Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-control on the anti-corruption attitude of kindergarten (TK) students in Central Java province. This Experimental reasearch, the sampling metods was done by multi stage random sampling with probality sampling and it obtained 82 samples of kindergarten students, 41 students of them were selected from the observation with high and low self-control (22 students with high self-control and 22 students with low self-control) in Kindergartens in Central Java Province. Data were obtained using ceklist of observastion sheets for anti corruptions attitude of kindergarten children. The results of the study show that: There is an effect of self-control on anti-corruption attitudes. Students with high self-control have better anti-corruption attitude than students with low self-control. The results showing that the average score of group with self control low 40.3636 and than self control high 47.2273, with the result of t-count 8.005 at the 0.007 level significance.

Abstract

Aimfrom this research is to see the differences in three forms of learning methods, namely, the overall learning method, part learning method and mixed learning methods on the discus throwing skills of class IX students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar who are members of the extra-curricular. The moderator variable in this study is learning motivation. The dependent variable is the discus throwing skill. This study used a 2x3 factorial experimental method, the population of this study was 134 students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. The determination of the sample size was based on purposive sampling technique by selecting 27% of the total data with the highest score and 27% of the lowest score referring to the Verducci theory. The conclusion from this research is that the group of students who are taught using the overall learning method has better results in discus throwing skills compared to the group of students who are taught disc-throwing skills using the part learning method and groups of students who are taught with mixed learning methods. For students who have high motivation, the learning method using the overall method is better used in teaching disc-throwing skills, for students with low motivation categories the mixed learning method is better used in teaching disc throwing skills than using the whole learning method and the part learning method in improving disc throwing skills

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects or benefits of increasing agility in the traditional sport of Gobak Sodor with the Essential Agility Drills method on STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan students. This study used a True Experiment Design with the division of the experimental group being given treatment and the control group not being given any treatment. This study used a sample involving 60 students (30 experiments, 30 controls). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The test instrument used to measure agility was the zig-zag run test as a pretest and posttest for the two groups to know the differences in their agility. The t-test analysis showed a Sig value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference in the two groups, but the experimental group was superior to the control group with a percentage increase of 9.76%, while the control group had a smaller percentage than the experimental group, namely 1 0.02% means 9.76%> 1.02%, which means that the experimental group has a higher rate of increase compared to the control group, meaning that the Essential Agility Drill training method is very influential on agility in the traditional sport of Gobak Sodor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the volleyball extracurricular development program in Tambun Utara sub-district using the CIPP eva-luation model (Context, Input, Process and Product). By using the CIPP method, which was presented by Daniel L. Stuflebeam, it is an evaluation of the Context discussion on the background of the program and the purpose of the coaching program. Input Evaluation is a discussion of the acceptance of athletes, coaches, funds, facilities and infrastructure. Process Evaluation, discussion on the implementation of training, consumption / nutrition, coordination and communication programs. Product evaluation, which is about the results of the guided program achievement which is obtained in the volleyball extracurricular program development. The results of this study were obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies obtained by the researchers that the volleyball extracurricular training program in Tambun North District Public Middle School had carried out the processes and procedures of sports achievement development programs in general. However, the implementation is constrained by funding, training facilities and infrastructure as well as other facilities that can support the training program. The importance of communication and coordination of sports stakeholders has not run as expected in seeking donors both local and private government.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of employee engagement level at PTA and examine the influence of leadership factors, particularly empowering leadership, employee development, and personality traits on employee engagement in the company. The research was designed using a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research, while the research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires compiled with a Likert scale. Furthermore, the statistical data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach using the SmartPLS application (v.3.2.9). The results showed that the predictive accuracy level of the structural model of this study was categorized as moderate (Adjusted R2 = 0.428, referring to Chin, 1998). It also represents the total variance of employee engagement variables that can be explained by all exogenous variables simultaneously, which is 42.8%, and 57.2% influenced by other variables that were not discussed in this research model. The three exogenous variables were found positively affect employee engagement. The personality traits factor has a more significant influence than other variables (0.362). The following factor is employee development (0.241), and the slightest effect is empowering leadership (0.231).

Abstract

This research aims to develop volleyball bottom passing exercises. Based on observations made in elementary schools in Jambi, there is still a low ability of basic volleyball passing techniques, so it is necessary to develop the form of exercise. This development uses the R&D model with the Borg and Gall model. While the data analysis technique uses effectiveness tests and gain scores. The results of the development of volleyball bottom passing training equipment meet the criteria that are quite valid for expert experts and are in the Very Meet or Decent category. The conclusion of this study is that the development of a volleyball bottom passing exercise model is very feasible to be used as a training model for basic bottom passing techniques in volleyball games
