Abstract

Barang Jasa is an application that used for Divisi Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa. Barang Jasa serves to record every purchase of goods and services used to meet the needs of both fleet and crew in the long term. Barang Jasa also serves to make the Nota Dinas to be processed by Divisi Keuangan on the purchase of goods and services that have been performed. This application was created by using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), which is a Microsoft technology to create desktop applications. This application was made using the method protoyping development,C# as a programming language, WPF as a interface design technology, and SQL Server 2012 as the database. WPF can present the appearance that can be tailored to user needs. This study discusses the interface, backend applications, and database design. After testing the flexibility of the interface on the screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768, 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 720, proves that WPF can adjust the screen resolution being tested. The test results showed that the backend of Barang Jasa application are functioning properly, the test is done using sql query by entering the required parameters, for example username and password to log in and match the query returns results with what is displayed by the application.

Abstract

Aplikasi Sumber Daya Manusia terintegrasi merupakan perangkat lunak yang menangani masalah pada divisi SDM dan Umum seperti absensi, penggajian, kas kecil, pergudangan, data karyawan, kontrak, dan lainnya yang menggunakan sumber data yang terintegrasi. Pengintegrasian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan pada create, read, update, delete (CRUD) pada saat pengoperasian aplikasi, serta integrasi data ini bertujuan menghindari perbedaan informasi yang dihasilkan pada hasil akhir laporan software. Pada jurnal ini penulis melakukan sebuah analisa pada aplikasi Integrated Human Resources Information System (IHRIS), IHRIS merupakan aplikasi perangkat lunak yang akan mengolah data-data dari divisi SDM menjadi informasi laporan yang menggunakan database terintegrasi. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam IHRIS adalah .NET Framework 4.5 dan Microsoft OLEDB (12.0 ACE dan 4.0 JET), serta database yang digunakan adalah Microsoft SQL Server 2012, serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dengan object-oriented programming. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi berapa besar kualitas perangkat lunak IHRIS dengan dilakukan tes. Tes yang dilakukan adalah unit testing tool dan manual testing. Kemudian dilakukan analisa masalah-masalah apa saja yang dapat diatasi oleh perangkat lunak tersebut. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang dapat diatasi oleh perangkat lunak ini adalah CRUD, integrasi, serta pengimporan data absensi dari mesin absensi yang kemudian diproses sebelum disimpan kedalam database IHRIS, masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan teknologi Microsoft OLEDB (12.0 ACE dan 4.0 JET). Hasil kualitas software berhasil diuji dengan test metrics yang menunjukkan hasil 100% lulus uji.

Abstract

Voyage Account is an application that record consumption data on each voyage, then the data is used to calculate the profit or loss of each voyage. The application interface was created using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). Prototyping development methods were used to create these applications, C# as the programming language, and SQL Server 2012 as the database. This study discusses the making of the interface, backend, and database of application. WPF has been selected, because WPF is the latest technology developed by Microsoft after WinForms. WPF presents a display that can be customized to user needs. The test results showed that the Voyage Account application is already functioning in accordance with wishes of the user, the test is done using sql query by entering the appropriate username and password and match the query returns results with what is displayed by the application. As for testing the interface shows if WPF can be flexibly adapted to the screen resolution of 1366 x 768, 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 720.Keyword: Voyage Account, WPF, prototyping, C#, SQL Server 2012.
