Abstract

The relatively low share of the Sania Cooking Oil Brand shows the lack of public desire to use this cooking oil, so that efforts are needed to communicate the strengths and advantages of the brand. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing and public relations together on the brand image of Sania cooking oil at PT Sari Agrotama Persada. This study used qualitative and quantitative methods, and then the data in the study were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 104 customers. The analytical tool used is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded from the partial hypothesis test that advertising has a significant effect on brand image, sales promotion has a significant effect on brand image, personal selling has a significant effect on brand image, direct marketing has a significant effect on brand image and public relations has a significant effect on brand image. Simultaneous hypothesis testing that advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing and public relations together have a significant effect on the brand image of PT Sari Agrotama Persada.

Abstract

 Pengaruh manajemen laba pada tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan yang terjadi antara manajemen laba yang digunakan diukur dengan menggunakan variabel laba, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas dan tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan pada perusahaan PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk tahun 2011-2016. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan uji simultan hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel independent profit, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk. Dan hasil uji parsial menunjukkan laba berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan, hasil uji parsial menunjukkan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan, hasil uji parsial menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan, dan hasil uji parsial menunjukkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan. untuk tingkat pengungkapan laporan keuangan PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

Perpustakaan adalah suatu lembaga yang berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi khususnya informasi ilmiah, seperti jurnal, artikel ilmiah, buku, majalah dan referensi lain yang dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa, guru, mahasiswa, dosen, peneliti dan sebagainya. BBP Mektan menetapkan visinya untuk menjadi lembaga penelitian/perekayasaan terkemuka penghasil teknologi dan inovasi mekanisasi pertanian mendukung pertanian maju, mandiri, dan modern. Visi tersebut dapat tercapai salah satunya jika didukung oleh perpustakaan berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif dan analitik serta Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi strategi peningkatan layanan perpustakaan adalah kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam memberikan layanan. Sumber daya manusia yang terampil dapat mendukung terwujudnya kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, peran kepala BBP Mektan/ kepala organisasi mempunyai pengaruh tertinggi dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan pelayanan perpustakaan, karena kepala BBP Mektan mempunyai kewenangan dalam penetapan atas struktur yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan dalam kegiatan pelayanan perpustakaan dengan skala tertinggi. Tujuan yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah meningkatkan jumlah pemustaka dari kalangan perekayasa/peneliti internal Badan Litbang Pertanian khususnya perekayasa BBP Mektan. Adapun alternatif strategi prioritas utama adalah meningkatkan ketersediaan sumberdaya informasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan SDM.Kata Kunci : Perpustakaan, Strategy, Pelayanan, AHP

Abstract

Harga saham yang tinggi, membuat nilai perusahaan tinggi. Harga saham adalah harga yang terjadi pada saat saham tersebut diperdagangkan di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 45 perusahaan konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015-2019 yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dan diperoleh 9 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data regresi berganda dengan tool EVIEWS 9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan. Secara parsial, keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, tetapi keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan.Kata kunci : keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan dividen dan perusahaan

Abstract

AbstractThe influence interest rate and credit risk to income at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. The purpose of this research is to know  influence that happened between interest rate and credit risk to income that be measured with use  variable interest rate and credit risk to income to company PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Sample that used is report finance PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk 2009-2016 years. Technique data analysis research use analysis regression linear multiple. Based on the test simultaneous results of the research showed variable independent interest rate and credit risk on the together influential positive significant cantly to income at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. Results partial test showed interest rate influential negative significant to income at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, results partial test showed credit risk influential positive significant  to income at pada PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.Keywords: Interest Rate, Credit Risk, and Income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of promotion, price, and location on the decision to purchase subsidized housing at Villa Sutra at PT. Mitra Saburai Property. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. This research was conducted in the subsidized housing of Villa Sutra at PT. Mitra Saburai Property. The population in this study amounted to 35 consumers and the sample amounted to 35 consumers. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The analytical tools used in this study used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study concluded that the R Square obtained by 0.571 indicates that promotion, price, and location have the ability to explain purchasing decisions by 57,1%. The results of the F test concluded that simultaneously promotion, price, and location had a significant effect on the decision to purchase subsidized housing for Villa Silk at PT. Mitra Saburai Property. The results of the t test partially have a promotion that has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially location does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang. The main source for the success of the task in an effort to increase work productivity. The respondents of this research were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang, totaling 30 respondents. Data collection using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of the discussion obtained multiple linear regression equations. The coefficient of determination test is 0.417. The test results show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the f test results at a significant level of 0.000 simultaneously showing competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Community service activities to provide knowledge about assisting in the preparation of financial reports at UD. Palwa group. This activity was carried out on May 4 2023 to May 11 2023. The method of activity is by presenting material, discussions, training and mentoring. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presents material on preparing financial reports, the practice of making financial reports manually and digitally, solicits participant feedback regarding the quality of the training including material understanding, activity benefits and activity implementation satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research, is to see the implementation of risk management carried out by MSMEs in the Pagi Market and Sentral Market in North Lampung Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic that emerged since March 2020. This research explain how MSME owners identify risks, conduct risk analysis and evaluate risks, and also see how MSME owners as well as treat these risks during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a case study on 10 MSMEs located in the Pagi Market and Sentral Market in North Lampung Regency. Data obtained through interview and checklist methods, then data will be analyzed using ISO 31000:2018 risk management process guidelines (identifying risks, analyzing and evaluating risks, and as well as treating risks that arise).By obtaining the result of the analysis and research conducted, the results obtained are: 1) Almost of the respondents do not or have not identify risk. 2) The results of the analysis risk and evaluation carried out show that almost all of the identified risks are in the green zone (low risk). For MSMEs that are included in the red zone, it is MSMEs engaged in the retail business and culinary business 3) Many respondents choose to maintain risk.

Abstract

ABSTRACKProduct innovation and promotion is one indicator to measure the success and success of managing a business. Because product innovation and promotion are variables that are believed to be able to improve marketing performance, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this study was to directly examine the product innovation and promotion variables on marketing performance to employees or owners of MSMEs. The number of samples included in this study was 34 and Smart PLS 3 was used as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that product innovation and promotion have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.Keywords: Product Innovation and Promotion on Marketing Performance
