Abstract

Penelitian ini bertema tentang tempat penyiaran dewan Hindu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif desain untuk garis besar posisi terkait Badan Penyiaran Hindu (BPH). Penelitian ini dilakukan di BPH Pusat, BPH Banten dan BPH DKI Jakarta. Proses mengumpulkan data dalam studi ini melalui: pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuannya adalah Kedudukan Badan Penyiaran Hindu dalam keorganisasian umat Hindu saat ini berada dibawah naungan Parisada, jika BPH Pusat berada dibawah Parisada Pusat dan BPH Provinsi berada dibawah Parisada Provinsi. Secara hierarkis BPH berada dibawah Parisada setempat, secara koordinasi BPH Pusat mempunyai hubungan dengan seluruh BPH Daerah. Untuk mencapai tingkat kemantapan sebuah organisasi, perlu dilakukan tahapan-tahapan yang lebih matang. Terutama kesiapan organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan-tantangan internal maupun eksternal. Pada dasarnya bahwa kemantapan kondisi terbentuk berkat pertukaran yang berlangsung terus menerus, antara pengaliran energi yang masuk kedalam sistem dan pengaliran keluar produk dari sistem ke lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstrak The research aims to explain the tasks and functions of the in-depth informative extension that provides the construction of Hindu people in South Sumatra, knowing how to provide information on the Infomative counseling program in solving problems that often And the success of the informative counseling program in South Sumatra. This type of research uses a descriptive method of qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview, observation, and collection of skunder data, while the technical data analysis is done by reducing the data display (data presentation), verfication and withdrawal of conclusions. In this study, the authors interviewed 10 informant, 6 non-civil servants, and 4 Hindus in South Sumatra. The results showed that from the informative counselling program, the spiritual Guidance program, the economic program of the general, the National educational Mental program can ward off negative issues that often occur in South Sumatra. There are factors Supporting the implementation of informative outreach program is the support of non-civil servants as well as all the concentrations of Hindus in South Sumatra so that the success of informative extension program runs optimally and is quite good. Abstract

Explain about dharma isn’t easy. Discourse and personality of the new extension will touch the hearts of audiences when Religius Educator can communicate well and were able to give the example of the application of life in society . Therefore religius educator must have a communication competence that is rhetoric that touched the hearts of the audience so that they can work on improving the quality of understanding of religious teachings Hindus. The results showed that Dharma Wacana is informative and persuasive rhetoric into studies that must be mastered by religius educator. Therefore, the religius educator must pay attention to the discovery phase, the preparation of the message and remember the messages to be delivered. In addition, factors ethos, pathos and logos also affect the rhetoric of religius educator. Generally the religion educator utilizing the rhetoric in the delivery of Dharma Wacana, but in this case the extension is more focused on style and delivery Dharma Wacana in efforts to improve the quality of understanding of religious teachings Hindus.
