Abstract

Hasil observasi ditempat penelitian menunjukan manfaat dari pasar tradisional Cibeunying belum terlihat secara maksimal. Dikatakan demikian karena masih adanya kios yang belum terisi oleh para pedagang, selain itu juga masih banyak warga yang lebih memilih belanja di pasar induk Majenang. Pasalanya harga barang yang diperjualbelikan lebih murah dan barangnya lebih lengkap daripada di pasar tradisional Cibeunying. Walaupun demikian, masih tetap ada sebagian warga yang tetap berkunjung dan berbelanja ke pasar tradisional Cibeunying. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan barang dan harga terhadap minat belanja masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui cara untuk meningkatkan minat belanja masyarakat di pasar tradisional Cibeunying. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik samplingnya menggunakan non probability sampling, yaitu accidental sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan mengunakan regresi linear berganda. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui strategi/cara meningkatkan minat belanja masyarakat digunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Secara simultan variable kelengkapan barang dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sebesar 39,3 % terhadap minat belanja. Untuk meningkatkan minat belanja dapat dilakukan upaya lebih maksimal lagi dalam menginformasikan barang yang dijual beserta harganya yang terus update setiap hari melalui media sosial seperti membuat fanspage di facebook atau Whatsap group.

Abstract

The use of hazardous ingredients in food is still often done. One of the foods most often found in the presence of dangerous chemical formalin as a preservative is meatballs. Meatballs themselves become one of the favorite food of Cibeunying villagers.. Cibeunying Village is a bustling village because it has many educational institutions that cause people from outside the area to visit and settle in the area. The use of dangerous preservatives shows the low value and morale of food producers. This study aims to describe and interpret the ethics of meatball producers' production in the village of Cibeunying. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection method uses tests and questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that of the ten meatballs samples tested, four meatballs indicated formalin, but none contained borax and pork. Besides that, some meatballs producers are not honest, and they say they do not use formaldehyde in the positive test kit results in a formaldehyde test. Nevertheless, overall, more producers still pay attention to Islamic business ethics, so it can be said that the implementation of Islamic values and morals in producing meatballs sold in Cibeunying village, Majenang sub-district, in general, is good. Keywords: Islamic Moral Values, Producers, and Meatballs. AbstrakPenggunaan bahan berbahaya pada makanan masih sering dilakukan. Salah satu makanan yang paling sering dijumpai adanya zat kimia berbahaya formalin sebagai pengawet adalah bakso. Bakso sendiri menjadi salah satu makanan favorit penduduk desa Cibeunying. Desa Cibeunying merupakan desa yang ramai karena memiliki banyak lembaga pendidikan yang menyebabkan orang-orang dari luar daerah berkunjung dan menetap di daerah tersebut. Penggunaan bahan pengawet berbahaya menunjukan rendahnya nilai dan moral produsen makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menginterpretasikan etika produksi para produsen bakso di desa Cibeunying. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes dan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 10 sampel bakso yang diuji terdapat 4 bakso yang terindikasi formalin, tetapi tidak ada yang mengandung boraks dan daging babi. Disamping itu terdapat produsen bakso yang kurang jujur, mereka mengatakn tidak menggunakan formalin pada hasil tes kit yang positif pada uji formalin. Walaupun demikian, tetapi secara keseluruhan lebih banyak produsen yang masih memperhatikan etika bisnis Islam, sehingga dapat dikatakan Implementasi nilai dan moral Islam dalam memproduksi bakso yang dijual di desa Cibeunying kecamatan Majenang secara umum adalah baik. Kata Kunci: Nilai Moral Islam, Produsen, dan Bakso.

Abstract

SMK students are expected to start a business. However, in reality students of SMK are not fully interested in entrepreneurship, this is due to students' lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship, fear of facing the risk of failure, lack of promotion ability, and limited time that students have. This study aims to find out: 1) The use of Instagram social media for Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang. 2) Entrepreneurship interest Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang. 3) The effect of using Instagram social media on the entrepreneurship interest at Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang. This research has used a quantitative approach and the type of research was causality. The population of this study was 50 students with a sample of 25 students. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis. The results obtained: 1) The use of Instagram social media for Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang, which is in the low category is 20%, the medium category is 76% and the high category is 4%. 2) The interest in entrepreneurship for Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang, which is in the low category is 16%, the medium category is 84% and the high category is 0%. 3) There is an effect of the use of Instagram social media on the entrepreneurship interest at Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang by 61.4%.

Abstract

There is one habit which often carried out by Cimucung Village’s pupil in providing aid, namelygiving a money loan called “titip” system. “Titip” is debt system that helps pupil to buy rawmaterials for building houses. Consequently, the debt is paid by similar raw materials to the lender.This system does not always work well because there are several main obstacles, including noofficial debt agreement. This research aims to (1) investigate agreements that are used in “titip”system; (2) analyze the legal basis of dealing with material and it will be paid by using money; (3)analyze the law of materials payable. This research used qualitative method. Techniques ofcollecting data used observation, interview, and documentation. Menawhile, the data analysed byusing descriptive method. Research outcomes showed that the agreement that used in “titip” systemwas al-qardh. While the lender provided material as loan and the borrowers paid by using moneythen the law is permitted. In addition, if the borrower paid more debt and it was not an agreementthen the law is permitted. Furthermore, while the lender provided money as the debt but they askedthe borrower paid with raw materials then the law is permitted. The law is also allowed byobserving agreements that have been agreed before. On the other hand, when the borrower paid thedebt, there will be no dispute over returns with money or raw material.
