Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi perilaku pedagang beras ditinjau dari Sosiologi Ekonomi Islam dan Etika Bisnis Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi pada usaha beras di Desa Karanghegar Kecamatan Pabuaran Kabupaten Subang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku pedagang padi ditinjau dari sosiologi Ekonomi Islam Unsur kecurangan untuk meraup keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya, terkait dengan sikap kejujuran sangat sulit diterapkan dengan alasan mereka rugi. Perilaku pedagang padi ditinjau dari Etika Bisnis Islam yakni Perilaku pedagang padi dalam transaksi tidak sesui dengan etika bisnis ada unsur kecurangan, penghianatan, ingkar janji, Pedagang padi tidak paham tentang etika bisnis islam, etika bisnis islam sangat asing di telinga mereka, dikarenakan pedagang padi tersebut berpendidikan rendah, dan dalam sistem pembayaran dilakukan secara kekeluargaan dan kepercayaan tidak tuntutan hukum perdata ke pengadilan. Kemudian ada perilaku pedagang padi yang sesuai dengan etika bisnis diantaranya diakhir pembayaran mereka saling mendoakan antar pedagang dan petani , petani mengucapkan semoga mendapat untung yang banyak dan juga pedagang mengucapkan semoga uangnya bermanfaat dan dapat kebeli tanah sawah lagi. Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan agenda khusus untuk menata ulang pemerintahan yang di dasarkkan pada asumsi yang tidak benar, karena sebagian besar pelayanan publik saat ini di sediakan dalam kondisi di bawah standar oleh pejabat yang korup dan pejabat yang berada di puncak hierarki politik. Penelitian ini menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pelayanan publik yang di berikan oleh kantor Desa curug Agung dari perspektif islam, Adapun metodologi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Menurut hasil peneliti, ada beberapa indikator kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Curug Agung dalam persepektif islam, termasuk indikator kehandalan dalam pelayanan keagamaan. Masyarakat merasa cukup puas dengan informasi yang di berikan dalam konteks harapan yang realistis terhadap perlunya penanganan setiap keluhan masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan publik yang di berikan oleh kantor Desa curug Agung sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip islam adalah pelayanan publik yang ramah dan cepat klepada masyarakat. Kemauan masyarakat merupakan kunci dalam meningkatkan kmualitas pelayanan publik di kantor Desa Curug Agung dalam persepektif islam.

Abstract

Bank umum syariah maupun bank konvensional memiliki peranan sebagai perantara keuangan antara pihak-pihak yang memiliki dana dengan pihak-pihak yang memerlukan dana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar risiko yang harus dihadapi bank umum syariah dan bank konvensional sehingga masyarakat dapat memilih tempat untuk berinvestasi secara tepat dan berusaha mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar dengan risiko yang lebih kecil. Untuk mengetahui besarnya risiko yang harus dihadapi antara bank umum syariah dengan bank konvensional dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan NPF/NPL dan FDR/LDR berdasar laporan keuangan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh bank Indonesia. Penelitian kali ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 6 bank, terdiri dari 3 bank umum syariah dan 3 bank konvensional dengan mengambil laporan keuangan per semester dari tahun 2019-2012. Hasil analisis uji Independent Sample t-Test menunjukkan bahwa pada proxy NPF/NPL tidak terdapat perbedaan antara bank umum syariah dengan bank konvensional. Sedangakan pada proxy FDR/LDR menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara bank umum syariah dengan bank konvensional, yaitu FDR bank umum syariah lebih besar daripada LDR bank konvensional.

Abstract

Tofu is a food that is widely consumed by Indonesian people. The tofu making business is one of the businesses that is quite promising for increasing family income. Good production management will greatly influence the success of the tofu making business. Good production management must pay attention to several factors, namely planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. The business of making tofu must be carried out by applying the principles of Islamic Economics, namely: Principles of Benefit, Responsible Trust, Honesty and Justice. This research aims to determine the management of tofu production in increasing family economic income. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The research results show that good management of tofu production can increase family income. Good tofu production management must pay attention to several factors, namely planning, organizing, action and control.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Applying the grade method to marketing strategies that can prevent occurrences that can give rise to the practice of gharar, which in Islamic religious teachings prohibits buying and selling that is uncertain, unclear and contains gambling. The aim of this research is to find out Effectiveness of Marketing Strategy in Applying the Grade Method to Increasing the Welfare of Pineapple Farmers. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research show the impact of applying the grade method in pineapple marketing strategies on farmer welfare. With this method pineapple fruit can be classified based on its quality, so farmers can get better prices for high grade products. In addition, by improving product quality, marketing can reach a wider market, which can ultimately increase farmers' income and their overall welfare. Even though this year there has been a decline in income, this is also due to external factors. The impact of pineapple farming on local communities and the economy is very significant, creating job opportunities, increasing people's income, and encouraging local economic growth.

Abstract

The problems in this study are (1) How is the implementation of sales strategies to increase selling power at the Sumedang tofu factory in Malandang block, Subang Subdistrict with Islamic marketing? The method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques that will be used are observation, interview, and documentation. From the results of the study, the authors observed the sales strategy with a review of Islamic marketing at the Sumedang tofu factory. The result is that the marketing strategy needs to improve in terms of promotion because it is still traditional, and the review of Islamic business ethics is appropriate. The results of this research are sourced from a literature review with data collection through books, journals, and articles. The data collected is analyzed qualitatively. In the economic system, marketing is an important thing to do to achieve product sales targets so that businesses can succeed. To achieve business targets, there are some market players who do not pay attention to marketing ethics. In Islam, Rasulullah has taught business ethics, among others, about marketing through the nature of Rasulullah which is abbreviated as SAFT (shiddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabligh). In addition, marketers must pay attention to theistic ethics (rabbaniyyah), Ethical (akhlaqiyyah), Realistic (al-waqiyyah), and humanistic (insaniyyah). By paying attention to the concept of marketing in Islam, it is hoped that there will be no market.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the important pillars in the Indonesian economy. MSMEs contribute greatly to the community's economy and employment. However, MSMEs in Indonesia still face various challenges, one of which is the management of business capital that is not optimal. This causes the low quality of human resources (SDI) in MSMEs. This study was conducted to analyze how the relationship between the business capital management system and the quality of human resources (SDI). The type of research used is qualitative, with interview research methods on participants, namely MSME and SDI actors in it. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the business capital management system and the level of quality of human resources, where with a good capital management system will improve the quality of human resources in the business and vice versa if the level of quality of human resources in the business is better it will increase business development, therefore the role of the government is very influential on this condition where the government can provide training and guidance related to human resources so that their knowledge and skills increase related to the capital management system and human resource performance (SDI).

Abstract

The background to this research is the importance of entrepreneurship education given to the younger generation through formal education, so that they can build independence and improve their welfare. Many people believe that to build entrepreneurship, a person must have talent and skills, so that not all individuals can be involved in entrepreneurial activities. The aim of this research is to determine the role of vocational school students' entrepreneurial practices in sharia economic studies in forming entrepreneurial interests and competencies. The method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this research indicate that a) Entrepreneurship education can have a positive impact in forming entrepreneurial interest, b) Entrepreneurship education programs provide opportunities for individuals to develop management, leadership, innovation, problem solving, communication and financial skills needed in the business world, c ) Through learning and interaction with business practitioners, individuals can develop attitudes such as self-confidence, independence, resilience, and orientation towards achieving relevant goals in an entrepreneurial context, as well as d) Through entrepreneurship education programs, individuals can gain better access to resources and business networks, including mentors, potential business partners, and financial institutions.
