Abstract

Election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Engineering(BEM FT) Bhayangkara University Surabaya is an activity where each student uses his voting rights. Theselection is done by voting with the candidate who has the most votes coming out as winners. The selection of theGovernor of UB's FT BEM is still not maximally indicated by the voter data, which is still small compared to thenumber of active students. Procedures that are still conventional with students having to go to campus to votecan be the cause. Therefore, the use of information and communication technology gave rise to the idea ofmaking an electronic voting system or commonly called Android-based E-Voting using the Universally UniqueIdentifier (UUID). E-Voting is a method of voting and vote counting in an election using a mobile phoneelectronic device. In other words, this technology makes it easy for voters in a general election to exercise theirvoting rights by using electronic and internet media. With the E-Voting, it is expected that the interest of studentsto participate in giving more votes and the sound processing process will be faster.

Abstract

Forecasting is a very important in corporate strategy planning. Single Exponential Smoothing Method is one of thetime series forecasting methods. The purpose of this study is the number of selling period can be subsequent profitscan be sold to customers with appropriate obtained CV. Damayanti every month. This research uses selling dataobtained by selling 3kg LPG for 7 years from january 2009 until December 2016. The result of this forecasting isdone by Single Exponential Smoothing method with the result of error calculation and selected forecasting resultwhich has minimum MAE. The alpha value is the smallest MAE result = 0.9: 2534.26 from the 3kg lpg salesforecast. The alpha value used affects the results of different forecasts. Then the result of the prediction of each baseor region has a smoothing value that is setabil, up, down its value of forecasting results.

Abstract

With the development of information technology that exists today everyone can perform data processing easily, canproduce an information we need accurately and save time, as well as cost. Then we need a menu applicationapplication program using smartphone technology and web based to facilitate the ordering of food and drinks atBonk Cafe Krian. With the features that exist in this application, the user can make the ordering process usingAndroid and from the order will be stored into the database server so that the ordering process will appear on themonitor the kitchen along with the cashier. This Android-based service application has a significant time differenceso that this application can save time and speed up the service process.Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm as a method that can increase the efesiesi time and speed up serviceprocess to the customer. With this algorithm can be built an application ordering android-based food and beveragethat is light and reliable.Functionally in Results in this test requires 4 customer data with different kinds of menus that have differentorder times, scheduling results in estimated waiting time and presentation time to customers with an average of 3.25minutes. So the food and beverage system is declared feasible test and feasible to be used functionally.

Abstract

In the development of skills and skills of students Scout often finds the problem is the difficulty of developing theskills of learners caused by mistakes in determining the skills dominated by learners. How you can do it to solve thatproblem is by making a class determination or classification of areas of expertise controlled by the learner. Thisstudy aims to build a system to determine the inner class Scout skills area using Naïve Bayes algorithm for ScoutCoach to determine the area of expertise of learners. So Scout Coach can develop the skills of learners inaccordance with the areas of expertise that are owned optimally. Assessment criteria used are the values of GeneralKnowledge, Scout Knowledge, Sign Language (Password, Morse, Semaphore), Node Bond, Pioneering, and HastaKarya. All assessment criteria are used numerically. The resulting classification is the students who are included inthe class Intelligence (Intelligence), Physical (Strength), or Creativity. The results of this study is a program that canperform calculations to determine skill class scout field. The Scouting Skill Classification Program using the NaïveBayes Algorithm has been tested and its accuracy or accuracy is 100%.

Abstract

Developing Knowledge Management System using cloud computing is a concept that integrates knowledgemanagement (KM), with the process of finding, selecting, seeking, organizing and presenting data or information.KMS Network is a system that provides web-based content (contains data, information, & knowledge) as an increasein knowledge mastery, to help the needs of users or users who have difficulty when looking for sources of information.Kms is developed through the adoption of cloud computing (CC) technology, which has large amounts of data storageusing web servers or cloud servers online. In the research application of cloud computing for the development ofknowledge management system web-based network, has a speed in accessing the average article data 0.7833 seconds/ page, with the average page load memory 2.0 MB, search articles using the method "Sequential Search Or SequentialSearching ".

Abstract

Problem that Taken in this study is the process of forecasting oil and gas production in accordance so that companiescan know the prediction of the amount of oil and gas in the future. The method used to determine production predictionis Holt-Winters forecasting method. In testing the system will do the comparison of alpha, beta and gamma. Using thealpha value = 0.2, beta = 0.1 and gamma 0.5 to get better multiplicative forecast for oil and gas data. And to get thesmaller error difference compared to the smaller alpha (α), beta (β) and gamma (γ) then the smaller the differencewill be. The Multiplexative Spring Method and the Seasonal Additive Method are good enough for oil and gasproduction data

Abstract

Book lending transactions are the main activities that take place in the Library. With the method of grouping, it willget what kind of books are most often borrowed. The method used is Fuzzy C-Means. This thesis discusses theapplication of Fuzzy C-Means method to classify book data based on lending per month and measure the effectivenessof the use of methods in the process. This application has been tested by producing 3 clusters and classify the time(month) where the frequency of borrowing done by visitors in the Library.

Abstract

With the availability of many brands and types of printers sold by shops in hi-tech Mall resulted in consumers ' difficulties in selecting the printer as needed. In addition, the seller is also complicated in helping consumers to choose the printer that will be purchased. The existence of this, research is trying to build a printer purchase decision support system using fuzzy method tahani implemented in the form of an informative website. The printer then purchase SPK tested to 15 people the user is divided into 5 testing query, where on every test there are three categories i.e. inkjet, color laser and laser mono. Furthermore, the results of these tests are compared with the opinion of the user regarding the printer that match criteria you selected, and the obtained results of 67% user opinions match up with the results of the recommendation given by the system.
