Abstract

So far, the payroll system of PT. Sinar Mentari Era Jaya runs manually, so that even miscalculations cannot be avoided. This results in inconvenience for employees at work, which in turn can reduce the work productivity of the employees themselves. Given these problems, it is necessary to build a computerized payroll system using a programming application that can simplify the work of the HRD department, making it more effective and efficient. PT's payroll information system. Sinar Mentari Era Jaya is made with MySQL DBMS and the PHP programming language is used to manage employee data, work attendance, holidays, as well as to perform salary calculations based on the data that has been inputted, and can be used to print reports. Finally, with this payroll information system, the salary calculation process can be done automatically without the need to calculate manually and the salary data obtained is appropriate, provided that all data entered is valid.

Abstract

Until now the stock data of traditional medicines is still not computerized and requires an information system that supports and assists the data processing in this store. The distribution of traditional medicines still uses a manual work system, making it possible during the process there were errors in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding the required data. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in traditional medicine distributors, as well as with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting activities at traditional medicine distributors so that the procurement system can be more conducive than the conventional medicine system.

Abstract

PT. ADMF adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pembiayaan untuk pembelian kendaraan bermotor, alat berat, rumah, perjalanan umroh, dan lain-lain secara kredit. PT. ADMF berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada para nasabahnya, di antaranya dengan menyediakan fasilitas online payment untuk kemudahan pembayaran angsuran. Keterlibatan tiga entitas (PT. ADMF, Switcher, Collectiong Agents) menimbulkan permasalahan, diantaranya adalah terkait dengan koordinasi waktu, biaya yang besar, lama pengembangan sistem dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan audit terhadap tata kelola teknologi informasi pada sistem online payment dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja (framework) COBIT 4.1 yang berfokus pada domain Deliver and Support (DS) dan Monitor and Evaluate (ME), sebagai masukan untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan sistem yang berjalan pada perusahaan tersebut. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. ADMF harus menutupi kekurangan biaya admin kepada Swicther, padahal sebagaian penerimaan biaya admin seharusnya bisa diakui sebagai pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan tingkat maturity yang berada pada level 3, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam tata kelola sistem online payment pada PT. ADMF

Abstract

Abstrak: Website Quick Online Booking (QOB) adalah fasilitas layanan online berbasis web yang disediakan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia bagi pelanggan yang akan memesan pengiriman paket sebelum mendatangi kantor pos. Pelanggan dapat melakukan input data pengirimannya sendiri pada sistem tersebut, sehingga tidak perlu mengantri terlalu lama di kantor pos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh kualitas website Quick Online Booking milik PT. Pos Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 berdasarkan dimensi kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 16 dan pengukuran dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel independen (X) yang diteliti yaitu kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 71.1% terhadap variabel dependen (Y) yaitu kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan 28,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Pengukuran skala likert juga menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi dan kepuasan pengguna mendapatkan interpretasi puas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa website Quick Online Booking (QOB) ini sudah baik. Kata Kunci: kepuasan pengguna, kualitas website quick online booking, metode webqual 4.0. Abstract: Website Quick Online Booking (QOB) is a web-based online service facility provided by PT. Pos Indonesia for customers who will order package delivery before visiting the post office. Customers can input their own shipping data into the system, so they don't have to queue too long at the post office. This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of the Quick Online Booking website owned by PT. Pos Indonesia using the Webqual 4.0 method based on the dimensions of usability quality, information quality, interaction quality, and user satisfaction. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 16 software and measurement using a Likert scale. The results showed that the independent variable (X) under study, namely usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality had an effect of 71.1% on the dependent variable (Y), namely user satisfaction, while the other 28.9% were influenced by other factors outside the variable. researched. Likert scale measurement also shows that the variables of usability quality, information quality, interaction quality and user satisfaction get a satisfied interpretation, so it can be concluded that the Quick Online Booking (QOB) website is good. Abstract

Abstrak: Beasiswa prestasi yang diberikan oleh SMP John Paul’s School untuk keberlangsungan pendidikan para siswa diharapkan menjadi salah satu bentuk dari dukungan tersebut. Namun ketepatan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi menjadi pekerjaan rumah tersendiri bagi lembaga, sebab tidak ada sistem penilaian yang baku meskipun sudah ditetapkan kriterianya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi pada SMP John Paul’s School dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Konsep dasar SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja di setiap alternatif pada semua kriteria penentu. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi adalah hasil tes bahasa inggris, hasil tes matematika dan hasil wawancara, sesuai dengan bobot nilai masing-masing. Penelitian menghasilkan dua siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa prestasi dengan persentase hasil di atas 80%. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) terbukti efektif untuk digunakan sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi pada SMP John Paul’s School. Kata kunci: SPK, penerima beasiswa prestasi, SAW Abstract: Achievement scholarships provided by SMP John Paul’s School for the continuation of the education of students are expected to be one form of this support. However, the accuracy in determining the awardees of achievement scholarships is a homework for the institution, because there is no standard evaluation system even though criteria have been established. The research aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) in determining the awardees of achievement scholarships at SMP John Paul’s School by using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of this method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all determining criteria. The criteria used to determine the awardees of an achievement scholarship are the results of an English language test, the results of a mathematics test and the results of an interview, according to the weighting of each grade. The study produced two students who were entitled to receive an achievement scholarship with a percentage of results above 80%. It shows that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method proved effective to be used as a Decision Support System (DSS) in determining the awardees of achievement scholarships at SMP John Paul’s School. Abstract

