Abstract

Teacher certification conducted by LPTK in Indonesia is one of the main problems inthe world of teachers where teachers who have passed the test of a skilled teacher and havefollowed teacher certification training receive a teacher’s compensation allowance of 1 timesthe basic salary each month. Not all teachers can pass the teacher’s ability test because itcalculates the quality of the teacher. Not all teachers who pass the teacher test can be trained inteacher certification well and successfully pass the training. And apparently not all teacherswho have passed teacher certification can get teacher certification benefits. This is becauseevery teacher associated with educators is required to make 24 hours of lessons every week. Ofcourse this will have an impact on the struggle for jam teaching by teachers to fulfill the obligationto be able to undergo the certification allowance. Every teacher teacher continues to increase,while the number of classes each year remains. This has become a problem in itself which is aderivative of the teacher certification program. Each teacher will compete with other teachersto get teaching hours. Whether we realize it or not, the effort to compete with each other isnormal to make teachers as agents of development for education given to the next generation.Keywords: Teacher, Certification, Education

Abstract

Through the learning process, it is expected to insert character education because it isvery important to be developed in schools, with the ability to form the character of students canbe well directed because students are an important aspect that determines the progress of thenation. In character education in schools, all the components (stakeholders) should be involved.Ideally, education should not only encourage students to develop talents that are tailored to thescience within the school, will education also mandatory to improve the quality of human beingswho are believers and cautious to God Almighty, personable, intelligent, creative, and disciplined.Character education is a planned effort to make learners recognize, care and internalize thevalues so that learners berkaraker, where the goal of character education is to improve thequality and implementation of education in schools through the formation of the character oflearners intact, integrated, and balanced, appropriate Standard.

Abstract

Guru memegang peranan strategis terutama dalam upaya membentuk watak bangsa melalui pengembangan kepribadian dan nilai-nilai yang diinginkan (Gaffar, 1999). Dipandang dari dimensi pembelajaran, peranan guru dalam masyarakat Indonesia tetap dominan, sekalipun teknologi yang dimanfaatkan dalam proses pembelajaran berkembang sangat cepat. Hal ini disebabkan karena dimensi-dimensi dalam proses pendidikan, atau lebih khusus lagi proses pembelajaran, yang diperankan oleh guru tidak dapat digantikan oleh teknologi. wujud perilaku guru adalah kegiatan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu bagaimana seorang guru merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan menilai hasil belajar. Dalam mewujudkan kinerja guru yang sesuai dengan harapan, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Di Bali, kepemimpinan juga disebut sebagai suatu seni dan teknik dalam rangka meyakinkan dan menggerakkan orang lain guna mencapai tujuan tertentu ataupun tujuan bersama. Sebagaimana tujuan hidup menurut konsep Hindu adalah yaitu Moksartham Jagad Hita, maka kepemimpinan Hindu bertujuan untuk mengantarkan kelompok, masyarakat atau Negara yang dipimpinnya mencapai keadaan bahagia lahir dan bathin. Seorang pemimpin Hindu di Indonesia kita kenal dengan istilah Ratu atau Datu, Sang Wibhu, Murdaning Jagad yang pada dasarnya memiliki arti yang sama dengan seorang pemimpin, namun ada beberapa perbedaan secara termonologis

Abstract

One sign that someone has learned is a change in behavior in that person that may becaused by a change in the level of knowledge, skills, and attitude. This conscious activity is alsocarried out in every educational practice in Indonesia. As stated in the 1945 Constitution,education is one of the pillars of the creation of national intelligence. Therefore, learning as aconscious form of business can be done anytime and anywhere. It takes a form of real realizationto be able to support and improve the quality of student learning. The form of business that isintended can be in the form of optimizing various learning resources related to the subjectmatter to be delivered to elementary school students in particular. Learning resources areeverything that is around the learning environment that can be functionally used to help optimizelearning outcomes. If learning resources are classified according to the type of learning resources,they are divided into messages, people, materials, equipment, engineering, and the environment.Thus learning resources will be able to increase the productivity of learning by road, provide thepossibility of learning that is more individualized, provide a more scientific basis for learning,strengthen learning, enable learning in real time, and enable the presentation of broader learning,by providing capable information penetrate geographical boundaries.Keywords: Learning, Learning Resources, Exploration

Abstract

Character is a person's character, character, morals, or personality which is formed from the internalization of various virtues that are believed and used as a basis for perspective, think, behave, and act. Virtue consists of a number of values, morals, and norms, such as honesty, courage to act, trustworthiness, and respect for others. The interaction between one person and another fosters the character of the community and the character of the nation. Therefore, the development of the nation's character can only be done through the development of a person's individual character can only be done in the socio-cultural environment concerned. In other words, educating the culture and character of the nation is to develop Pancasila values in students through heart, brain and physical education. Education is a conscious and systematic effort in developing the potential of students. Education is also a society and a nation in preparing its young generation for the sustainability of the life of a better society and nation in the future.

Abstract

Lontar ini menguraikan bagaimana hendaknya seorang pemimpin dalam menunjukkan sikap serta tingkah laku sehingga dapat mensejahtrakan rakyat yang dipimpinnya. Kesejahtraan sebuah pemerintahan selain ditentukan oleh cara memimpin Rajanya, juga sangat ditentukan peran serta dari rakyatnya dalam pembangunan. Etika Tutur Sila Sasana terlihat dari penggambaran pokok-pokok ilmu sosial kepemimpinan yang mesti dipahami seorang pemimpin. Tutur Silasesana merupakan sebuah lontar yang kaya akan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan. Nilai Kepemimpinan tersebut sangat relevan diterapkan oleh pemimpin dijaman sekarang. Tutur Silasesana mengajarkan bagaimana pemimpin dan rakyatnya harus bekerjasama menegakkan dharma dalam membangun sebuah pemerintahan

Abstract

Teachers are human figures who occupy positions and play an important role ineducation. Teachers in the context of Hinduism have a very noble position. Even the holy book ofHinduism describes a lot about how a student must respect his teacher. The form of discipline ofa student at school can be seen from how much he appreciates his teacher. Schools should beused as a place for students to hone their discipline. Once the importance of a student to respectthe teacher according to Hinduism, requires the school to make a rule that supports it. Synergybetween parents and teachers in building student discipline is very necessary. Teachers in schoolsplay a role in controlling their discipline in school while parents at home play a role in monitoringstudents' discipline at home.
