Abstract

Human resources have an increasingly important role in achieving the objectives of a governmental, private, corporate organization, including sharia banking. This study aims to find out how the development of human resource competencies in Islamic banking in Indonesia is seen from the theoretical and practical order, and how the solution is solved. With the paradigm approach of Systematic Literature Review in journals that have been publicized from 2016 to 2020, the results show that the low level of competence of human resources in Islamic banking in Indonesia both at the theoretical and practical level. sharia. in Indonesia. The solutions provided are: 1) Recruitment, selection and placement of human resources properly adjusted to their skills 2) Pay close attention when recruiting DPS (Sharia Supervisory Board) must really be competent both in terms of sharia and finance. 3) Increasing the role of tertiary institutions especially Islamic tertiary institutions to provide competent human resources by taking into account the existing integrity of sharia banking and being advised by the government as policy maker. 4) Increase the competence of human resources by increasing theoretical and practical aspects. 5) The ability of human resources in modifying Islamic sharia products and understanding of sharia contracts.

Abstract

Penduduk Indonesia sebagian besar beragama Islam, tetapi market share perbankan syariah Indonesia sangat kecil 6,51%, kondisi tersebut semakin diperkuat dengan lemahnya praktek relationship marketing di bank syariah Indonesia. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur empiris 10 tahun terakhir (2010-2020) terkait praktek relationship marketing pada perbankan syariah Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review/SLR yang dilakukan melalui penelusuran literatur pada Google Cendekia, Portal Garuda dan Google. Populasi 74.177 judul dan sampel 11 judul. SLR dilakukan melalui 3 tahap : perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan tinjauan literatur. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, perbankan syariah Indonesia telah mengimplementasikan relationship marketing, praktek relationship marketing menciptakan loyalitas, praktek relationship marketing perbankan syariah masih rendah, dan solusi bagi bank syariah adalah meningkatkan penerapan indikator relationship marketing, edukasi, sosialisasi dan kemampuan petugas. Implikasi studi ini memberikan benefit pengembangan teori relationship marketing pada perbankan syariah dan menemukan referensi strategibaru yang perlu dikembangkan perbankan syariah Indonesia.

Abstract

Strategi eksistensi KSPPS sangat penting dan berperan terhadap keberlanjutan koperasi terlebih menghadapi pandemi covid-19. Perekonomian koperasi merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah, pelaku koperasi dan anggota koperasi yang berpartisipasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana strategi eksistensi KSPPS ditinjau dari teori praktek serta implementasi dari pelaksanaan strategi tersebut. Metode systematic literature review ini didapat melalui jurnal yang dipublikasi dimulai pada tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2021 atau dengan rentang waktu selama 10 tahun. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh KSPPS didasarkan pada faktor internal maupun eksternal. Koperasi harus melakukan analisa baik analisa SWOT dan yang lainnya untuk mengetahui posisi koperasi sehingga dapat membentuk strategi eksistensi KSPPS. Strategi eksistensi KSPPS dapat berhasil apabila mendapatkan dukungan dan peranan dari seluruh elemen koperasi. Koperasi dapat membuat strategi jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Koperasi harus menjunjung tinggi administrasi dan kejujuran dalam bertransaksi karena hal  ini berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan anggota. Anggota akan loyal kepada koperasi apabila koperasi juga menjalankan hak anggota yaitu pembagian hasil usaha (SHU).

Abstract

MSMEs are an essential pillar in the Indonesian economy with a significant contribution to the value of GDP and employment. The occurrence of the Covid 19 pandemic had a major impact on MSMEs in the form of a decrease in the value of trade and labor absorption. In order for MSMEs to survive, the Government provides program support, including social assistance for MSME actors. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of government policies in distributing social assistance for MSME actors in Indonesia and their solutions. With the SLR approach in journals published in 2020 and 2021, the results show that government policies on the distribution of social assistance are very influential because they can help with limited capital and save MSMEs from the threat of going out of business. However, it has not been effective due to the limited resources, both financially and with staff support. Hence, the inefficient bureaucratic system also contributes to the inaccurate targeting of aid recipients, resulting in the unequal distribution of aid and the large number of small entrepreneurs who have not been registered with the Cooperatives and SMEs Office. The solutions provided are adding staff and improving the bureaucratic structure, implementing a new formula to be used as a reference in inputting data on social assistance recipients, and collaboration between the central and regional governments to ensure the social assistance distribution runs effectively.
