Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pelatihan teknis, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di SekretariatUtama Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survey danpengujian kepada 52 pegawai tetap di Sekretariat Utama. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataan, uji yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan teknis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruhsecara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan variabel pelatihan teknis dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadao kinerjapegawai. Kata kunci : pelatihan teknis, disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Kualitas produk adalah kombinasi dari properti dan karakteristik yang menentukan sejauh mana output dapat memenuhi prasyarat kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis factor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk dan harga kompetitif. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Mengkaji buku-buku sastra yang sesuai dengan teori yang sedang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Strategis. Ini termasuk melihat artikel ilmiah yang dihormati dan artikel ilmiah yang kurang dihormati dari jurnal. Mendeley dan Google Scholar berfungsi sebagai sumber untuk semua artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan pembahasan pada artikel ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Employee performance is one of the determining factors in a company's performance. Compensation, job satisfaction, and employee engagement are all factors that can influence employee performance. A coffee shop is a popular type of business in recent years. The rise in coffee shops and domestic coffee consumption over the last three years demonstrates this. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation on employee engagement and how it affects employees who work in high-end coffee shops. This study employs quantitative methods for causality research. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with 89 respondents from Tanaka coffee shops in Bandung Regency. The Structural Equation Model was used for statistical analysis in this study (SEM). According to the study's findings, compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee engagement because a higher salary increases employee engagement. Employee engagement has a significant and positive effect on employee performance because the employee pays more attention to the company; their performance will improve. Payment, on the other hand, has no significant impact on employee performance because low pay does not cause employees to perform poorly. Managers of coffee shops must pay attention to employee compensation and welfare in order to increase employee engagement and performance. on the other hand, it has no significant impact on employee performance because low pay does not cause employees to perform poorly. Abstract

Based on the results of observations at SMP Negeri 29 Tangerang, it is necessary to have meaningful learning that is able to involve students in all the activities carried out in the learning. The role playing model is an alternative in the successful implementation of the independent curriculum. Besides that, the low student learning outcomes in learning and student learning activities need to be activated, this can be seen from the completeness of student learning which only reaches less than 50% and many student scores are below the KKM. role playing models in learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of Pre-cycle, Cycle I, Cycle II and Cycle III. Each cycle ends with an evaluation. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out then the findings are analyzed in the field so that it can be concluded that the use of the role playing model in increasing student learning activities for the development of an independent curriculum can increase student learning activities at SMP Negeri 29 Tangerang.

Abstract

SMK students are expected to start a business. However, in reality students of SMK are not fully interested in entrepreneurship, this is due to students' lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship, fear of facing the risk of failure, lack of promotion ability, and limited time that students have. This study aims to find out: 1) The use of Instagram social media for Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang. 2) Entrepreneurship interest Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang. 3) The effect of using Instagram social media on the entrepreneurship interest at Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang. This research has used a quantitative approach and the type of research was causality. The population of this study was 50 students with a sample of 25 students. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis. The results obtained: 1) The use of Instagram social media for Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang, which is in the low category is 20%, the medium category is 76% and the high category is 4%. 2) The interest in entrepreneurship for Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang, which is in the low category is 16%, the medium category is 84% and the high category is 0%. 3) There is an effect of the use of Instagram social media on the entrepreneurship interest at Grade X Marketing SMK Komputama Majenang by 61.4%.
