downtime: the gearbox chain, Belt Conveyor, bucket elevator, and motor. The maintenance decisions taken included failure finding and time-directed life-renewal restoration for the gearbox, bucket elevator, and motor, as well as lubrication and time-directed life-renewal restoration for the Belt Conveyor chain. The expected outcome is an improvement in the reliability and performance of the machines at the raw mill unit of PT. Semen Tonasa.

Abstract

Manual and fragmented KPI-based evaluation often weakens employee performance monitoring by causing delays, input errors, and inconsistent interpretation. This study addresses that problem by designing and evaluating an AI-assisted digital KPI information system that integrates competency assessment, digital KPI records, performance scoring, dashboard-based monitoring, and recommendation support in a single environment. The study contributes by transforming the conventional competency–KPI–performance framework into an operational decision-support artifact with embedded AI classification. Using a prototype-based approach, the system was evaluated with a structured dataset of 340 employee-year records from 2021–2025. Three machine learning models were compared for classifying employee performance into High, Moderate, and Low categories. The results show that the system is functionally feasible and usable for KPI-based performance monitoring, while Random Forest achieved the best classification performance with 0.9853 accuracy and 0.9852 F1-score. The findings indicate that the proposed system can improve the structure of digital KPI monitoring and provide AI-assisted support for managerial review and follow-up actions. The study contributes theoretically by extending KPI-based performance management into an intelligent information system context and practically by offering a feasible model for organizations operating under limited implementation conditions.

Abstract

Saving should have been introduced from an early age both by the school and in the family environment, although there has not been a special curriculum presented at the elementary school level regarding this, even though it is important to introduce it to early childhood children because early age is the golden age in growing everything. the potential that exists in children, in times like these children will record every information they get to later be applied in their daily lives. The problems faced by partners in community service activities include the lack of understanding of students about saving activities and the importance of saving from an early age and the perception of students who think that saving activities are only for people who are adults and have their own income. The purpose of this PKM activity is to broaden students' horizons regarding the goals and benefits of saving from an early age and to foster an interest in saving for students from an early age even though they do not have their own income. The stages of this activity start from preparation, implementation of service activities in the form of socializing fond of saving from an early age and ending with the stage of writing service activity reports. Socialization activities like saving from an early age were followed by all students as participants in this PKM activity enthusiastically so that they were able to increase students' understanding and broaden their horizons regarding the importance of saving from an early age even though they do not have an independent income. Activities like this need to be carried out elsewhere so that the knowledge and interest of students as the younger generation in saving continues to increase so that they can contribute to economic improvement for the nation and state in the future. The expected output of this community service activity focuses on increasing students' understanding of the importance of saving activities and being aware of the importance of saving activities from an early age and can be one of the inputs for the school so that saving activities can become a routine activity for students coordinated by each homeroom teacher

Abstract

Entrepreneurs need to be introduced from an early age to instill an entrepreneurial mentality with the aim of opening students' minds to be able to create their own jobs, because with them entrepreneurship the benefits they get are not only for ourselves but also for others so that it indirectly helps create jobs. to reduce the existing unemployment rate by providing jobs to people around the business being undertaken. Problems faced by partners in community service activities include students not understanding entrepreneurship and students not being interested in the business world, especially entrepreneurship. The expected outcome of this community service activity is that students feel interested in becoming entrepreneurs and grow their creative ideas into positive productivity and provide benefits for students in particular and benefits for the surrounding environment in general. This service stage starts from preparation, implementation of service activities in the form of counseling introduction to entrepreneurship for students and ends with the closing stage. This activity was said to be successful where all participants were present and their enthusiasm and interest was evident, this was evidenced by the presence of several participants who actively asked questions during the discussion session. For this reason, this activity needs to be developed so that it can motivate students to develop their creativity to become young entrepreneurs, so that similar activities can also be carried out in other schools to increase students' knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship.Keyword: Entrepereneurship, Student, Productivity