Pengukuran Kinerja Pada Suatu Perusahaan merupakan aspek yang berpengaruh dalam mengembangkan suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan.Penilaian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasiProses perencanaan dimasa depan.Evaluasi juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui prestasi dan rencana yang hendak dicapai dari setiap karyawan. Kegiatan penilaian atas prestasi kerja yang dilakukan para karyawan harusnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yang baik dan tepat, Sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam penentuan penilaian. Hasil penilaian yang dilakukan juga harus dapat menjamin perlakuan yang adil serta memuaskan bagi para karyawan yang telah  dinilai, sehingga pada akhirnya menumbuhkan loyalitas dan semangat kerja bagi karyawan. Ada beberapa alat bantu yang sudah sangat umum digunakan untuk dalam melakukan proses penilaian prestasi dari  kerja karyawan. Dalam penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan adalah alat bantu yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses  penilaian pada prestasi kerja karyawan dengan cara memperbaiki metode penilaian yang ada. Metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting dipilih untuk melakukan penilaian dan perangkingan prestasi kerja dari karyawan. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat diimplementasikan nuntuk penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT. HIJRAH INSAN KARIMA

Abstract

National Population and Family Planning Agency is one of the government agencies that implements an information system for its operations. Therefore, the National Population and Family Planning Agency requires a management system that is in accordance with the existing infrastructure. Therefore, this study aims to measure the quality of information system management that focuses on procurement, management, and maintenance. Referring to the problems that occurred, the appropriate problem formulation for this research is to carry out an information system audit with the COBIT 4.1 framework and use the Delivery and Support (DS) domain, which in this study are: DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS5, DS10 and DS13. After the audit process is complete, it will get the current maturity value (current maturity level), expected maturity level (expected maturity level) and value (GAP). DS13 became the domain with the highest acquisition value of maturity level with a value of 3.95, while DS3 became the lowest domain with the acquisition of a maturity level value of 3.37. The final result of the audit process that has been carried out is that the current maturity level is 3.61 which is included on a scale of 4 or Managed and Measurable with an expected maturity level of 3.5. So in this study there is no GAP between Current Maturity Level and Expected Maturity.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of technology and information continues to grow more rapidly. With the existence of technology and information can help and facilitate humans in completing a job. However, currently there are those who use a manual system. One of them at PT. Provices Indonesia still uses a simple method in the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail, starting from recording incoming and outgoing letters in a book and inputting them using Microsoft Excel and the process of making reports is still simple. So that in the ongoing process it is possible for errors to occur in recording, data recap and delays insearching for the required data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ongoing mail management system at PT Provices Indonesia and design an information system to maximize the management process. So it is hoped that the new system can reduce the occurrence of errors in managing letters and data processing becomes faster so that making reports does not take a long time and the reports generated are in accordance with existing data. In addition, the existence of a system can further support employee activities in managing letter data so that it becomes better.

Abstract

One of the things that plays a role in reducing infant mortality is the government. Based on infant mortality data in Jakarta in 2018 that has been previously tested with the decision tree algorithm, the update in this study is to use the genetic algorithm. The purpose of the update is to increase the accuracy of the results to be maximized. From the test results with the DT algorithm optimized by GA, the maximum accuracy value is 100%, and each attribute has a weight value of 1 where the value is the maximum value. After obtaining maximum results, the data will be used to reduce infant mortality, especially in Jakarta

Abstract

Pengetahuan mengenai suatu daerah menjadi kebutuhan bagi pelajar yang sangat sibuk dengan mata pelajaran yang berhubungan dengan kedaerahan, begitu juga bagi anak-anak siswa dan siswi yang membutuhkan wisata edukasi kebudayaan Kalimantan Barat. Untuk memudahkan siswa dan siswi dapat memahami dengan mudah kebudayaan kalimantan dengan di buatkan suatu sistem informasi mengenai kebudayaan kalimantan barat. Kementrian pariwisata, khususnya kalimantan barat memerlukan keterampilan berpikir, pengetahuan, dan manajemen waktu untuk mencapai tujuan mereka agar mendapatkan wisata edukasi yang memberikan informasi tentang segala hal mulai dari potensi budaya daerah hingga produk lokal berkualitas tinggi yang tersedia bagi para pelajar. penyuluh pariwisata dapat berpedoman pada tujuh mantra sakti pariwisata yaitu keamanan, kebersihan, ketertiban, kenyamanan, keindahan, keramahan, ingatan. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Kepariwisataan Tahun 2009, yang mengatur tentang tenaga kepariwisataan atau biro perjalanan yang berperan sebagai penghubung antara pengguna jasa perjalanan dengan pemerintah, yang berperan aktif dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan.Kata kunci: Android, Pariwisata, Layanan Informasi, Periklanan, Teknologi
