Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a very dangerous virus that threatens various sectors of life including religious life and must follow health protocols, where usually open religious activities are carried out as widely as possible without any applicable rules like today, such religious activities are like conveying religious messages through virtual world, through zoom, google meet, religious education is delivered via virtual, as it should be. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach to obtain descriptive data on the results of religious research which plays a significant role in mitigating the epidemic and as a reactive force, religion is also a reactive and counter-productive force that contributes to spreading this epidemic through religious rituals. involving a large crowd. In Indonesia, religious authorities still play a significant role in a religious society. Religious authorities are actively responding to the Covid-19 pandemic in various ways. Various religious leaders, such as from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), NU and Muhammadiyah, have responded to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak Imam al-Ghazali salah satu ulama terkemuka terutama dalam ilmu tasawuf, fiqh, akidah dan ilmu-ilmu lainnya pemikirannya telah memberikan kontribusi besar bagi perkembangan dunia Islam di dunia Islam dengan salah satu karya monumentalnya adalah kitab Ihya Ulum al-Din didalamnya terdapat aturan-aturan kehidupan seperti kehidupan dalam rumah tangga dan sosial kemasyarakatan lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi pustaka (library research ) penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif menggunakan content analisit  yaitu dengan mengkaji literatur primer dari kitab al-Ghazali. Hasil penelitian dengan pernikahan kedua belah pihak saling mewarisi apabila salah seorang di antara keduanya telah meninggal meskipun belum bersetubuh dan kedua pihak wajib bertingkah laku yang baik. Sementara, hak-hak sang suami terhadap istri  menurut Imam al-Ghazali adalah, taat dan berbakti pada suami, menjaga harta dan barang-barang suami tak boleh memberikan apapun barang-barang di rumah suaminya kecuali izin suami, tidak  boleh puasa sunat tanpa izin suami, tidak boleh keluar rumah tanpa izin suami, memelihara dan menutupi diri, jangan menuntut belanja lebih dari keperluan, menghindari uangnya jika berasal dari pencaharian yang haram, jangan menyia-nyiakan harta suaminya, tetapi hendaklah memelihara.Kata kunci: al-Ghazali, Hak Suami, Kewajiban Suami dan Istri AbstractImam al-Ghazali, one of the leading scholars, especially in Sufism, fiqh, faith and other sciences, his thoughts have made a major contribution to the development of the Islamic world in the Islamic world with one of his monumental works, the book Ihya Ulum al-Din in it there are rules of life such as life in the household and other social communities. The research method used is qualitative research with literature study (library research ) descriptive research using analyzed the content  namely by studying the literature first from the book of al-Ghazali.The results of research with the marriage of the two parties inherit each other if one of them has died even though they have not had intercourse and both parties are obliged to behave properly. Meanwhile, according to Imam al-Ghazali, the husband's rights to his wife are obedient and devoted to the husband, guarding the property and belongings of the husband, not giving anything in the husband's house except for the husband's permission, not fasting circumcision without the husband's permission. , may not leave the house without the husband's permission, take care of and cover himself, do not demand more than necessary, avoid the money if it comes from illegal livelihood, do not waste her husband's wealth, but should take care of it.Keywords: al-Ghazali, Husband's Rights, Duties of husband and wife
