Abstract

This research examines and discovers the implication of profitability on firm value, and dividend policy as mediating effect at mining companies which are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2009-2016 with total samples, 5 companies. This study using path analysis to solve the problem with the help of SPSS 24. The result shows that Profitability and dividend policy have positive effect and significant on firm value, Profitability has negative effect on dividend policy, and dividend policy has no mediating effect between profitability and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, personal selling, product quality, and worth of mouth on purchasing decisions at PT Yamaha Putera Langkapura motorcycle dealership. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The research subjects used were consumers who bought products at the PT Yamaha Putera Langkapura dealer in 2019 divided by the number of quarters totaling 89 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. To get the test results in this study, a classic assumption test was carried out, namely the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicorrelation test. Then the hypothesis testing is carried out. In this study the results of the Determination (R2) test showed that the purchase decision could be explained by price, personal selling, product quality and word of mouth by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneously, the variable price (X1), personal selling (X2), product quality (X3) and word of mouth (X4) have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions at Dealer Yamaha Putera Langkapura.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of liquidity ratio variable, leverage ratio, profitability ratio, and activity ratio to financial distress in PT. Sri Tugu Muda (Lampung). The tool analysis that used in this assumption that consist of some tests of normality,multikolineriety,heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation. The statistic anaysts that used are multiple linier regression and hipotesyst test which consist of t and F test also determination coeficient (R2 ). The dependent variable in this research is financial distress. While the independent variables are liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, profitability ratio and activity ratio. The result of the research shows partially of liquidity ratio that significanly influenced to financial distress. While leverage and profitability ratio is not significanly influenced to financial distress. Simultaneously, liquidity, leverage, profitability and activity ratio together influential significanly forward financial distress. This is evidenced R Square value of 0.697 the point is 69,7% of financial distress is influenced by the ratio of liquidity, leverage ratio, profitability, and activity ratio. And for 30,3% is influenced by another variables not reviewed in this reseach.

Abstract

This study aims to test the theory or hypothesis in order to determine the effect of the influence of career development and motivation on employee performance in the disaster management agency of the western onion bone district. The research carried out is a type of explanatory research. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of career development (x1) on employee performance (y), with a level of influence (r-square) of 49%, which means career development has an effect of 49% on employee performance. there is an influence between work motivation (x2) on employee performance (y), with a level of influence of 35.2% which means that work motivation provides an influence of 35.2% on employee performance and there is an influence between career development (x1), work motivation (x2) with employee performance (y), with a level of influence of 50.7% which means that career development and work motivation gives an effect of 50.7% on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap penjualan pada Ramayana Mall Lampung khususnya pada pengaruh Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada Ramayana Mall Lampung. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui responden yang mengisi kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan pengunjung Ramayana Mall Tanjung Karang yang memiliki member card aktif berjumlah 22.905 anggota.Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan desain non-probability sampling, dengan metode Slovin berjumlah 100 sampel. Temuan: Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel Penjualan. Dengan demikian untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan harus lebih mengoptimalkan penggunaan media digital, meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara lebih baik. Keterbatasan: Sedangkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat menggunakan variabel-variabel yang lain untuk diteliti sehingga informasi yang disajikan lebih banyak dan lebih luas. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini diharapakan menjadi sumber referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan mempunyai manfaat baik unsur akademik maupun unsur stackholder terkait.

Abstract

Community service activities to provide knowledge about MSME tax preparation and reporting training. this activity was carried out on May 3 2023. The method of activity is with presentation of material, discussion, training and evaluation. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presented material on the Basic Principles of Imposing Final MSME Income Tax, tax incentives provided by the government to MSME actors, Calculation and Payment of MSME Final Income Tax, and Reporting of MSME Income Tax and Tax Sanctions. The result of this community service activity is that activity participants are capable of making and reporting MSME taxes

Abstract

Electronic Commerce or e-commerce is all buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (the internet). Even though telephones and television are included as electronic means, e-commerce now refers more to digital technology or the internet. Social media marketing or what is usually called social media marketing is a form of digital marketing that uses social media platforms and network websites with the aim of promoting an organization's products and services through paid or unpaid means. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of E-commerce and Social Media Promotion on Increasing CV Product Sales. Kbl Interior Bandar Lampung. This research is quantitative research. The research results show that E-commerce (X1) partially has no influence on Sales (Y) and Social Media Promotion (X2) partially has an influence on CV Sales (Y). Kbl Interior Bandar Lampung. Together E-commerce (X1) and Social Media Promotion (X2) have an influence of 48% on CV Sales (Y). Kbl Interior Bandar Lampung, while the remaining 52% was influenced by other factors not studied by researchers.

Abstract

Cafe Unsilent Bandar Lampung offers a cafe concept to visitors. Apart from providing food and drinks, Cafe Unsilent Bandar Lampung also offers a unique natural atmosphere so that visitors are really pampered by the atmosphere at Cafe Unsilent Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to find the influence of digital marketing and service quality on purchasing decision making at Cafe Unsilent Bandar Lampung . the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The research sample was determined using Non-Probability Sampling with a sample of 30 respondents, namely visitors to Cafe Unsilent Bandar Lampung. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it is clear that Digital Marketing and Service Quality have a partial influence on purchasing decision making at cafe unsilent bandar lampung. Together Digital Maarketing (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have an influence of 86,1 % on purchasing decision making. Cafe Unsilent Bandar Lampung. Meanwhile, the remaining was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
