Abstract

ABSTRAK    Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas pada PT. Alfabet Berkat Citrabuana.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian kompensasi pada PT. Alfabet Berkat Citrabuana dengan 10 pernyataan, memberikan jawaban yang bervariasi. Indikator gaji diperoleh skor sebesar 4,70, indikator insentif skor sebesar 3,85, indikator bonus skor 3,90, indikator upah skor sebesar 3,83, indikator premi skor 4,12, indikator pengobatan skor sebesar 3,91  sedangkan indikator asuransi skor sebesar 3,83. Secara keseluruhan skor rata-rata dari lima indikator termasuk pada rentang skala 3,40-4,19 dengan kriteria baik.Produktivitas Kerja karyawan pada PT. Alfabet Berkat Citrabuana, responden, memberikan jawaban yang bervariasi. Indikator kemampuan skor sebesar 4,28, indikator meningkatkan hasil yang dicapai skor sebesar 3,90, indikator pengembangan diri rata-rata skor 3,93, indikator mutu skor rata-rata sebesar 3,72 sedangkan indikator efisiensi rata-rata skor sebesar 4,04. Secara keseluruhan skor rata-rata dari lima indikator termasuk pada rentang skala 3,40-4,19 dengan kriteria baik. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 0,5041 atau 50,41% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,59% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t table atau (7,728 > 2,002) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan..Kata Kunci      : Kompensasi , Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

On 14,15,16 April 2019, we have successfully carried out community service activities at PKBM NURUL QOLBI located on Jl. Pandu II Ujung No.154, Kelurahan Sepanjang Jaya, Rawa Lumbu District, Bekasi City. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially to NURUL QOLBI PKBM students. The method used in this activity in the form of lectures and questions and answers about human resources, especially for students in order to improve the quality of student human resources through entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge, careers in the world of work, knowledge of education in higher education. The result of community service is the increasing knowledge of PKBM NURUL QOLBI students about entrepreneurship, career and education in higher education. The knowledge gained by students in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for students in the future. And also will have a multiplier effect on the economy of the family and the community in their environment.Keywords: Training, Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to introduce taxes to the MSMEs in the Da'wah Al-Adni Assembly. Issues raised regarding taxation for MSMEs. Methods The implementation method of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation of training materials / materials. The results of this activity are very useful for Majlis Da'wah Al-Adni in the formation of MSMEs and add insight and knowledge about MSME taxes.Keywords: Training, Tax, UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on the behavior of individual investment decisions in Perumnas Project Employees either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are financial literacy has a significant effect on individual investment decision behavior with the regression equation Y = 7.129 + 0.342X1. The correlation value of 0.633 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 40.0%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (3,269 > 1,987). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between financial literacy on the behavior of individual investment decisions. Financial behavior has a significant effect on individual investment decision behavior with the regression equation Y = 9607 + 0.225X2. The correlation value of 0.383 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 38.3%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2,815 > 1,987). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between financial behavior on individual investment decision behavior. Financial literacy and financial behavior have a significant effect on individual investment decision behavior with the regression equation Y = 5.876 + 0.209X1 + 0.121X2. The correlation value is 0.671. This means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship level with a coefficient of determination of 45.0%. While the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained value of F count > F table or (35,646 > 2,710). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between financial literacy and financial behavior on individual investment decision behavior (Study of Perumnas Project Employees).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera Depok, to determine the effect of Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera Depok, to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera Depok and to determine the influence of competence, work discipline, and work environment together at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. The population and sample in this study are employees of PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera Depok with a total sample of 128 respondents. This research is quantitative. Furthermore, the sampling technique is nonprobability sampling, taken from saturated sampling (census). Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multi-correlation test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression, coefficient of determination, and significant test (t-test and F test). Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. This can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable (8.971 > 1.979) and t significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The simple regression model obtained is Y = 17.176 + 0.612X1. Competence has a contribution (R2) of 39% to employee performance at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. This can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable (9.354 > 1.979) and t significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Work discipline has a contribution (R2) of 41% to employee performance at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. The simple regression model obtained is Y = 20.244 + 0.666X2. The work environment positively and significantly affects employee performance at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. This can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable (8.754 > 1.979) and t significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The simple regression model obtained is Y = 19.918 + 0.678X3. The work environment has a contribution (R2) of 37.8% to the performance of employees at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. Competence, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Anugrah Together Prosperous Depok. It can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (71.041 > 2.677) and F significance F <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Competence, work discipline, and work environment together have a contribution (R2) of 62.3% to the performance of employees at PT. Anugrah Bersama Sejahtera Depok, the remaining 37.7% is influenced by other variables not examined. The multiple regression model obtained is Y = 2.984 + 0.341X1 + 0.405X2+ 0.297 X3

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan pada PT. PLN (Persero) ULTG Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) ULTG Cikupa Kabupaten Tangerang yang berjumlah 56 Orang, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan taraf sig < 0,05. Hasil analisis regersi linear berganda menunjukan Y = 9,836 + 0,486X1 + 0,301X2. Sedangkan Dari hasil uji t dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi disiplin kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah 0,000< 0,05 dan nilai thitung 8.495 > nilai ttabel 2,005 maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Hasil Uji t dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 7,722>nilai ttabel 2,005 maka Ho2 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Dan untuk hasil uji F didapat nilai signifikansi untuk disiplin kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 0,00<0,05 dan fhitung 48,042 > nilai ftabel 3,17 hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa Ho3 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) secara signifikan. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 64,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan.
